Shivika reached downstairs and everyone burst into laughter seeing their drenched looks.

Ru: Seems like they took my words very seriously!

S: Yeh sab tumhare wajah se ho raha hai!

A: Aap ne mujhe gussa dilaya hai!

S: Toh paani phekti ho Panika?

A: Mera naam mat bigadiye! If you remember, you also did the same billu ji!

S: You know what, tumse baat karna hi bekar hai!

A: Oh hello..Aap se baat karke mujhe bhi koi car nahi milega!

S: What?

Pin: Oh my maata! Bas karo tum dono! Shivaay, kyu meri bahu ko tang kar raha hai?

S: Mom, not you please! Can't you see what she did? It might have pained a lot!

A: Shivaay mein theek hoon! Ek choti si tattoo ke liye aap ne itna bada fight shuru kar di? I did it because I wanted to!

Shivaay was about to say something when dadi pulled both of their ears while the duo squealed.

D: Bas khatam kar de! Tum dono ko shaadi karni hai ya nahi?

Both of them nodded.

D: Toh ladai band karo! Pehle pati patni ban jao uske baad ladna!

She left them and both rubbed their ears.

D: Billu, Anika puttar..tum dono shaadi hone tak alag kamre mein rahoge!

S: What? But why?

Pin: Kyunki yeh rasam hai!

Jhanvi: Anika, I already shifted your bag to guest room..So tum dono ki shaadi hone tak, you have to be in separate rooms. And no more meeting each other in private!

Anika was about to say something when Gauri, Bhavya took her away to talk about preparations. Shivaay's face fell down. Om noticed it and moved towards him.

Om: Ek din ki toh baat hai! Relax man!

S: Matlab?

Om: What I meant to say is that, muhurat for your marriage is day after tomorrow! So adjust for a single day!

Ru: You have to thank me for this bhaiya! I only told dadi to find a good muhurat in nearby dates! Warna aap toh Desperate Singh Oberoi ban jayenge!

Om: As if he isn't now!

Omru hi-fied and laughed seeing his face.

S: Shut up! And Mr. Rudra Singh Oberoi, I will take my revenge for sure when your time arrives!

Flicking his hair, he moved to his room with a frown never leaving his face.

Shivaay was laying down on the bed but sleep was far away from him. He was missing her so much. Remembering the way she confessed her feelings in front of everyone made his smile grew wide. She made him feel special, feel protected and this was very new to him. But right now, he needed her beside him. He wants to lock her in his arms so that none can separate them. And right now he isn't able to sleep properly because of her absence. He saw the time and it showed 12. Deciding to be with her, he started moving towards her room. He slowly entered the room being careful to not to make any noise and saw her sleeping peacefully. He shook his head in disbelief.

S: She is lady khumbkaran for sure! Here I am missing her like hell and she is sleeping happily!

He lied down next to her and saw her opening her eyes. Seeing him she was about to shout but he placed his hand on her mouth.

S: Relax its me Shivaay!

A: What are you doing here? Dadi said it's a rasam and we have to follow it! Now go!

S: I am not going anywhere! Just sleep and let me also! And don't worry I will leave before anyone can see us!

A: Akdu!

S: Hello Akdu, I am Shivaay!

A: Very funny!

S: Ani..

A: Hmm..

S: U know what Ani, today I am feeling like on top of the world! I can't express myself like you do but what I want to say is that tum ho toh mein hoon, tum nahi toh mein bhi nahi! The way you made me feel today, I will never ever forget it! Thank you for everything! I love you so much!

A: I love you too! And about expressing yourself, your kanjee eyes tell me everything! Waise bhi I know my plans are khidkitod like me, you can praise my intelligence if you want to!

Both of them laughed and he kissed her forehead and cheeks. Holding her left hand gently, he kissed her ring finger where she had his name tattooed.

S: Is it paining much? Shall I bring medicine?

Kissing his cheek she replied no for which he sighed and nuzzled his face in her neck and inhaled her fragrance.

A: Goodnight Shivaay!

S: Good night Ani!

Next day:

There is a huge hustle bustle in Oberoi Mansion with workers roaming here and there after all its Shivaay Singh Oberoi's wedding. Everyone wanted this moment to be celebrated very grandly. And true to Shivaay's words he left Anika's room early in the morning. Pinky, Jhanvi entered her room and gave her outfits for mehandi and haldi ceremonies. And dadi made sure Shivaay doesn't meet Anika in private. In addition to this, Priyanka and her husband Ranvijay came to Oberoi Mansion. Shivaay's happiness was out of bounds after seeing his dearest sister.

Mehandi and haldi ceremonies were conducted and Shivaay tried his level best to sneak in to get a glimpse of her. Everyone laughed seeing his desperateness while Anika blushed totally because of his acts. The day ended soon and Anika is arranging her jewelry inside the wardrobe. She is going to marry him tomorrow and this thought is giving her immense happiness. Taking her night suit, she moved to washroom but squealed when she felt two arms around her.

A: What are you doing here?

S: Mein toh apni hone wali wife ke saath time spend karne aaya hoon!

A: Aap ka naam na Desperate Singh Oberoi hona chahiye tha! You are troubling me with your acts since morning!

S: Now don't start again! Tum change karke aao and we can sleep!

A: Shivaay, please go na..Dadi told its a rasam right! We shouldn't meet each other!

S: No way!

A: Will you do something I ask for?

S(confused): Okay..But what?

A: First you promise me that you will do whatever I ask for!

S: Fine, I promise!

A: What I want to say is that now you will only look at me at the wedding mandap during our marriage! And aap mana nahi kar sakte! You promised me that you will do what I ask for!

S: This is unfair! I won't do anything like this!

A: Theek hai phir, I thought that Shivaay Singh Oberoi always stands on his words! I didn't knew that there were few exceptions!

He stood there tightening his grip on her not wanting to let her go away from him. But she tricked him.

S: You know something, you are..

A(cut him): Super smart!

S: NO! You are mad and the craziest person I have ever seen!

A: Mr. SSO, time to leave!

S: Waise jaane ka man nahi hai, but promise bhi karli toh jaana hoga! I won't break my promise. Now I will see you at the mandap when you are ready to be Shivaay Singh Oberoi's wife! I love you!

A: I love you too!

Kissing on back of her head, he left and didn't turn back to have a glance of her while Anika stared at his retreating back.

Next morning,

Anika's chuda rasm was going on and Sahil being only family of Anika, did the ritual by making her wear the traditional Punjabi red and white bangles set to her both hands. On the other side, Shivaay is standing at the pool side zoned out. Meanwhile, Khanna arrived to his room and knocked the door. Shivaay nodded and the latter produced some papers to him.

K: Sir, everything went smoothly. There is no problem!

He left and Shivaay read the contents of it with a smile. She will be happy when I will gift her this, he thought and placed them safely in a draw. His thoughts drifted to past when he forcefully married her to save his family reputation. Even though Anika forgiven him for what he did, he wasn't able to forgive himself. He thinks that he can never come out of this guilt and giving her all the love and proving himself worthy for her is the only thing he can do to make himself feel lighter. And thinking about his lost child, he once again asked forgiveness in his mind. He came out of his thoughts when Rudra called him.

Ru: What happened bhaiyya? All okay?

Shivaay nodded with a small smile.

Ru: I think I now what are you thinking about! Bhaiyya what happened is happened. Don't destroy your happiness thinking about anything. Bhabhi is your present and your future. Make sure you will never repeat the mistakes you did before..

S: I promise!

Ru: By the way why aren't you not desperate today?

S: All thanks to your bhabhi! She took a promise from me to not to meet her! She said that I have to look at her only at the mandap!

Omru laughed seeing his scrunched face. Time passed as three brothers shared Obro time and took a promise from Shivaay to always keep her happy to which he sincerely nodded.

Soon the time has come for their wedding. The mandap was beautifully decorated at the huge garden of Oberoi Mansion. While Omru and Ranvijay helped Shivaay, Anika was getting ready with help of Gauri, Bhavya and Priyanka. Though both of them got married already and stayed together for months, they were feeling something strange. Both of them are so in love and getting married after what all they crossed is making them feel bliss. Maybe this is what love means!

Pinky and Jhanvi moved to Anika's room to see her completely dolled up. Pinky blessed her and asked sorry for all the deeds she did in past. She took a promise from Anika that whenever she needs any help, she would be standing beside her to guide her. This made her emotional and Bhavya lightened the environment talking about Anika's make up. Later on Pinky put on kalgi on Shivaay's pagdi and asked for his forgiveness for failing as a mother. Shivaay hugged her and asked her to not to feel guilty.

Soon Shivaay reached mandap with Omru on his either side. He was going impatient by each passing second. He wants to see her soon. He sat down and did the rituals as told by priest and his wait came to an end when the priest asked for the bride. His eyes glued to the path where the bride has to come. And the moment she arrived, this world was long forgotten. He was looking at her who is looking down with a blushy smile adored her face. No words to describe her beauty and no words to describe the happiness he is feeling.

Shivaay stood up as she reached the mandap. She could feel his constant gaze on her making her shiver and it took everything in her to raise her eyes and look at him. The moment she looked into his eyes, he promised to himself to never let leave her side at any stage of life. While for Anika, she promised to herself to be his life partner in true sense.

Gauri moved towards them with a thaal of flower garlands. They exchanged garlands as Omru lifted Shivika with everyone cheering for the couple. They settled down and Priyanka did ghatbandhan. Omru and Sahil together did kanyadaan of Anika taking a promise from Shivaay to take good care of Anika. She had tears in her eyes as Omru choosed her above Shivaay. Soon time has come for their phere and the couple stood up.

With flower petals being showered on them, Shivika started to walk around the holy fire and Shivaay holding her hand in his. Both of them start to promise each other in their minds considering the holy fire as witness.

S: I promise to hold myself responsible in providing you happiness and nourishment of you as well as our future kids.

A: I promise to take equal part in sharing your responsibilities and I consider your family as my own from now on.

They started their second phere.

S: I promise to be always loyal to you and provide you every happiness that you deserve.

A: I promise to stand with you in every thick and thin of life. I will never leave your side.

They started their third round.

S: I promise to work hard to fulfill all your wishes and to bring prosperity in our lives.

A: I promise to be always truthful to you and to be loyal to you forever.

They then started fourth round.

S: I promise you by accepting you as my life partner and to include you in every decision of my life.

A: I promise you to be on your side in every phase of life and to respect your feelings and decisions. Whatever life throws at us, I will face it with you!

As the fourth round completed, Anika moves ahead of Shivaay and they start their fifth round. They had tears in their eyes but didn't let them out as its a promise of their progeny.

S: The mistake I did in past, I will never repeat them. I pray to God to bless us with healthy children. I will take responsibility of our kids. I will never let you face anything all alone.

A: I promise you to take good care and nourish our children.

They started their sixth round and this time he promised to love her forever and no matter what, his love for her will never decrease. And she promised to stand with him in joy and in grief. And for the last round, he promised her that from now on he considers her as his wife in true sense while she promised to consider him as her husband and they will never let anything to break the love and trust for each other.

And then the priest forwarded the thaal containing mangalsutra and a box of sindhoor. Both of them looked into each others eyes. He tied the chain around her neck and adorned her partition with a pinch of sindhoor. A lone tear escaped her eye and he nodded no and wiped it. Finally they were declared husband wife and he kissed her forehead and considering her as his wife.

This soon was followed by taking blessings from all the elders and Anika's gruhpravesh at the door step of the mansion. They soon did the ring finding ritual in which both of them had won and everyone had a gala dinner and teased the couple to the core. And lastly, Anika was taken to Shivaay's room by the girl gang and Shivaay played a trick of not being desperate and with this Omru left him to his room. As he entered inside, he smirked as his plan succeeded.

He smiled as he saw her standing at the pool side and back hugged her.

S: Happy wedding to us Mrs. Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi!

A: Wish you the same Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi!

He turned her around to have a look of his wife.

S: I thought you would be waiting for me sitting on the bed wifey!

While she being the blushing queen, hid her face in his chest making him laugh.

S: I bought a gift for you..actually two for you!

Both moved inside and he took the papers which Khanna gave him the morning. As she read the contents, a tear escaped her eye. It was a legal document which stated Anika as owner of the house she and Sahil were bought up.

A: Yeh toh..Thank you so much Shivaay! Lekin kaise..

S: I already told Khanna to check with that house if at any time its on sale. And see the coincidence, as we reached India, Khanna messaged me that house was on sale as the old couple were leaving to their native place..

A: It was not only a home for me Shivaay..That place gave me Sahil, his parents and many memories..Aap nahi jaanthe yeh kya hai mere liye..Thank you so much!

She hugged him tightly and he wrapped her in his warmth.

S: Time for second gift Ani!

A: Aap ne already itna acha gift di..I don't need anything else!

S: You can't deny my three years hard work okay!

He gave her a key from his pocket and asked her to open the wardrobe near the bed. She did as he told and there were many handbags, dresses according to her choice. She opened draws inside in which there were small boxes that held simple chains and accessories.

A: Yeh sab kya hai?

S: In the past three years, whenever I planned a foreign visit along with everyone, I brought a gift for you too..Thought of giving you whenever you will return back to my life..And this is best moment I can give you all these..Thank you for coming back to me! I love you so much Ani and will never do anything that brings tears in your eyes..

Moving towards him she cupped his face and kissed his face completely to thank him for winning her back. He at an instant carried her in his arms and moved towards bed. Hovering over her, he kissed her holding his world in his arms. She responded equally to him. Whispering I love you to each other, both of them drowned in a world of passion and love!
