A month later,

Khanna came with a box on which Shivaay's name was written. He had called everyone to the living area.

Om: Baat kya hai Khanna?

He silently played the content in the pen drive.

It showed Swetlana, Tia & Soumya are daughters of Mrs. Kapoor and they came into Oberoi's life for seeking revenge of their father's death. It also had Mrs. Kapoor conveying that how she fooled Shivaay regarding Om's matter. Tia said how she provoked Daksh to seperate Shivaay & Anika. Swetlana's plans to bankrupt Oberoi's was also recorded.

Oberoi's were shocked by the truth. Rudra was broken and angry. He thought Soumya was different from others was actually plotting everything behind their back. She was the one responsible for making his brother's life miserable.

Omkara was more angry on Soumya than on Tia & Swetlana. The girl whom he considered as his sister was responsible behind their condition. Tej Singh Oberoi was shocked. He always hurt his wife using Swetlana. His children hate him because of his deeds. He never knew that she was this evil. He felt miserable.

Pinky Singh Oberoi was not able to understand anything. She loved Tia like her own daughter and thought Tia would bring happiness in their lives. But the same girl is responsible for their sorrows. Pinky saw how Shivaay was living the past month since Anika left him. But the hatred she had for Anika over powered and she couldn't understand her son properly. Now everything came into limelight. She had lost Anika with the hatred he had for her.

She moved towards Tia who was drenched in sweat. Her love for Tia, Tia's betrayal, Anika's innocence ran in her mind. She slapped Tia with a force that she fell down and her lips started to bleed.

Shivaay bowed down his head. Of course what Tia said is true. He had lost her. Since the past month neither dadi nor Omru supported him. Gone were Obro kitchen moments and there was only emptiness in his life.

Rudra moved towards Soumya and slapped her for deceiving his family and him. Omkara called police and all the culprits were arrested. After they were gone Khanna gave a letter which Anika had written for Rudra.

Dear Rudra,

I always considered you as my brother. Sahil & you are same to me! I am writing this letter to you because I know what would be going on in your mind. We can never forget the pain which is given by the one we love. But I don't want to see my Rudra like this. Promise me that you will be strong but don't let the innocence die in you! Take good care of everyone!

Rudra cried hard reading the letter. Om hugged him.

Ru: Om chalo...Hum bhabhi ko abhi lekar aayenge!

K: Shivaay sir ke liye ek box bheja hai mam ne!

Shivaay took the box with trembling hands and opened it. He was shocked seeing the mangalsutra he tied to her during wedding. There was a note inside.

Mr. Oberoi,

Thank you for everything. I am giving back this mangalsutra because I don't want us to stay in a forced relationship. Give it to the one who deserve it..Mujhe aap ki alimony nahi chahiye..Because I failed to be a good wife to you! If you don't mind then please clear the amount for organizing your wedding. Aap ki wedding organizer banke aayi hoon iss ghar mein & waise hi chali jaa rahi hoon!

Anika was busy the next two months in her job. Sahil had exams in a three weeks so she decided to take TC after he completes his exams. She doesn't want to let him stay in that school. There was no one to look after her. She used to go for two jobs a day. She had lost herself in depression and work stress. She forgot to eat at right time and the constant work stress made her very week.

That day was the worst day of her life. She was feeling constant pain in her stomach area since the morning. It was unbearable that she fell unconscious at her work place. Her colleague called Anika's best friend Chanda and they took unconscious Anika to hospital. After two hours, Anika had got up and saw Chanda sitting next to her and crying.

A: Chanda, tum yaha? Kya hua? Tum ro kyu rahi ho?

C: Kuch nahi Anika..Tumhari condition theek nahi hai! Tum so jao..Hum ghar jaake baat karenge..Mein abhi aati hoon!

Chanda immediately left from there. After a while a nurse came inside. She seemed to be an elderly person.

Nurse: Abh aap kaise hai?

Anika just nodded.

N: You just have to be strong..Dekhiye iss condition pe mein jaanti hoon aap ko kaisa lag raha hoga lekin himmat mat haariye..You can be pregnant again! Try to forget past and move on..

A: Aap..aap kya..kehhh rahhii haii?

N: Aap ki health condition ki wajah se aap ka miscarriage hua hai! Your body was not able to support the baby & depression was also seemed to be the reason. You please take care, I will come back soon.

The nurse left and Anika burst into tears. Why God was this much cruel to her? Only today she got to know about the baby that too in this way. Clutching her belly, she cried hard. The room filled with her sobs. She looked here and there and saw a knife in the fruit basket. Taking the knife, she cut her wrist and waited for her death.

Two days later,

Anika got discharged that afternoon. Chanda and her husband helped Anika with all formalities. They took Anika home. Anika is sitting on the couch, her right hand still on the belly. Chanda saved her that day calling doctor at the right time. She is feeling guilty. She got convinced that she lost her baby only because of her carelessness. She thought that if she had taken care of herself then she might not have lost the baby. Her thoughts were broken by Chanda.

C: Anika, kuch khao na! Kal raat bhi tune kuch nahi khaya.

A: Bhook nahi hai!

C: Aisi kab tak chalegi Anika? You have to take care about yourself!

A: Kyu mujhe bachaya tumne Chanda..Marne deti na mujhe..Kyu bachaya?

C: Kyunki tum meri dost ho! Anika jo hua hai, hum usse nahi badal sakte na..Lekin humara present humare paas hai! Anika, tum mat bhoolo ki Sahil ko tumhari zaroorat hai!

Chanda's husband Rohan arrived there. He held Anika's hand.

Rohan: Anika you are always like my sister..I can't see you in this condition..Mein kehta hoon ki tum iss place ko chod kar chali jao! Start a new life..Iss jagah se bohot door jaana! Don't think that you don't have anyone in your life..You are Sahil's sister. You are Chanda's best friend..You are my sister too..Tum yaha rahogi toh tum inn sab se bahar nahi nikal paogi..Isiliye iss place se door chali jaana! Start afresh! I know you can't forget anything if you stay here.

Anika cried in Chanda's embrace and slept for a while. She got up after an hour and called Chanda.

C: Kya hua Anika?

A: Meine decide kar liya hai! I will start my new life!

C: Lekin Anika woh theek hai par tum kaha jaogi aise achanak se?

Anika thought for a while.

Rohan: Anika if you don't mind I have a friend who works in a event management company in Kolkata..You can go there if you want to!

Anika looked at him and nodded. She had a talk with Sahil. He came to know everything that happened to her and Sahil supported Anika. He knows that he had to be strong for his sister. He can't show himself week. They had an argument regarding house. Sahil wants Anika to sell the house and Anika agreed after a long struggle. Rohan convinced her that he would take care regarding the house matter.

S: Didi, after I complete my exams I will also be there with you in Kolkata.

A: I will arrange everything by the time you arrive! Okay?

So everything was set. Anika decided to leave Mumbai and go to Kolkata in the afternoon train of the following day. Chanda helped in packing.

Rohan: Don't worry about Sahil! I will make sure that he will reach you safely once his exams are done.

Next day,

Chanda, Rohan & Anika are standing at the platform waiting for the train to arrive. Chanda was continuosly giving her instructions to take proper care of herself and asked her not to worry about Sahil.

C: Promise me Anika, tum phir se jaan lene ki koshish nahi karogi! Think about Sahil once before you want to do anything.

A: Bilkul nahi karungi! I will always be there for Sahil!

Soon the train arrived. After taking the Chanda and Rohan in a quick hug, she entered the train. From then she decided to live for Sahil. She decided what ever may be the situation, she will never compromise for Sahil's happiness.

Present:

Anika wiped her tears and took a nap. Sahil arrived in an hour and both the brother sister duo enjoyed evening life in Kolkata having street food as she had promised Sahil to take him out. Anika tried to forget the pain seeing the smile and happiness on Sahil's face. She ruffled his hair who was trying to choose ice cream flavor for both of them. She silently thanked Chanda and Rohan for supporting her in everything.
