Anika was crying all the while thinking that she again got betrayed by him. Why does this always happens to me? she thought and cried. The pain she was going through was unbearable. Just then she heard her phone ringing and it was Shivaay. Though she didn't want to talk to him right now, she didn't want to spoil his mood. Whatever problems they have its between them and she has no right to spoil his hard work. Controlling her tears, she attends the call at last ring.

A: Shivaay..

S: Thank god tumne phone lift ki..What took you so much time? I was getting tensed.

A: Washroom gayi thi!

S: Ani, are you alright?

She held her dress in a tight fist to control her sobs.

A: Mein theek hoon..You are getting late for meeting Shivaay!

S: Yes..Will talk to you after meeting completes!

A: Hmm..

S: Ani, wish me all the best na?

Placing phone aside for a second, she took a deep breathe and answered,

A: All the best Shivaay..

S: Take care..love you!

Anika cut the call without saying anything. Rushing to washroom, she switched on shower and fell on the floor. Her tears mixed with shower water.

A: Kyu Shivaay? Kyu kiya aap ne aisa? Why did you hide this from me? Don't I deserve to know? Why did you do this to us? Kyu?

It's afternoon and Shivaay had completed his meeting. Everyone were impressed by his presentation. When it's time for him to sign the deal, he took the pen which Anika had gifted him. After signing it and after completing his work, he had messaged her.

S: Deal got signed Ani! I am very much happy now! Wanna come back to resort for lunch but isn't possible! Sorry! Love you!

He didn't get any reply. He thought that she might be sleeping and decided to not to disturb her. He smiled thinking about all those moments he spent with her. He later joined his clients for lunch being preoccupied in her thoughts.

Anika saw the message notification that flashed on her phone. She read it and placed phone aside. She sat silently thinking about everything.

Shivaay reached back resort around 7 in evening. As she opened the door he hugged her tightly. She didn't hug him back.

S: I missed you so much Ani! I bought roses for you!

He said and she silently took it and moved inside. He found it weird.

S: Ani, get ready..I planned for dinner date for us! We can roam around if you want to..And put on woolen clothes okay!

When he heard no reply, he moved to her side and saw her wiping tears. His smile dropped seeing her like this. He immediately cupped her face.

S: Anika kya hua? Tum aise ro kyu rahi ho? Did something happen in my absence? Tell me, kisine kuch kaha tumse? Tabiyat toh theek hai na? Kuch bolo Ani..Jaan jaa rahi hai meri..

She took a step back removing his hands from her face. He was shocked. He took a step forward to take her in his arms when he saw black file on the table. He understood everything. He gulped in fear at the thought of she will leave him again.

S: Ani..Anika..mein..mein..explain kar sakta hoon..Jaise tum soch rahi ho waisa kuch nahi hai. Please let me..

A(cut him): What will you do? Phir se koi aur jhooth bolenge? Phir se mujhe bewakoof banayenge? Boliye Shivaay? Chup kyu hai? Every word you said was a lie. Believing you I gave a chance for this relation, gave myself to you completely..Phir se aap ko dhoka dene ki kya zaroorat thi?

S: Anika please..

He slowly held her hand when she jerked his hand and pushed him. He was having tears in his eyes.

A: Don't touch me..you made me fool Shivaay. It's my mistake to give you a chance..I deserve this for letting you play with my life again!

If you thought I was a part of your life, then you could have supported me in that state..But now when we met after 3 years, you thought of bringing me back again into your life..And so you hid this truth from me..

He stood numb at her accusations. Never he thought that she would think like this about him. He was feeling disgusted of himself. He now understood how much his words might have hurt her in the past when he accused her. Anika fell down on the floor with a thud. She was crying very badly. He also knelt beside her and cupped her face with his trembling hands. He was also crying seeing her pain.

S: Please Anika I beg you give me one chance to prove myself..You can't jump into conclusions like this..please meri baat suno..

Anika stood up and was leaving towards balcony. She doesn't have any more strength in her to talk to him. She turned to him when he started to laugh like a mad person.

And after 3 months I saw you. I thought to see you from far and ran towards you..that's when I saw your hand bandaged..I saw the place and it was hospital! I just wanted to know what happened to you..I ran inside and inquired about you..Waha doctor ne kaha ki miscarriage hua hai tumhara and you attempted suicide..Mar chuka tha mein Anika..Meri guilt ki wajah se humara bacha kho diya meine..Uss pain ko control nahi kar paya..Doctor ke cabin se bahar aate hi niche gir gaya..I suffered heart attack..There is my medical report inside the file if you don't believe me..Till that point I thought you will be happy if I am away from you but in hospital I understood that I have to be on your side. I have to support you because I knew you were in pain..But tum already jaa chuki thi..Every day I prayed to God to meet you. And it took me 3 years to find you back! I agree I hid this truth from you because I thought you will leave me saying the same reason you questioned me few minutes back. Shivaay was crying as he let all his pain out. She didn't knew he had hid this much pain inside him.

A: Shivaay I am so sorry..Mujhe aisa behave nahi karni thi..I am sorry! Please forgive me..Meine aap ko bohot hurt kiya..I am sorry!

S: Ani, it's not your mistake..Anyone would have reacted in same way..Galti mera tha! I can handle everything except distances between us! Please don't ever leave me! I am sorry!

She hugged him tightly and he cried and cried like a baby. He let all his pain out and she felt guilty for not understanding him properly.

A: How did you manage to make me smile when you had this much pain inside you? Kaise Shivaay? I think I don't deser..

S(angrily): Never complete that line. We both deserve each other..

He kissed her forehead and whispered,

S: To see you smile I can do anything Anika! Because your smile is my strength..I am sorry for hiding everything.

Both stayed in each others embrace and he actually felt lighter and happier after sharing everything to her. She caressed his hair all the while and he slept peacefully in her lap. Even in his sleep he mumbled I love you that made her smile. That night she didn't sleep for a second and made sure he sleeps peacefully.
