Shivaay was unable to sleep the whole night. He just wanted to go to her and ask her forgiveness for all the wrong doings. When she jerked his hand and pushed him, he was dead. Seeing her going away from him made him feel ashamed of himself. The pain in her eyes was unbearable. At this moment he understood to which extent he broke her. He remembered the night he forcefully made her to sign divorce papers. He was looking at the moon and let his tears flow.

S: It was me who did mistake then why should she suffer? After seeing the pain in her eyes today I understood how much I had hurt her. From the start she always helped me and my family. But what did I do? Always insulted and gave her pain. She suffered and is still suffering a lot only because of me. Why did I behave like a beast?

He punched the till his knuckles were red. But the pain he saw in her eyes was nothing compared to his. He was eagerly waiting for the Sun to rise so that he can go to her home and talk to her.

Anika woke up very early because of the flashes of her past. She saw Sahil sleeping peacefully holding her hand. He was the one who supported her last night. Indeed he is her big brother and someone who she can proudly call as her's. She kissed his forehead and covered him properly with a comforter. She looked at the clock and it was 5.00 in the morning. She decided to go to the park nearby her home. She wrote a message that she is going to park and placed it on the bed side table so that he won't worry about her. Putting on a black woolen shrug she left towards the park, taking her phone along with her.

Only the people who work in the park were present at that time. She sat on the bench and was looking at the greenery. This place always soothed her but she didn't knew why. Slowly she remembered his past deeds and fear engulfed her. She is thinking about Sahil. She remembered how he kidnapped Sahil and forcefully married her. A small tear escaped from her eye.

Why did you come now? I left everything and came here to start a new life. Then why you have to come here again trying to destroy my peaceful life. I don't know what will happen in future but one thing is for sure that I will never ever let that family harm my Sahil in anyway. I should protect him from them. Again a thought stuck her mind. What if he meets her today? What to do then? She first thought to drop Sahil at his school and then go to office but it was Sunday.

Her heart wanted to protect Sahil & her mind was saying to face the situation directly. Why should I be afraid of him, when I didn't do any wrong thing. I always say to Sahil to face the situation bravely na, then why am I stepping back? I will show him that I am living happily and will ask him to not enter my life again.

She jerked out from her thoughts when she felt someone's hand on hers. She looked at the person and he was Sahil. He gave a small smile and sat next to her. Anika also smiled and hugged him close to her.

Sa: When I woke up, you weren't there. I saw the note and came here.

A: Woh..neend nahi aa rahi thi toh yaha aa gayi! What's the time now?

Sa: 6.30 didi!

Anika nodded and sat silently.

Sa: You were thinking about him right?

He asked looking at her. She looked down unable to lie to him.

Sa: Meri didi aisi bilkul nahi thi. She knows how to handle situations maturely.

A: Mein uske saamne wapas nahi jaa sakti Sahil.

Sa: Then don't go didi! Its your life and its only you who should take decisions of your life! All I want to say is that don't fall weak in front of anyone. I am not saying to allow him into your life but what I am saying is give a try & listen to what he says. Be what you are and don't let anyone control your life. Aap ki zindagi ki decision aap khud hi decide karoge!

Anika smiled. What more she needs in her life other than her brother. She is always amazed my his antics and his maturity. Even when Sahil came to know that Anika had suffered from miscarriage, he didn't break down. And she knows that he behaved strong only to not let her fall. He helped her in each and every level of her life. She is indeed very much thankful to her foster parents for gifting her Sahil.

Sa: Kya hua didi?

A: Kuch nahi..yeh soch rahi thi ki mera chota bhai bohot bada ho gaya hai!

Sa: Of course mein bada hoon! Poocho gi nahi kaise?

A: Kaise?

Sa: Because boys who drink milk with complan are grown up! Results had proved that!

Both of them giggled.

A: But you drink milk with boost na!

Sahil face palmed. Both of them stared each other for a while and burst out laughing. Anika forgot everything for some time. After a while of laughing, both hugged and left to their home. On Sahil's request Anika prepared his favorite breakfast. Both of them had it and Sahil helped Anika in cleaning their home.

After a while the bell rang. Sahil opened the door and Anika's smile faded seeing Oberoi family again. She was in a fix. She don't want them to enter her home and she also don't want to push them away from her home.

Dadi: Hume andar nahi bulaoge puttar?

Anika just let them in ignoring Shivaay's intense gaze on her. Everyone were looking at her small cozy home, decorated in the same way Anika loved. Before she could ask anything Omru rushed towards her and hugged her tightly. She slowly placed her hands around both.

Ru: How are you bhabhi? All of us missed you so much!

Om: We are very much happy seeing you in front of us bhabhi.

A: Mein aap ki bhabhi nahi hoon! You can call me didi like before.

Everyone became silent. Anika broke the hug and moved towards dadi taking her blessings.

A: Kaisi hai aap dadi?

D: Tujhe dekh kar theek ho gayi puttar!

She then saw a girl in a red chudidar along with Bhavya. Why did Bhavya come here? She thought and confusion was evident on her face. Om understood this.

Om: Anika, this is Gauri my wife and she is Bhavya Rudra's fiance!

Anika mumbled hi to both and trio shared a hug. She saw Tej, Jhanvi, Shakti and Pinky eagerly looking at her with some unknown emotion. She was confused and turned towards Omru.

A: How are you both?

Omru: Fine..Aap kaisi ho?

A: Mein bhi theek hoon! So Om, finally shadi kar li!

She gave a small smile.

Ru: Paraya dhan ho gaya hai didi!

All giggled. She looked at Shivaay from corner of her eyes and again looked down. Dadi called her and Anika knew what she wanted to talk. She was thinking of a way to escape. Just then her phone rang and she excused from everyone to pick up the call.

She entered living area with her bag after talking to the other person.

A: I am sorry dadi..mujhe kahi jaana hai! Kuch zaroori kaam hai.

D: Koi pareshani puttar?

A: Mujhe resort pe jaana hai. Waha ke manager se kuch important kaam hai. I need to go.

Shivaay looked at her and saw the discomfort in her eyes. He knew she was uncomfortable. He then looked at dadi and blinked his eyes. Even dadi understood. She decided to talk to her privately.

Dadi: Theek hai puttar, tu ja!

Ru: Didi, if you want we will take Sahil to our villa! I mean to say he will be alone right!

Anika immediately shouted no. Everyone got startled.

A: Woh..what I mean to say is that Sahil is going to his friend's home for his science project!

Everyone moved towards exit except Shivika. He moved a step towards her while she took a step back. He could clearly understood her hatred towards him but he needs to talk to her.

S: I wanted to talk to you.

A: I have some work.

S: I will be waiting for you!

Both of them just stared into each other's eyes. A thin layer of tears pooled up in her eyes and she doesn't want to break down in front of him. She turned back not able to bear his intense gaze. He left wiping the tears that escaped his eyes.

Anika took a cab to go to resort where Aditya and Payal's wedding was organized. Leaning her head on the window glass, she looked at buildings passing by. She wasn't able to forget his face nor his eyes that were showing a mixture of happiness, guilt, pain.

A: Why do you have to meet me again Shivaay?

She thought and closed her eyes.
