Shivika are married. But never confessed their love for each other.
Shivaay has a twin mahi which is aware only to the family. They hide it to the world due to some business reasons.

Mahi is also a business man who runs the restaurant osteria which is in ITALY and which is famous for Italian recipes. Osteria is number one restaurant world wide. Everyone knew him as mahi, the CEO of osteria. But no one know him as mahendra Singh oberoi. No one saw him directly. Except few who never saw shivaay.

This was planned by oberois for shivaahi's safety .

So one day

Shivaay came late night after completing his work in the office

He saw anika sleeping
So he went calmly

Anika who just acted as sleeping wiped her tears

She heard shivaay foot steps and closed her eyes

Shivaay came drifted into the sleep beside her

Anika is coming from the market and saw mahi whom she assumed as shivaay is kissing some girl.

So anika went to meet an advocate and applied for divorce

A- mai aap teeno ke beech nahi aana chahti hoon aap mujhe divorce dhe dijiye. Aur USS ladki ke saat khush raho
S(in mind)- pata nahi yeh ladki kya kya soch rahi hai. Ab mai usse kaise batao ki wo mai nahi balki mahi hai

She said and was about to leave but shivaay pulled her angrily and pinned her to the wall

He tore the divorce papers and threw it in swimming pool

S- mai tume nahi chodne wala hoon samja. Iss liye yeh sabh stupidities bandh karo samji

He said and left from there

Anika sat on the bench and started crying.

He pushed shivaay

M- kya hua shivaay. Kyu maar rahe ho mujhe

Shivaay tells mahi everything

S- kaoun thi wo haa.
M- wo Richa hai and I love her.
S- saala tu pehle nahi bata sakte ho mujhe. Pehle ghar aa jaata tho yeh sabh nahi hota
M- iss mein galati teri hai. Meri nahi .
S- Maine kya kia ?
M- agar tuu bhabhi se I love you keh dheta tho yeh sabh nahi hota. Tujhe I love you bolne mein kya problem hai shivaay
S- you know na. I can't Express myself
M- tuna ishqbaaz banne ke baad bhi nahi badla na. Tume pata hai kabhi kabhi agar hum apne feelings Express nahi kia na tho bahut saare problems ho jaata hai. Koi nahi jo hua so hua atleast ab batao shivaay
S- per wo tho mujhse naraz hai. Tum richa ke saat ghar chalo. Such jaane ke baad wo cool ho jayegi tab bataoungi

Shivaahi went to OM

M- and jis ladki ko aap ne dekha tha kal wo meri girlfriend hai. And wo jisse aap ne dekha wo shivaay nahi mai hoon

S- haa. Wo mai nahi tha balki yeh tha
A- aap pehle bata detha tho yeh sabh nahi hota
M- exactly mai bhi yahi kehta hoon. But kya kare he is always late
S- oh hello mai tumse bada hoon
M- so what ek minute tho different hai
P- per meri honewali bahu kaoun hai.

S- offcource mai tumse naraz nahi hoon.  But tum ek baat yaad rakhna anika. Tum mujhe chodke jaane ki baad kabhi math karna. Because mai tumare bina nahi jee saktha. I love you so much anika. I love you. And I love only you

Anika saw him with lots of love

S- aisa kyu dekh rahi ho tum mujhe
A- sirf yeh teen shabdh bolne ke liye aap ne poore ek saal laga diya shivaay
S- aisa he hoon mai
A- fir bhi mujhe aap har rang mein pasand ho.
S- really
A- hmm. I love you shivaay
