Soon Shivaay met his whole family who were in tears, and all were quite because they don't know what to say...because right now Shivaay is so vulnerable.

He just hugged his dadi and was weeping, while Om-Ru was hugging from behind and muttering everything will be ok.

Nurse: Ahmm...Mr. Oberoi?

Shivaay saw a nurse standing there soon he came out of hug and wiped his tear and said yes.

Nurse: I am sorry Mr. Oberoi she is no more.

Shock will be an underestimate for family and for Shivaay his world has being destroyed. 

Shivaay (asks vulnerably) : Wha...What....a...are .......you saying?...Nah..nahi this ...is not possible...meri Annika....my Ann...Annika can't leave me...

Nurse: Annika?? Who Annika sir??

All family member looked her confusingly, and while she was trying to understand what the hell was going on.

Tej: Nurse you just say that she is no more...so about whom are you talking about?

Tej asked to the nurse to clarify their doubts, while whole Oberoi clan was watching with a hope that it's not Annika.

Nurse checked the clipboard and told,

Nurse: Ahm.. according to this Ms. Roop Oberoi is no more...she died before we brought her here,  She was trying to escape from police custody so the police shot her dead. And her body just arrived in hospital, doctor told me to inform you about it.

Oberois don't know whether they should be happy that it's not Annika or sad that Roop died although they know  she was the one who created all this chaos but whatever it was a news that will affect Annika also.

But Shivaay was relieved that his Annika is fine and he sat down on the seat while closing his eyes to just open in next second to see a doctor who was treating Annika.

Doctor: Mr. Oberoi you told you want to meet Mrs. Oberoi you may meet her now, but she is unconscious  and only you are allowed for ten minutes.

Nodding his head, Shivaay followed the doctor, and opened the door of ICU only to hear the beeping of machine, he closed the door slowly and took small step towards the hospital bed and sat on the stool that was kept beside the bed. He looked her fragile body attached with numerous machines. Her abdominal region was looking thicker due to bandage as she was stabbed there and there was also few bandage on her hands  and forehead because of drowning.  He took her hand and brought near him and kissed it and kept it again delicately.

Shivaay: Hey Annika, look who is here with you?? It's me your Kanji Aankhon wala Tadibaaz Bagadbilla or what you say billuji...right. (while caressing her fingers) Annika you know...during our marriage we took some vows...do you remember? Of course you know it ..what you used to say that you eat 10 almonds everyday so of course you know it...then you also remember that we took a vow, " Whatever will be a situation we will never leave each other", haina?? Then you have to wake up Annika, for me ...for all those who are waiting for you to be again khidkitood .... Annika I know you are strong enough to come back to me...and you know I can't live without you right?? So please come back for me, for our love, for our family. And I know you will come back and I am waiting for you...And I love you ok.

He kissed her forehead and left from there as his 10 minutes were over.

After 24  hours...

Whole Oberoi family is waiting for improvisation in Annika's health, right now doctor is checking her as their was change in her health chart.

Shivaay was roaming here and there and was not crying again trying to be strong. 

Soon doctor came out and Shivaay stood in front of the doctor. While doctor gave him the smile.

Doctor: Congratulation Mr. Oberoi your love won, she is fine now and soon will gain consciousness...but need to stay in ICU for few more hours, then we can shift her.

Shivaay: Doctor may I??

Doctor smiled and nodded. Shivaay ran towards her ward and opens the door but slowly so that he won't disturb her and slowly wet to her and pecked her forehead. 

Shivaay: (taking her hand) I know Annika...I know you will keep your promise and you know that  I love you...I love you.

For sometime he stared Annika...looking her pale face and a bandage that's covers her forehead, but then he notice something which makes him to smile, her Annika was gaining consciousness. Her eyes were flickering and her fingers which were clasped in his hand started moving, a lone tear escaped from his eye seeing her. Finally she opened her eyes and tried to adjust for the light. She rotate her eyeball  and  saw Shivaay was sitting there. She gave him small smile and he smiled back. She tries to move herself but felt an immense pain and she growled which had pressed Shivaay's panic button.

Shivaay: Hey Annika!! Are you ok...Is it paining a lot...oh I am so stupid indeed it must be... wait I will go and call the doctor he might subscribe some painkiller till then don't you dare to move.

He told last line sternly but his eyes were filled with water which told Annika that he may cry anytime.

He started going from there while blabbering something but Annika hold her hand. He turned back to see Annika was trying to pull him towards the bed. He immediately sat there and cupped her face and asks what happened .

She smiled and through her hands she indicates him to come and lay beside her, at first he was reluctant that he might hurt her but seeing her stubborn self, he laid beside her. Annika turned her face on his side and smiled again which he reciprocated.

Annika(low voice): Shivaay..

Shivaay: Hmm Annika 

Annika: I am fine Shivaay...no need to cry.

She took her one hand and tries to wipe her tears but before she could could do that he hide himself in her neck and start sobbing. Annika could feel his warm tears on her neck. She starts caressing his hairs and start saying some sweet words to him.

After five minutes Shivaay calmed down and got up from bed and make sure she is perfectly comfortable and then kiss her forehead. He sat beside her and starts caressing her hair which makes her asleep.

After few hours...

Annika had been shifted to VIP ward as doctor told them she is completely fine and after one week they can apply for discharge.

Annika flickered eyes to get another shock in her life...

Everyone: SURPRISE!!!

Which scared her at first but later made her smile with tears in her eyes. She is seeing her family after a whole damn month. The room was not looking like hospital ward it was just like a fairy's room, there were so many balloons on which "Get well soon Annika"  was written and the room were filled with all her favourite flowers. She saw everyone there except Shivaay.

Dadi was the first one to notice tears in her eyes and she sat on the stool that was beside Annika's bed and wiped her tears. She kissed her forehead and took her hand and tied a Raksha sutra in her right hand. She starts caressing her hairs.

Dadi: How are you puttar??

Annika: Main toh bilkul khidkitood hu. ( I am completely fine) 

Her mind was engaged in thinking where is Shivaay?? but before she could answer it dadi answered her unasked question.

Dadi: Puttar we have send billu to our guest house so that he can change... he will be coming anytime soon.

Annika nodded her head and while Jhanvi and Tej asked if she is fine or need something, soon one by one all were questioning the same, this made her overwhelmed and she started crying. All were panicked why she was crying.

Rudra: Bhabhi why are you crying is it paining to much!!

Annika nodded  in no,

Rudra: Then what happened bhabhi??

Annika(still crying): I am blessed Rudra...I am blessed

Rudra: Blessed (going closer to Omkara) O I am feeling Annika bhabhi had got severe head injury that's why she is saying that she is blessed to get admitted in the hospital.

Omkara(whispering):Shut up Rudra!! 

Dadi: Puttar tell us clearly what happened.

Annika: I am so blessed..to have such a sweet and caring family dadi!! You all love me so much...despite knowing that I was the one who was going against you all... I hurt all of you so much...yet you are with me...in my most difficult time.

Tej: But you never gone against us Annika...we know the whole truth...and whatever we did was also not forgetful even we have hurt you a lot, especially me.

Jhanvi: Tej is saying right,  whatever you did was less comparing to what we did. In fact we should  be the one who should say sorry and thank you to you. Sorry for hurting you too much and thank you for reuniting our family and this time for forever. So its better don't cry for sill thing got it??

Jhanvi told last line sternly while Annika nodded her affirmatively with a smile and eyes filled with water.

Rudra: Now enough of this rona-dhona, look bhabhi what I brought for you.

Rudra told her giving a teddy-bear.

Rudra: Bhabhi did you like it??

Annika nodded affirmatively

Annika: It's nice Rudra...it's cute like you.

And then someone opened the door, everyone turn's back to see who is there. They found Shivaay standing there and a bouquet on his hands.

Rudra: Oho!! bhaiya , yaha bhi romance... but just for a reminder this is hospital ward not your room, so control yourself.

Shivaay- Omkara: Shut up Rudra!!

Everyone started laughing. After few minutes dadi stood up and told everyone that we should go back, as now Shivaay is also here. Everyone agreed while going out Rudra was giving naughty smiles to Shivaay. Shivaay smacked his back, but before he could smack him one more time he ran away.

Shivaay saw Annika looking at him with a smile, he went near her kissed her forehead and kept those flowers on the vase that was kept on side stool.

Shivaay: How are you feeling now?

Shivaay asked while playing with her fingers.

Annika: I am fine Shivaay. Are you??

Shivaay nodded. His phone rang seeing it's from police commissioner so he excused himself and went outside. While Annika was tired laying down for so long, so she tried to get up but before she could sit back Shivaay came back and shouted her name, he ran to her and made her laid down.

Shivaay: What were trying to do ha??

Annika: Shivaay I was tired laying down for so long...I want to sit.

Shivaay: So you can ask me right?? Why you always try to be a superhero. Sometime you should just relax, but no you never listens to me... Acha ok wait let me call a nurse.

Soon a nurse came and she used remote to raise the bed while Shivaay makes sure she don't feel any pain on her abdomen.

Shivaay: You are comfortable??

Shivaay asked cupping her face, she nodded.

Shivaay: What was that?? Are you mad?? Why did you went to Roop bua alone...knowing that it was not safe.

Annika: Shivaay there was no option...if I won't have gone she might have killed Sanjana. Shivaay how is Sanjana and Arhant?? Are they ok??

Shivaay: They are fine...in fact you know when you were fighting against death na...they were getting married...for those people you put your life in danger. Annika I am really upset with you. At least you could have told me earlier that you are doing this I won't have left you here right this.

Shivaay told with tears.

Annika: Shivaay firstly you listen to me completely, it's not Arhant and Sanjana mistake... I was the one who took promise from Arhant that he will not reveal anything to you and he will get married on time so that they can leave for London and then Roop bua can't hurt them. And secondly you told me to tell you but you also don't tell me many things right??

Shivaay: Annika those things are difference. (Cupping her face) Annika I don't want to disturb you by telling those unwanted thing...I don't want you to be upset. 

Annika: But still Shivaay it upsets me...you hid my father matter from me because for protecting me but at the end... but at he end we separated right?? So what was the use of hiding things.

Shivaay looks down in guilty. Annika makes him look at her.

Annika: It's not just your mistake...even it was mine too I should have come there and slap you or may be throwing water on you and should ask authoritatively that what are doing and why?? So I am sorry.

Shivaay looked at her with small smile...

Shivaay: Even I am sorry Annika... may be this was a lesson for us that we should really not hide things from each other...and this time we should properly follow this promise very properly.

Annika: But it's you every time who breaks promises.

Shivaay: Nah...not this time(taking her hands) Annika whatever happened in these two days, it taught me how you would have felt when I hide things from you. that's why I will not break my promise but recently it was you also broke her promise you believed Roop bua and not me, in fact I told you to just trust me and just believe me.

Annika: Acha so I apologized na !!! and yes even I promise I won't be hiding things from you. Pinky promise,

Annika forwarded her finger, he smiled and entangled his finger with her.

Shivaay: Pinky promise

After few minutes Annika asked.

Annika: Shivaay what happened to Roop bua??...I shot her.

Shivaay took her hand.

Shivaay: Annika Roop bua was a nightmare in our life, which is now ended.

Annika: Matlab??

Shivaay: When Roop bua was rescued she tried to make one officer hostage to ran away so in self defense police shot her dead... and whatever happened it's good for everyone, she already ruined so many lives in her revenge. SO you don't need to upset with anything ok??

Annika nodded

Annika: You know Shivaay it was first time I shot someone, I was really afraid...but to protect me and those proves which I collected against Roop bua I shot her on foot and then on ship monitor board so that she couldn't do anything.

Shivaay: You could have aim higher Annika. I won't have regret anything. But which proves are you taking Annika??

Before she could say something, Bhavya entered.

Bhavya: Sorry bhaiya-  bhabhi, if I am disturbing you. Actually it's urgent. Yesterday that nurse gave me bhabhi's accessories and dress, while finding a proof again Roop bua, I found that in pendant there was a hidden camera so, I took out the chip...but it was drowned in water so I gave to my hacker friend...he gave it to me right now, and now we had a solid proof against Roop bua, with video audio recording, and now papa and chote papa will be proved not guilty and everything will be sorted.

Shivaay looked at Annika's face which look relieved. 

Nurse: Ahm excuse me sir, Doctor Murphy told me to inform you that she needs to rest now. 

Nurse came inside to in form them, so Shivaay made her laid down and starts caressing her hairs so that she can sleep. Soon she slept due to medical affect.

Shivaay and Bhavya came out.

Shivaay: Bhavya give this to police commissioner, once we reach to Mumbai... as he called today regarding Kalyani mill.

Bhavya nodded her head, but before she could continue...

"Bhaiya"

Both turned back to find Arhant and Sanjana. Shivaay turned his back and started moving.

Arhant: Bhaiya please wait...I know you are angry with me...I can understand but please forgive me.

Sanjana: Bhaiya I know you are really upset with him, even I was but yesterday when he told everything to me and dadi, I understood he did it for me, I know no justification could forgive his mistake... but I am just asking chance from him bhaiya pls.

Before Shivaay replies...Doctor Murphy comes there.

Doctor Murphy: Ahm Mr. Oberoi can you please buy these medicines??

Bhavya: I will get it.

Taking the prescription from doctor she went to pharmacy.

Doctor Murphy: And one more thing Mr. Oberoi autopsy is done, you may collect the body??

Arhant: Autopsy??

Doctor Murphy: Of Ms. Roop Oberoi.

And soon doctor Murphy went away.

Arhant: How did this happened??

Arhant was shocked, he always hated her, but her death is shock for him but he knows whatever happened she deserved it.

Shivaay: She died in police encounter. You may talk the doctor regarding the body.

Shivaay turned towards Arhant and saw few tears in his eyes. Shivaay goes near him and kept his hand on his shoulder.

Shivaay: Look Arhant I can understand what you are feeling right now...but I believe whatever happened at the end she is your mother and I will say you should perform her last rites, and abut forgiving you Arhant I need time, because I can't forget what ever happened there. But I am ready to give you a chance. 

Arhant hugged him.

AFTER ONE WEEK

Finally everything is sorted. After talking to Shivaay, on the very next day Arhant performed Roop's last rite and next day he, Sanjana and his dadi went to London. Bhavya went to Mumbai for submitting the proofs and all the allegation were removed against them. Annika health is also improving, she is getting discharge today, everything is sorted. She will airlifted with the help of chopper. Doctor have told Shivaay that Annika will need some physiotherapies too and a liquid diet for one month.

Soon Annika reached Oberoi mansion where she got one more surprise, Pinky was now fine and she came on the wheelchair to do her aarti, even Rudra told this was the first time he is seeing saas-bahu milan on wheelchairs, as doctor had advised her to use wheelchair for one more week.

Finally Annika- Shivaay reached there room...It was so nostalgic they both are entering together after a whole one month. Shivaay slowly lifted her from wheel chair and placed her on bed and then sat beside her. she kept her head on his chest while he started playing with her hairlocks.

Annika: Shivaay you know one month you and me gave up on each other...thinking that our relationship can't work out, but

before she could continue he told

Shivaay: But our love never gave up... and because of that we are together

Annika:  Forever??

Shivaay: Yes Forever. Annika I love you.

Annika: Jaanti hu

Shivaay laughed.

Annika: Shivaay I love you

Shivaay: Jaanta hu.

This time both laughed. And soon Annika came closer to her and same does Shivaay and captured her lips to show  there love to the world and tell them no one can separate them.
