Annika: Arrey bhaiya do it properly. I have told you na don't put these flower garlands here, decorate that swing with it.

Annika was dashing here and there to make sure that the arrangements are properly done, as today is Arhant and Sanjana mehendi and then in evening a sangeet.

She was quite nervous not because she has less time for making arrangements for these events. She was nervous because after Shivaay and Tia's wedding no..no... after Shivika wedding it is her second event and she don't want to take any risk on it as success of this event will take to her destination to open her own firm - 'SHAAN' as this name has 'S' for Shivaay and Sahil, 'H' for Harsh her father and 'AN' for Annika. This name connects to all boys of her life, who never left her hand when she needed them most.

Annika went to decorate the entrance where she felt a tap on her shoulder.

Annika (continuing her work): Yes Shivaay, what happened?

Shivaay (surprisingly): How did you know it was me??

Annika: Just like that, like you feel that I am near to you what does Rudy says ha Annika sensometer.

Shivaay: So what you have S.S.

Annika frowned at what he was trying to say.

Annika: What's SS??

Shivaay: Shivaay Sensometer

Annika(chuckling): Maltab kuch bhi.., you don't have any work that you are roaming here??

Shivaay: I have work, that's why I am here.

Annika (looking at him): What work??

Shivaay: To steal my wife and make her eat breakfast so that she does not faint, like she fainted in karwachauth.

Annika looked at him as if she would eat him raw.

Annika: Hahahaha...For your kind information Mr Shivaay Singh Oberoi it was because of you that I skipped my meal at that time.

Shivaay (said with a goofy grin): Is that so?? Then I will rectify my mistake. Now come and have something.

Annika: Shivaay I will eat later, a lot of work is left here I really need to finish it.

Annika started doing her work again while Shivaay frowned seeing her ignorance towards food.

Annika (making a puppy face): Shivaay please!!

Annika: Shivaay you are behaving as if I would die if I did not eat. (Author: Now you are gone!! Anyone agree with me??)

And when she realizes what she spoke, Shivaay already left from there but not breaking a vase kept near the gate.

Annika: Argh!! Now I have to manofy this tadibaaz bagadbila!!! (Looking at sky) Why God ?? Why God why always I need to manofy him.

She went to search for his ruthe piya aka Shivaay Singh Oberoi who is currently Grumpy Singh Oberoi.

Finally!! She found Shivaay sitting on one of the tables near the beach and was looking at the sea but according to Annika he was burning the sea with his anger. She swallowed the lump formed in her throat.

She decided to get a plate of breakfast and then she will see what to do.

When she came back she saw him talking on the phone or to be more precise shouting on mobile.

Shivaay: Mishra!! I don't want to listen to anything...I want that presentation complete or else the whole team working on this deal is fired, got it...good...I want it tonight.

When Annika heard it,

Annika POV

OMG!! Annika you are a gone case. Now no one can save you from this Baggad Billa, Shivaay vented his anger on poor Mishra ji, and if I said something he would pounce on me like a lion. Koi nahi I can do it !!! Yes I can do it after all he will not kill me because he was angry that I said I will die. Hmm good and yes before I go HAR HAR HAR MAHADEV!! Please save me from his third eye.

Annika went near the table where Shivaay was sitting and she sat on the near chair, seeing her Shivaay started leaving from there but she held his wrist.

Annika: Shivaay I know you are upset with me but skipping meal is not an option now please come and have your breakfast with me I know you didn't had your breakfast and then you have also not ate your medicines please Shivaay!!

Shivaay starts wiggling to move away.

Annika: Shivaay please!! Acha fine if you do not agree then I will also not have my breakfast , (dramatically) no problem I will stay hungry what's bad ha what will happen I will faint na !! No problem I will handle.

Listening to this Shivaay stopped wiggling and sat quietly there. They finished their breakfast silently. Annika tried that he says something but he didn't uttered anything. After finishing their breakfast. Shivaay was again going to his room but Annika hold her again.

Annika: Shivaay I am sorry!!

Shivaay: How many times do I forgive you ha?? Every time you says you won't say this again but you repeats it every time. 

Shivaay cups her face and looks into her eyes.

Shivaay: Annika you know na you are so precious to me I don't want to lose you not even to the death  Even if Yamraj would be standing between us I won't give up and will fight back remember this!! and I will win.

Listening this she understood what turmoil Shivaay is feeling due to this separation. It has made Shivaay quiet protective towards Annika he is afraid that Annika will leave him due to which while sleeping his hold on her is tighter than usual. She hugged him to make him calm. And it worked he hold her tighter. After few minutes he broke hug and to light the mood he says,

Shivaay: You know what !! You should try acting in daily soaps the way you act and you will surely get a role.

Annika: Is that so you can see me romancing with another guy ha??

Shivaay (instantly reply): No, not at all, plan cancel !!

Annika: Arre itni jaldi??

Shivaay said no and left from there .

Annika starts laughing.

Annika: OMG poor Shivaay!!

Soon she left to finish her leftover work.

It was time for mehendi Sanjana was sitting on the swing which was decorated with flowers. All went Aww seeing the swing.

 In fact everyone loved Annika's work so much that they were asking her to organize their functions in future, She was feeling like

And Shivaay was so proud of her that face was lit with a 1000 volt bulb.

Arhant Dadi: Arrey Annika beta come here!!

Annika goes there to ask what happened.

Arhant dadi: Nothing Puttar, you are really looking beautiful nazar na lag jaye.

Arhant dadi: Beta now you should also sit and apply mehendi, come with me.

She took Annika with her and made her sit and told one of them to apply heena on her hands and then she left.

After sometime the ;ady who was appling mehendi asked her who's name shall she write.

Annika thought for sometime then she replies,

Annika: Write ....(muted)

Shivaay's POV

Today I was overjoyed seeing Annika's praise. In fact if we were not in public I would surely have picked her up and twirled her around but I had to control my emotions. But I am 100 percent sure that achieving anything we do not need some surname or any source. What we need is determination, hardwork and perseverance. This is well shown by Annika that she does not need my name to represent herself. Her name is enough to show her ability and to give a takkar. I am so proud of you Annika!!

When today I saw her in this dress today she looked like an epitome of beauty. And right now I want to sit beside her and see my name on her heena but currently stuck with these business associates. But now no more I quickly bid them goodbye and moved towards Annika.

Shivaay's POV ends

Shivaay goes near Annika but seems like she failed to notice him so he clears his throat to gain her attention, She looks up and seeing him smiles brightly and ask him to sit beside her which he gladly agreed.

Shivaay (teasingly): So mehendi and all ha... looks like you are a bride.

Annika: Oh acha!! Atleast please learn how should you praise, may be Kabir can do it properly remember , that one who said " We looks like brother sister" one.

Shivaay frowned listening his name but soonely his frown converted into an evil smirk.

Shivaay: I guess you don't know that he left the venue in the morning itself.

Annika frowns at this and asks why.

Shivaay (polishing his nails) : You know SSO powers na

Annika shakes her head in unbelieve afterall how she could forget his over possessive nature but thought to leave this topic here itself.

After a few minutes Shivaay noticed Annika's Mehendi was almost finished and noticed something.

Shivaay: Heyy Annika!! Where is my name??

Annika (casually): I didn't write it.

Shivaay: Why?? Wait excuse me can you give me this cone.

He asks that heena lady and asks her to leave. He took that cone and goes near to her and wrote "SHIVAAY" on her hand. Annika was lost on him and thinks why does he want everything perfect. After writing his name he again looks her mehendi and with a proud smile says

Shivaay: Now it looks perfect. I never knew that I was perfect in this. Wow Shivaay!!

Annika chuckled, hearing this later Shivaay brought lunch for them and the mehendi function was ended in a happy note.

Annika woke up from her slumber, she sat on the bed and saw that it's almost time and she needs to get ready and start preparing for Sangeet. Today was really hectic for her but thanks to Shivaay who forced her to sleep for one hour and now she is feeling fresh. But she wondered where he was??

Soon the door opens and sees Shivaay standing. Seeing her awake Shivaay smiled and she smiled back.

Shivaay: Hey good evening!! Feeling fresh.

She wished him back and nodded positively.

Shivaay: So get ready then.

She said yes and after getting fresh. she left for her work.

After finishing her work she came back to room and starts getting ready.

When she was doing final touch ups she felt someone's hands from behind but she recognized who he was there.

Annika: Shivaay??

Shivaay keeps his head on her shoulder and nuzzles in her neck.

Both laughs hearing this not knowing what this night holds them for.

Soon Sangeet started all swaying in the beats. Everything looks perfect but I guess someone is not able to digest it and a person came in the disguise of a waiter, but he had a knife with him.

While Annika and Shivaay were dancing with each other looking so happy with each other. Shivaay pulled her closer and started dancing.

Annika (panting): Now bas Shivaay I am tired and now I have to check arrangements.

Shivaay (frowning): Areey but abhi toh start kiya hai. One morre song please.

Annika: No waise bhi it's not our wedding, so let the new couple should dance ok, now I am leaving bye,

Annika left from there and soon Shivaay went to meet few of his guest.

Annikawas standing in one of the secluded corner, and checking the flights and someone tapped her from behind.

Person: Boom!!

Annika was scared but seeing the person frown formed.

Annika: Arhant what are you doing here it's your sangeet and you are here with me??

Arhant: Relax bhabhi. I was just here to check that guy.

Pointing to the same waiter. Annika looked in the same direction but she did not understand what he was saying.

Annika: Why, I mean what happened?

Arhant: Don't know he gives me negative vibes. You didn't notice?

Annika: No maybe you are overthinking leave this and being with Sanjana it's your important day right go.

Arhant went from there and a smirk was their on his face.

After he left Annika looked at the waiter but he seemed decent. Leaving this she started doing her work but she was not able to concentrate on anything as her mind was on that waiter.

She decided to tell everything to Shivaay. Maybe he had some solution. She saw Shivaay speaking with someone, she started moving towards him but what she saw shocked her to the core she saw the same waiter near the knife and hidding a knife behind him and was moving towards Arhant's Dadi.

She ran towards the waiter like a tigress and pushed him from behind, gaining everyone's attention.

When Shivaay saw this he rant onwards Annika,

Shivaay: Annika what happened ??

Annika: Shivaay ...Shivaay this guy ...was ... attempting to kill..dadi

Shivaay: What??

And then he sees the knife lying there. But before the waiter grabs it Shivaay snatches it while Arhant hugs dadi seeing her in danger. Waiter quickly gets up and tries to run away.

But Shivaay was quick in his action and caught him.

Shivaay grabbed his collars

Shivaay(angrily): Who sent you here to kill her?? Tell me??

But the waiter was looking here and there adn he quickly took a note and kept it in Shivaay pocket without anyone's notice and he pushed Shivaay and ran away.

Annika: Shivaay!!

Annika held him but the waiter ran away.

Arhant came forward and said: I am really sorry ladies and gentlemen but the party's over hope you have enjoyed. Thank you!!

Soon everyone left except the family members.

Arhant came towards Annika and folded hands and said " Thank you bhabhi you saved the precious gem of my life".

Before she says something everyone starts thanking her and soon everyone starts going back after making sure that there will be no further security breach.

Now only Shivaay and Annika were left in hall

Shivaay: Come let's go and have some rest.

Annika: Shivaay you go I will be coming in a few minutes, I had some incomplete work which I need to finish just coming.

Shivaay nodded in yes and moved towards the room.

Annika went towards the beach and saw the person who had her answers.

Annika: Mr Arhant Sehgal wait!!

Listening to his full name he knows what is going to come right now and he turned back with a smirk.

Arhant: Yes bhabhi

Annika: So you knew about it. Am I right Mr Arhant Sehgal?

Arhant(inocently): About what?

Annika: About that waiter. It was you who had planted him right as when he was caught he was continuously looking at you like he was waiting for your instruction and then I saw you were showing thumbs up and then suddenly he pushed Shivaay and he ran away. And I am sure you won't harm your dadi so what was your plan?

Arhant: (says with a smirk) Smart player Bhabhi.

Annika: What do you want Arhant? Now I am damn sure that it was you who planned this fiasco and you yourself told me about that? I am not getting it why you have helped me and made me a hero??

Arhant: Just to check how sensible you are? So that can add you to my team?

Annika: Which team??

Arhant: A revenge team from Oberoi and after all to reach your destination you need me. So let's be together. At this time it is payback time for Oberoi.

Annika: I am not getting why you want revenge and what harm Oberoi did??

Arhant: A long tale I will tell you when I can trust you. You have a time till haldi rasam for this proposal if yes so I will reveal everything and no if no then so we would be like devar bhabhi only so tick tock your time begins now.

And Arhant left

Annika : What should I do? Should I tell Shivaay?
