Daksh. He couldn't believe it. Daksh was his childhood friend. He didn't expect him to do anything like that. Not even in his wildest dreams. He looked at Anika who looked away.

She didn't want to face him. She knew he wouldn't believe her, why should he. She just entered his life. So he liked her, doesn't mean he has to believe her. She left him alone and went to the guest room. Soon she heard the door close and knew Shivaay left. A lone tear escaped her eyes. Anything she had with Shivaay was officially ruined.

She didn't know why but it hurt. She couldn't bare the idea of him hating her or doubting her. Even though they had only known each other for a month, he had become an important part of her life. She liked him, it was true. But somewhere deep down, she knew it was more than that. And that made it all the more worse.

Shivaay had drove home as it was nighttime. He was still processing what Anika had said. Her sad and broken face kept popping up in his head. But he didn't know what to do. He did trust Anika. He did. But the accusation against Daksh was pretty big.

As he was thinking about it, he realized that no girl would say something like that for no reason. Especially Anika. Even if Daksh was his friend, he had to get to the bottom of it. Because if Daksh had misbehaved with his Anika, then he would kill him. That's when he got a message from Khanna.

Anika walked into college with a blank expression. She didn't want to go but her education was always her first priority and she wasn't going to change that now, for a boy. Mallika greeted her as usual to which she only smiled. She didn't see him neither did she want to.

"Anika, tum teekh tho ho na. Please hum dost hain. Mujhe tum kuch bhi bata sakti ho," she tried to make Anika understand. Anika gave her a sad smile. That's when her eyes met Shivaay's.

"Mallika ab iska koyi fayda nahi. Jo damage hona tha, ho chuka. Main teekh hun. Aur agar nahi bhi hoti, toh teekh ho jati." She then walked away when she heard Shivaay.

"Anika," he screamed. She didn't want to deal with him so she continued walking. He ran up to her and stood in front of her. "Tum se baat kar raha hun."

"Lekin mujhe baat nahi karni," she said pushing him aside.

"Baat toh karni padegi," Shivaay said holding her hand so she couldn't walk away.

"Ab baat karne ke liye kuch bacha hi nahi," she said. He could see the hurt in his eyes. She walked off and he cursed his fate.

Khanna had found out that Daksh was at the same mall as Anika but it was taking him time to get the video. That was the only reason why he couldn't take action. He needed proof first, not because he didn't trust her but so he could throw him in jail.

Anika was in her class when suddenly they heard a crash. All of the students went out to see what happened. Anika was surprised that there was a fight in such a prestigious college but she ignored it as she didn't want to be involved. That's when she overheard people say Shivaay was fighting Daksh. She immediately got up and went to the scene.

"Shivaay what the hell are you doing?" Tia said, afraid of how angry he was. She felt as if they were about to be exposed.

"Shivaay tu Daksh ko chod de," Sid said trying to get involved but Mallila held him back.

"No Sid. Iss waqt Shivaay bohot gusse mein hain," she said, afraid for his safety.

"Shivaay," Daksh sais confused. He was going to greet Shivaay when he got a video on his phone. He then looked at Daksh with rage and started beating him.

"How dare you?" Shivaay said throwing punches. "Tumhari himmat kaisi hui meri Anika ko hurt karne ki. How dare you!"

At this point Anika was touched. She couldn't believe that he was taking her side. But this was getting out of hand and she decided to get involved.

"Shivaay," she screamed to get his attention. She slowly walked towards him while he kept looking at her. Her sad face kept popping up in his head and that made him even more angry. He started beating Daksh like hell. "Shivaay, usse maar doge tum. Chodo."

"Ha. Maar dunga main isse. Iss ne joh kiya, uss ke liye yeh zinda nahi bache ga," Shivaay said not ready to listen to anyone.

"Shivaay tumhe meri kasam," Anika said. He immediately stopped and looked at her. She had tears in her eyes, something he couldn't stand. He walked up to her and gave her a hug which she reciprocated. Everyone was watching the scene in awe.

Daksh then realized that Anika must have told him the truth. But he too knew how to play his cards. He struggled to get up.

"Shivaay," he said bringing Shivika out of their own world. "Tum iss ladki ko jaante nahi. Yeh bohot chalak hain. Mujhe frame karne ki koshish kar rahi hain."

"Muh band rak," Shivaay roared. He flinched seeing his anger.

"Lekin Shivaay Daksh ne aisa kya kiya hain?" Mallika said, still confused.

"Iss aadmi ne Anika ke saath badtameezi karne ki koshish ki," Shivaay told them. Mallika and Sid looked on shocked.

"What rubbish?" Tia said getting involved. "Tum iss ladki ke baaton mein aake Daksh ko accuse kar rahe ho. Daksh tumhara bachpan ka dost hain aur yeh ladki kal ki aayi hui."

"Tia, agar Anika yeh baat bol rahi hain toh jhoot nahi bol rahi," Sid intervened.

"Jhoot bol rahi hain," Daksh said. "Shivaay tu Anika jaisi ladki ko jaanta nahi. Paise ke liye kisi ko bhi pasa sakti hain. Aakhir maa jaisi hogi na." Anika looked on shocked while Shivaay was confused. Daksh smirked at his reaction. "Kyun? Kya Anika ne aapki maa ka sach tumhe nahi bataya. Uski maa ne suicide ki thi. Issiliye kyunki uska affair kisi ameerzade ke saath tha."

Shivaay looked at Anika who looked angry. Daksh continued. "Jaisi maa waisi beti."

"Daksh," Shivaay yelled again. "Zaban sambhal ke baat karo."

"Shivaay, issne tere upar jaadu kar diya hain ki tu iski asliyat nahi dekh paa raha hain. Yeh ladki characterless hain. Paise ke liye kuch bhi kar sakti hain. Isse toh apni maa ki tarah suici--" he couldn't finish the sentence as Shivaay punched him again.

"Shivaay. That's enough," Tia said. "Kya saboot hain tumhare paas ki Daksh ne kuch kiya hain."

"Zaboot hain. CCTV footage jo maine police ke paas bej di," he said. "Aur saboot ki zarurat nahi hain mujhe. Mujhe Anika par pura bharosa hain." He said looking at her. "Woh jhoot nahi bolegi. Anika ek bohot achi ladki hain jisse paise se koyi farak nahi padta. Agar khud bhagwaan ne mujhe aakhar bola ki meri Anika galat hain, toh I won't believe it." Her eyes welled up and she smiled

Thats when the police came there to arrest Daksh. He looked on shocked. He couldn't believe that Shivaay was siding with Anika. He vowed to ruin them. Right when he was about to leave, Shivaay stopped him.

Shivaay held on to Anika's hands and went to Daksh. She gave her a knowing look and reassured her that it would be fine. She nodded and then looked at Daksh in disgust. She then slapped him.

"Waise toh yeh tappad mujhe bohot pehle deni chahiye thi lekin koyi baat nahi. Better late than never. Main tum se issiliye darr gayi thi kyunki mujhe laga ki main," she then looked at Shivaay, "usse koh dungi joh mere dil ke bohot kareeb hain. Lekin mujhe uss pe vishwaas hona chahiya tha. Mr. Daksh Khurrana. Ab tum jail mein sado." The cops then took him away. Tia went off in anger while Sid and Mallika came up to Anika. Mallika quickly gave her a huge hug.

"Anika. Tum pagal ho. Itna kuch hua aur tumne humein bataya nahi. That's very bad," she scolded.

"I'm sorry," Anika said making a pouty face. "Mujhe time laga yeh realize karte hue ki i have amazing friends." Sid also hugged her.

"You're a strong girl Anika. I'm proud of you." She smiled.

"Guys mujhe tumhein batana hain ki joh Daksh ne kaha, meri mumma ke baare main. Voh jhoot tha. I mean ha unhone suicide ki lekin unka koyi affair nahi tha. Koyi rich arrogant aadmi unse obsessed tha aur rumors create ki. Mumma yeh sab handle kar nahi paayi kyunki ungli unke upar uthi."

"Don't worry Anika. Humein tum par 100% vishwaas hain," Mallika reassured and gave her a hug again. Then her and Sid left Shivika alone.
