After chasing each other for a while, Shivika settle themselves on the couch laughing. 

S: Anika tumne yeh sab kaise kiya, I mean you messaged me that you were tired and you would talk to me later!

A: What happened is...

Anika completed her work in the hospital. Rikara and Ruvya go to Anika's hospital and all of them reach OM. All of them settle themselves. It was Rudra's plan to suprise Shivaay by sending Anika to New York. Gauri and Bhavya made a plan of Anika visit to distant relative and all. Even Khanna agreed to this on everyone's request.

Shivaay: Par Anika, what if my work got completed and what if I would return?

Anika gives a small evil smile.

A: Even Mishra ji was in our team!

S: What? How could it be possible.

A: Teamwork! 

Shivaay gives her an angry glare and Anika ignores it.

S: Anika waise kisine mujhe boyfriend kaha tha na!

Saying this Shivaay pulls Anika close to him. Anika blushes and was about to leave. Shivaay holds her hand. 

A: Shiv..aay haath chodiyein.

S: Shivaay Singh Oberoi ne choodne keliye nahi pakda hain. 

He then pulls her to his side. Anika falls on him hitting his chest.

Shivika maintain eye lock.

A: Shivaay!

S: Kya hua Anika?

A: Kuch nahi!

Anika slowly hugs Shivaay. Shivaay was shocked at first but he slowly responds to it. Both felt complete with each other. Anika breaks the hug. Shivaay cups her face and kisses her forehead. Anika was looking at his eyes lovingly. 

S: Anika you take rest now. Go and relax.

A: Shivaay even you look tired. Aap bhi aayien.

Both of them move towards the bedroom.

A: Shivaay I really like this house. It's awesome!

S: Even I like this place a lot. This is like one of my hide outs during my education.

Anika nods. Later Shivika sleep thinking about each other in each other's arms. Both felt like they missed this moment from ages.

Next day: 

Shivaay gets up first and Anika was sleeping peacefully in his arms.

Shivaay pov:

It had been a long time seeing you sleeping peacefully in my arms Anika. I did not know that you will give a suprise like this to me. I was shocked first and got a bit angered. But kya kare, I can't show my anger towards you. You are the only one who can make me smile, go crazy on you. You really amaze me with you actions....

A: Shivaay!!

Anika's scream bring him to reality.

S: Anika why were you shouting?

A: Aap theek hai na? I was calling you since a long time and you were not listening to me!

S: Kuch nahi Anika I was thinking something else.

A: Shivaay aap ko jaake office jana hai na, you get fresh up. 

S: Alright then. Anika I will complete my work by afternoon. Uske baad hum ghoomne chalenge!

A: Shivaay pehle aap kaam khatam karke aa jaiye.

S: Anika you would get bored right!

A: I won't get bored. I have my tom and jerry, cricket matches to watch. 

S: You are really mad Anika!

A: Woh toh mein hoon!

Shivika have their small talk with their coffee espresso. Shivaay gets ready and leaves to his office. 

Anika was arranging her dresses in wardrobe and thinks about how she spent 4 days without him.

Past: 

With the last call announced, Shivaay starts to go with Mishra ji. Anika felt like something really valuable to her was getting apart from her. She was on verge of tears but she needed to be strong for Shivaay.

After he left, Rikara give a small smile and Gauri hugs Anika. 

Om: Anika why don't you come to our house. Ma wants to meet you. 

A: Om, I have 2 surgeries to attend. Mein kal aajaungi. 

Om and Gauri did not want to force her. They left and Anika also leaves with Khanna. He drops her at the hospital.

K: Mam, Shivaay sir asked me to stay here. 

A: Pehle its Anika for you Khanna ji. Aur dusri baat yeh hai ki aapko yaha rukne ki koi zarrorat nahi hai. Mein aap ko call kardungi jab mera kaam khatam hi jayegi. Aap jaiyen. 

K: Yes mam!

A: Khanna ji phirse mam kaha aapne!

K: Mujhse nahi hoga mam! Aur aap ko koi kaam hai toh mujhe keh dijiye. 

Khanna leaves after dropping Anika.

Anika makes herself busy in the hospital. She completed all her works by evening. Khanna ji comes on time to the hospital and reach OM. 

Anika enters the house. She was feeling very lonely. She shrugs of her thoughts and thinks to prepare coffee. She also takes another cup to make espresso for Shivaay. She realised that he was not there. Feeling sad she puts Shivaay's cup back. Taking the coffee cup she goes to her room. She sat near the pool and dips her legs in water. She was thinking only about Shivaay. She was feeling very incomplete. She goes to the room and takes their wedding album out. Caressing their pictures Anika felt Shivaay was with her. 

After a while she had a light dinner and sits on the couch listening to songs. Her favourite timepass. While listening she feels some tap on her shoulder. It was of his Shivaay's. She feels very happy. 

S: Anika I will always be there with you no matter what!

Anika wanted to hug him but he disappeared. She moves to her wardrobe and takes one black coat of Shivaay's. She slowly gets into sleep putting on his coat.

Like this Anika completes her 4 days which meant 4 years for her.

Present: 

Thinking about the horrible 4 days Anika decided to watch TV. She slowly drifts into sleep due to jet lag.
