hi so i just had a panic attack because life and i still sort of cant breathe but i kissed a boy. and i hated it a lot. i also didnt really mean to kiss him it just sorta happened.

so i cant write panic attacks well because if i write panic attacks i get panic attacks. but i also have depression, ive attempted suicide, and im scared of blood, and i can read any of those things. i have no problem.
