♢♡Two Months Later♡♢

Evan has healed, everyone has settled in, and no one has gotten bitten. A pretty good two months.

I'm standing in the watch tower, keeping an eye out for any walkers. I hear someone scream and spin around, jumping off of the watch tower and running over to Evan, who's on the ground. "Ev?! What happened?!" I gasp, growling when Evan starts giggling. "Five seconds! Dude! Your reaction time!" David says in awe.

David is loud, annoying, and sometimes stupid, but he's funny and Lui likes him so he's okay in my book.  "Screw you guys! I thought you were having another attack!" I complain, standing up and helping Evan to his feet. "Sorry Jonny-Boy" Evan smirks, winking at me and walking off as I blush. "He has you under his thumb" David says.

I won't even deny it. "Yeah, yeah I know" I sigh, shaking my head and going back to my post. Me and Evan haven't really talked about us dating. I mean, yeah, we had sex the first time we met and we sleep in the same cot and Evan definitely has some new hickeys from me but we've never discussed it.

Lemme tell you, Luke doesn't leave me alone about it. Says if I don't fuck him again he will. I know, the man has no decency. But, he's held off, saying "I wanna give you a chance, lil' bro" and I'm ready to punch him every thing he says that.

I sigh and get back to the extremely boring task of staring at the empty streets. A walker stumbles into view and I shoot him, but Lui gave me a silencer so it doesn't make any sound. The walker falls and I chuckle, reloading my gun.

I hear a helicopter and my eyes widen like saucers, what the fuck??

I jump off the water tower and look up, sure enough, there's a helicopter. Suddenly there's a swarm of people around me, all of us jumping up and down and waving our arms. "HEY! DOWN HERE! HELP US!" Everyone starts screaming, some kid literally just makes screeching noises.

The helicopter slowly lowers itself down and everyone backs away, parents scooping up their children as one hundred jaws hit the ground. A door opens and the pilot steps out with a grin. "Wounded, then children, then women, men last" He smirks, and I'm pretty sure someone faints.

I shove through the crowds as people start shoving, finding Evan and wrapping my arms around him. "C'mon, c'mon Evan let's go" I say, dragging him to the front. "Wh-What?" He stutters, looking up at me. "A helicopter arrived. Wounded first. You have a head injury, you need to go" I insist, pushing Evan towards the helicopter.

"Wh-What? N-No! I won't go without you!" Evan complains, looking between me and helicopter. I grab Evan's hand and look past him at the helicopter crew. "He hit his head four months ago and has reoccurring symptoms" I tell them, and that's all they need to drag Evan and two kids aboard.

"Jonathan!" He yelps, squirming a little. "I'll be right there, Ev" I smile before retreating to the back of the group to alert everyone and grab Evan's stuff. "Luke! Luke dude you won't believe it!" I gasp, walking towards his tent. I quickly regret it. "Jesus dude knock!" Luke gasps as Ohm yelps and covers himself.

"I can't fucking knock it's it's a tent! And there's a damn helicopter so get dressed you idiots!" I growl, covering my eyes and leaving. Welp, I'm about to go throw up for ten minutes.

Evan runs into my chest and laughs, clinging onto me. I chuckle and hug back, smiling down at Evan. "Hey Ev, been awhile huh?" I tease, getting a slap in turn. "Gee, nice to see you too" I snicker. A nurse comes over and drags Evan back to his cot to finish his check up, which makes me laugh and follow.

"Hey Evan, since your home is kinda on lock down, do you wanna come live with me?" I ask, raising my eyebrow with a smile. Evan blushes and giggles before giving me an answer. "I'd love that"
