Yamada's POV

"OH YEAH!!!!DID YOU SEE THAT, OLD MAN? I DID IT MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!!!" I screamed happily as I finished my debut.

Time rewind

Ok, camera is set up, OBS is good, my character is moving. Winking, blinking, hair movement, boob physi- Oh yeah, I'm not a girl. Uhh, voice effects? check. BGM's and songs? check. Ok, let's do this.

"....Is the stream on?" I double-checked.

"I think it's on." I said as the chat replies, and everything looks good.

"Okay. Hi everybody!!! Welcome to my channel. The mage of Hololive, Shirazaki Yamada, is here!  Can you see me? Am I moving?" I said as I try to move my character around.

"*laughing* Yay, I'm physically able."

I paused for a moment to look at the chat.

"Can you win-Of course I can. I can wink. See?" I said as I attempted to let my character blink, which surprisingly worked after 3 attempts.

"Man, It's nice to see a lot of people in the chat." I said while giggling.

I then pulled out my introduction text.

"So without further ado, let's see everything about me." 

"So my name is..uhm..Yamada. Shirazaki Yamada. I was born on December 22. I'm 173 cm tall. I'm 200 years old. Yes, I'm that old. Despite looking like I'm in high school, I'm 200 years old. And if you're wondering, yes, I'm a mage. I use magic to blend in with society, so I don't look suspicious in the outside world. I graduated from the Magic Academy for Special Children, and I have been living on my own ever since I graduated and leaved my hometown called 'Mahikang Kabisera.' I really want to pursue my dream of being an idol. Well, at least fulfill Yagoo's dream, cause we all know what happened to his dream. And also, despite my looks, I have quite a well-trained body."

I said with confidence, but giggled a little. I checked the chat.

"*laughs hard* Top 10 anime characters that are overpowered. I guess, but I'm not god though. There's a limit to my magic." 

I decided to continue.

"Okay. So, uh, my hobbies are: Singing, Playing Tetris. Just because I lived for 200 years doesn't mean I can't use technology. Uhm, I solve the Rubik's cube from time to time, I write short stories, I play games, watch hololive videos, listen to Joji songs, make music, and that's it."

Yes! I got through that part, now for the others.

"So...I like Joji songs, as mentioned above. I like interesting stuff, like learning new things, trying new things and understanding why something works, kind of like why reverse psychology works. I like teasing. Oh, yeah. I'm an S by the way. So if any girl, or boy go up against me, just know that I'm dominant in most relationships."

I decided to look at the chat.

"The hololive girls gonna be smashed. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)" Lol, I don't think I'll be smashing them.

"The S's in Hololive: Finally, a worthy opponent. Our battle will be legendary." Ah, memes. Good ol' memes. I giggled as I looked at the chat.

"Moving on, uhm, I like playing horror games. I think It's really fascinating how you could make models, and it actually creeps out people. I like rapping. Yeah. Eminem all the way bro. Actually, Joyner Lucas isn't bad either. All the lyrical rappers are good. I like to do challenges, so If any of you want me to do a challenge, I'll gladly accept it. I also like playing Dota. I also like Hololive's songs. I think one of my favorites is Suisei's 'Next Color Planet' song. I also like making music, whether it be my own version of an existing song, or my original song."

I then moved on to my dislikes.

"I hate plastics. No, not plastic bottles, or plastic in general, but plastic people. I hate it when people just like other people because of what they have. I mean, Korone loves Okayu because they're friends, not because one of them are of higher status and naive. I seriously wish society would stop it with plastics. It's okay to ask for help, but you don't manipulate them unless you're that sociopathic."

I then moved on to what I speak.

"So, I traveled across the world, but I don't know too many languages. Though, these are the languages that I'm fluent at: English, Japanese, Filipino, Cebuano. I speak those four. If I wanted to, I could learn more languages, but right now, I'd like to focus on becoming an Idol."

I looked at the chat.

"How's everyone doing so far? Are all of you enjoying this?"

The chat looks lively, but there's a few negative comments. I think they're simps that don't like the idea of a guy in Hololive. That's understandable.

"Okay, let's move on to my goals."

I bring up the text of my goals.

"So the first is to reach at least 20k subs. I'm not asking for a lot of subs. I just want to at least grab some people's attention. I promise to work hard for my videos." I said with determination.

"Next, I wanna collab with the other Hololive members. I really wanna have fun with these people, because they make really funny content, and amazing content, might I say. I'd be honored to collab with them."

I check the chat.

"Ah, Suisei, Pekora, Rushia, and Kanata are watching this. Hello! Thanks for watching the stream guys. Oh, Coco as well." I said in a very happy voice.

I guess I appraised them too deeply. They weren't bad after all.

"Yosh, I'll use that as motivation." I mumbled to myself. "The third goal is to be noticed by Joji-senpai."

"Notice me senpai!" I said in english.

"I really love his music. I think most of you understand what depression leads to, and how we feel when we're depressed, so to hear his music is very endearing. I also loved his Filthy Frank persona. Man, those were some good quality videos back in the day."

"The fourth would be to battle against Suisei. I don't know if I'm confident enough to say that I can beat her in a match, but I just want to have a battle against her. Best of 3."

"The fifth, and last goal would to be....gain everybody's trust." I said in a serious tone.

"Well, while I was glancing at the chat, I saw a few guys saying something like 'wannabe mage', or 'pervert that joined Hololive to be with girls.' I know it's kind of weird for Hololive to have a guy in it, even though Holostars was the male-dominant one. However, I want everybody to know that I'm just a regular vtuber like them. I somehow ended up here."

I looked at the chat. Everybody was saying stuff like, "Don't worry, the girls are weird enough, so having somebody normal is nice for a change." Or stuff like "It's definitely weird, but I trust you. I bet you'll be a great vtuber."

"Thank you guys for supporting me. I really appreciate everyone's support. I promise I will work very hard to meet your expectations, everyone."

So after that, I tended to discuss with everybody about the tags. I had some in my disposal in case nobody can guess.

"So guys, let's start talking about the tags. Yay." I said in a high pitched voice.

"So first things first, a tag for livestream. I was thinking of YamadaStreamrazaki, but that sounds ridiculous." I laughed after saying that.

"Hmm, then...How about...MagiLive? I remember seeing that on my twitter."

"Yosh, looks like this will be the livestream tag. Next would be the fanbase. Uhm, I was thinking of Mado-shi. What do you guys think?"

Seems like there's a lot of madoshi's. I'll go with that.

"Hmm, everybody likes it. Okay everybody, you're now officially called 'madoshi.' Yamada-senpai will treat you all nicely, as long as you don't let my S side come out." I said in a sinister laugh, but coughed after a few seconds.

"G-Gomenasai, my S side came out." I coughed more.

"So last but not least, my fanart tag. Yeah!" I said in an excited voice.

"I can't wait to see what people will draw about me."

I then paused a bit.

"'Artmage' it is. Yosh! We now have our twitter tags."

"Lemme introduce to you guys, my mama and papa!"

I pop out the text.

"My mama is Oshio! Oshio-mama. Her twitter is oshio_dayo, and you guys should definitely follow her. She makes amazing art."

I then show my papa.

"This is my papa. Rariemonn-papa! His twitter is rariemonn765. You guys should definitely follow him. He makes cute live2d animations. Papa rariemonn, Arigatou-gozaimasu."

"So that ends the mama and papa part. I actually would like to say more stuff."

I put out a text of more stuff I like

"So, lemme say all of this in one breath." I inhaled as much air as I can.

"I like Dr. Stone. I like to listen to pekora's bgm whenever I play tetris. I like final fantasy. I like to solve puzzles. I like to listen to the final fantasy 7 battle theme whenever I play tetris too. I'd like to be recognized by everybody. They ate my onigiri, they ate my onigiri, they ate my onigiri, they ate my onigiri!" I did an okayu impression.

"Unforgivable!" I said with an angry face.

"*laughs* I also like impersonating other people. Lemme impersonate Luna."

I cleared my throat.

"Marine-senchou." I repeated the phrase over and over until I get the voice correct.

"Marine-senchou, Marine-senchou, congrats for 250,000 subs, nanoraaaaaaaaaa."

"*laughs* Was I on point?" I looked at the chat.

"It must be Kanata.*laughs* Yes, I'm Kanata in disguise. I'm surprised you knew." I joked.

"So, we just did my intro, my mama and papa introduced, my goals, and likes, and dislikes, and all. Now, the moment that (some of you have been waiting for) is here! I'm gonna sing."

I played the instrumental in the background. I'm playing the slow dancing in the dark.

I sang the song from start to finish. After that, I asked everybody, " How was my singing, everybody?"

"Fantastic! Definitely Idol-like." Somebody wrote.

"Thank you very much everybody. But it's far from finished. I have one more song, but it's my original song. Well, actually, it's my version of 'Rude a - Life.' I hope you all will enjoy it."

Some instrumentals play in the background. The tempo is the same as Dr. Stone's ED,and the guitar plays chords similar to Dr. Stone's ED, except the last chord is E, then A. Next, the drum beat goes like:

And the bass just plays the root notes.

So I started singing the song. It was about the regret of leaving someone. Yeah, definitely an experience I went through.

I finished singing, well, rapping rather, because the chorus was the only part that I sang, and finished the song part.

"Everybody. That's my own version of the song called 'Life.' Quite straightforward, but I just decided to get straight to the point. How do you like it?" I checked the chat.

"'OMG, did you actually broke someone's heart?'" A guy commented. I decided to ignore messages like that to see what kind of rumors they'll make, and because I'd rather not talk about my dark past.

"'That was an amazing piece of work, Yamada.' Arigatou-kuzaimasu."

"Why do you listen to pekora's bgm when you play tetris? Oh, because it sounds 'innocent', if you know what I'm talking about, and also because it's catchy." I giggled.

"So, I'm gonna talk about the content that I'll be doing." I brought out the text.

"So, here's the content that I'll be doing. *clears throat* So number one is making Hololive Review, where I, Yamada Shirazaki, will be reviewing content that other people have made related to Hololive, whether it be memes, moments, or highlights, you name it. And after that, I'll say my opinion on that content, and say whether I like it or not." 

"*clears throat* Next is gaming. Because of how many years I've lived as a mage, and blended in as one with society. I played games as a hobby, and I'd say that I'm quite good at gaming. I specialize especially in CS:GO, Dota, and games related to that. Third is ASMR. Whether it be voices, plain stupidness, pranks, tapping the keys of piano without actually playing it, etc. I'll be doing anything that's entertaining for my madoshis."

"Fourth would be music. I'd love to see my songs have a blast, because that means that you guys love my music. Kinda like how Kizuna Ai's AIAIAI music had a lot of views. Fifth would be to have a 'Reading your comments' type of content. I'd love to see what you guys think of during my recordings. *giggles* I actually saw a guy comment 'hololive girls gonna be smashed. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)'" 

"*wheezing*That's not true, I'm not going after the girls. I just want to have fun with them, as in youtuber fun, not the bedroom kind of fun. I'm a man of culture, but I'm not that cultured."

"I'm also gonna make some Tagalog 101 videos from time to time."

"And finally, I'd like to have a 'let's talk' video, where I'd tweet about what topic I should talk about in a poll, and I'd see what topic gets the most votes."

"So that's my whole debut, everybody. I hope you all enjoyed the debut today. Stay safe, always spray your hands with 70% Isopropyl alcohol sprays."

"That means don't spray your hands with a 69% or below alcohol spray." I said while laughing like an idiot.

"I'm funny, okay? So uhm, anyway, that's all I have to say tonight. Bye-bye!!!!!!" I said while prolonging the bye-bye, and then I stopped the stream."

Present time

I thought of getting some beer to celebrate the success of my debut. Well, now that I think about it, I also need eggs, milk, coffee, cooking oil, a new sponge, and some dishwashing liquid. Oh, and some detergent too.

"Well, before I go, I'm gonna tweet that I'm gonna be making a Hololive review tomorrow." I typed it on twitter and sent it.

"Is it gonna rain?" I said as I looked out the window from my room. "It doesn't look like there are clouds gathering. I see stars, so it looks like I can go without an umbrella."

"Yosh, now that that's done, let's go hit the store." I said as I put on some clothes, and went out.
