"Save her! Save her!"

"She can't breathe!"

"FRANK ANTHONY IERO JR. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?"

It was bad.

Very bad.

Everything had been going great. The guys took Helena outside to the shore to play. She built a sandcastle, dipped her toes in the water, and swung from a tiny swing Dallon fastened to a tree. Then when a bunch of the guys went swimming while Frank and Brendon stayed with the baby. Brendon, getting hot and impatient, decided he would take Helena with him in the ocean. Frank didn't stop him, thinking it would be safe.

I'll let you find out what happened.

Let's time skip back to before she drowned, shall we? Right after they took her outside.

RIght after they took her outside

"Look, Helena! It's sand!" Gerard said, Helena clinging to his hip and smiling.

"Bingo." She said quietly.

"SHE SAID IT AGAIN!" Everyone yelled, excited.

The wind blew slightly and Helena giggled. It blew in her hair and messed up her hair clip.

"Hey Frank can you fix her hair?" Gerard asked, unable to fix it himself since he was holding her.

"What's wrong with it?" Frank asked.

"Look at her barrette. Can you take it out and put it back in?"

Frank unclipped Helena's barrette and slid it back in her hair. "Boy she has a lot of hair for a six month old."

"Frank you didn't do it correctly. Look, it's next to her eye."

Frank sighed and tried again.

"Now it's way too high up. It's literally a quarter of an inch away from being on top of her head." Gerard said.

"Oh my gosh! Let me hold her while you do it!" Frank said.

Gerard handed Frank Helena. Sadly, she started to cry. Frank frowned. "I'm not going to hurt you." He looked upset that Helena didn't want him to hold her. Gerard slid the clip in Helena's hair and kissed her head before taking her back. He soothed her and stopped the crying.

"Why does she hate me?" Frank asked.

"She doesn't hate you! She just... knows you're not good with kids." Gerard said awkwardly.

"Is it that obvious?"

"No! Not at all! I mean, to a baby it is but uh... yeah it's not really... you're fine."

"Guys come on!" Ryan yelled. "Let's build her a sandcastle!"

Gerard carried Helena over to the pack where she was scooped up by Pete. Pete sat her in his lap and held her hands out in front of her. He patted the sand down for her as they built the castle. Helena laughed and hit the castle, creating a mini landslide. Everyone laughed except Brendon who was sad to see their hard work ruined.

Helena flopped out of Pete's arms and rolled around on the sand smiling. She babbled and reached out her arms toward Pete who picked her back up and rocked her back and forth. He smiled down at her and rubbed her head.

"Let's take her to the water!" Andy suggested.

Once again, Helena was passed off to Ryan who held her tight and close to his chest. He grabbed her sides and lowered her into the small waves. She kicked her feet around in the water and Ryan swung her back and forth. She giggled more and this went on for another ten minutes.

"Ryan you're really boring us right now." Frank said. "WHO WANTS TO GO SWIMMING?!" he yelled before ripping his shirt off, starling a few people nearby.

A bunch of them cheered before following what Frank did and throwing their shirts off. Everyone ran into the water before realizing poor Ryan was left with by himself with the baby. Brendon had a nasty cramp and offered to stay behind. Gerard said the water was too cold (or so he claimed even though they were on some tropical island with palm trees). Both of them offered to stay on the shore with Helena. When asked if he wanted to stay, Ryan said "HECK NO!" and ran off into the ocean, fully clothed.

Brendon and Gerard sat stretched out on the sand.

"So Gerard. What's up with you and Frank? Are you... together? Friends? What are you? I mean obviously there's a connection."

Gerard looked away, embarrassed. "Uh... we're not together."

"But you want to be." Brendon said.

"Frank does. I'm not sure if I do. I mean I really like him. A lot, I do I just... don't know if I'm ready for a relationship."

"Understandable. That's what Ryan was like when we were friends. He friend zoned me wicked badly and did not want a relationship."

"What changed his mind?"

"Sex."

"Oh..." Gerard said, frowning.

"No I'm kidding! It just took some time. Honestly it was a good seven months of him friend zoning me extra hard until he gave in. Then he just turned around. It was worth the wait."

Sensing an awkward silence coming on, Brendon got up and dodged the awkward silence as hard as My Chemical Romance dodged a reunion. He looked at Gerard and said, "I'm gonna go bring Helena to the water."

He carried Helena on his hip to the ocean and waded up to his knees while Ryan swam over.

"Hey Brendon. Are we still going to talk today?"

"Yeah. Don't worry we will."

Ryan swam away awkwardly to talk to Pete.

"Helena, baby! Want to swim?" Brendon asked. He thought about that one saying that all babies can swim if you drop them in water. He loosened his grip on Helena and she sunk to his side. He let go fully and she slipped into the water. She flailed about, kicking her arms and legs.

"SHE'S SWIMMING!" Brendon yelled.

"Brendon, Helena can't swim she's a baby!" Gerard screamed in fear.

"Wait I thought all babies were born knowing how to swim." Brendon yelled from the ocean.

Gerard would have face palmed had there been time. He was too busy running to save Helena who was rapidly drowning.

"No Brendon! That's a myth! Now save her, she's going to die!"

Quickly, everyone on the beach stopped talking. Well, except one person. You can probably picture it. When a room suddenly goes completely silent and there's that one person talking super loud about something totally random and everyone just turns to stare.

"SO THEN I SAID, WOW, YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO COOK A STEAK. BUT REALLY, BARBARA HAD NEVER GRILLED A DAY IN HER LIFE." Bob said to Joe before realizing that it was silent. "Why is it so quiet?"

"HELENA'S DROWNING!" somebody yelled.

The next two minutes were the scariest minutes of their lives. Helena was sinking under the water as they raced to her and fished her out. She was brought to the shore and Andy prepared to give her CPR but thankfully she was breathing. Helena coughed and water dribbled out of the corners of her mouth.

"I killed her." Brendon sobbed. "I killed our baby. I'm a murderer, a disgusting murderer and now we're going to lose this challenge and get stuck on this island."

Ryan wiped Brendon's tears and tried to comfort him. "It's okay, it's okay. She's not dead. You need to leave." Ryan said before leading Brendon back inside the house.

Most of the group was sobbing or looking away. Helena looked so pitiful lying in Dallon's arms in the sand coughing. It was truly hurt everyone to watch her suffer. As Andy desperately tried to help Helena a loud noise began to fill the air. They looked up to see a helicopter in the distance, coming toward the island. Had Helena not been in trouble they would have paid more attention to the helicopter. It wasn't until a few moments later when they were force to pay attention to it as it landed barely 200 feet away from them.

The helicopter door swung open and out popped two figures.

The side of the helicopter read, "T&J's Helicopter Compamy."

"NO! NO NO NO NO! GET AWAY FROM US! NOT AGAIN!" The castaways shouted.
