THIS IS A GOOD SHIP.

It's not perfect, but it certainly has it's strong points. 

1. Karin is 14, Alina is 16. Not too big of an age gap

2. Karin wants to be an artist, she wants to be a manga artist. She always looks up to Alina's work and asks her to critique her work.

3. Alina doesn't like Karin's art but likes her drive, her theme, her motivation for why she does art as she does. 

That being said, Alina is pretty nasty to Karin. 

I don't think it's the best, I'd work sisterly, but it could also work romantically. 

Pick what you want, I think it works either way. Man, Alina is a weird person to ship people with.
