~Shino POV~

It's been two weeks now. Still can't do anything. Well that's not entirely true. I can't do what I normally can do. I can't use my quirk, I can't see, I can't even beat someone up properly. 

I sighed, putting away my notepad. Stupid homework. I laid back in my bed and started doodling stuff on some paper. Not like I can see it, so no reason to be mad. I pin it to my wall, along with other things. I trace over the paper. I can feel the different textures of materials. My fingers find one drawing in particular. Color pencils and markers both used to make a gorgeous design. I loved when I got it. I cherish it. I should check on him. I made my way up the stairs, knocking. I knocked multiple times, I learned after the Rikku situation. 

"Oh, come in!" His voice sounded very absent. Like he didn't completely register what he said.

"Hey, you ok?" I asked, leaning on the doorway. 

"Yeah, of course. I was just thinking about our quirks. They're pretty opposite." Artemis held my hand, pulling me to his bed. We laid together calmly.

"I suppose so. My quirk is light, yours is shadows. Sounds opposite to me." I shrug, unsure what the make of the statement.

"I wonder if my quirk has some kind of consequence if I overuse it..." he shifted his position, most likely laying on his back now.

"Can you tell me more about your quirk? Like things you can do with it?" Artemis questioned.

"Sure. Well something I can do is create a charge of light, it turns whatever my made into a bright light. It'll blind you for a few seconds if your close. I can make things, which is cool. Not many people know, but I can also heal my injuries pretty well. I'm not too sure why, I think it's because if I break a bone, I can use headlight to hold it together until it heals." I took a deep breath. I haven't listed out my abilities before. I guess my quirk is kind of cool. 

"That's awesome!" Artemis seemed to be astounded. That's cute. 

"Well? What can you do silly?" I said gently flicking him.

"Hey! Well...what can I do...I can cover things in shadows? Also make shield-like things. I can control shadows, like say I could make your shadow wave if I wanted too. I can also make barricades of thick shadows. If I'm behind one, I'd basically be untraceable. Oh...and I can...I kinda change when I use my quirk...you've seen..." his enthusiasm died down after a bit. 

"Your quirk is incredible! So are you. Hope you know that." I smiled and Artemis seemed proud. "Hey...and your other form is pretty hot too..." I whispered gently. 

Artemis seemed flustered, stuttering out a thank you. I chuckled before curling up slightly. 

"Tired?"

I nodded, yawning at the mention.

"Take a nap, I'll be here." Artemis rubbed my should, getting off his bed. 

I was about to protest and head to my room, but Artemis pulled a blanket on me. I felt even more tired now. His words got foggy as I nodded off.

~Artemis POV~

I started sketching. I do this thing where I let the pencil take me away. I was halfway done by the time I realized I was drawing Shino. He was asleep. It was a cute peaceful drawing. I think it was good. I placed the drawing in my binder. It was for Shino. Any drawings of him, things made with him in mind. It could be seen as weird, but I'm an organized person, and I love him. I put away the binder before looking back at Shino. No wonder I was drawing him sleeping. I touched his hair gently. Cutie. Only over his nose was visible from under the blanket. His arm was sticking out too. Looked over his arm. His veins scare me.

His veins were yellow. I got in bed too. I awkwardly held him closer to me. My cheeks warmed up wrapping my arms around him. Shino cuddled into me softly. I fell asleep too. Tomorrow...Sunday? Yeah...Sunday...Then it'll be three weeks of Shino being blind...I hope he's ok...
