Sup! Oneshots in progress, so have this as filler.

Hope you all enjoyed the long awaited Icarus AU :D I've been so excited about that! I'll probably be rereading it myself so expect corrections to typos and such. 

Fair warning, lots of quoting cuz I'm not very good at summing up things, but also, citing (we hate plagiarism). 

Ok so, there's this series called RWBY, a lot of people said the show lost the plot, literally, but I still enjoy it. I love most of the characters dearly, and I realized that some of the characters are similar to MHO. Here's a summary of the show:

"The story takes place in the fictional world of Remnant, composed of four kingdoms (Vale, Mistral, Atlas, and Vacuo) that are plagued by malevolent creatures known as the "Creatures of Grimm". Prior to the events of the series, the world was overseen by two opposing deities, the God of Light and the God of Darkness. Humanity was obliterated by the gods due to the actions of Salem, a vengeful woman cursed with immortality for trying to manipulate them into reviving her beloved Ozma. Ozma was subsequently reincarnated by the Gods to guide a new human race toward harmony, leading to an endless conflict between him and Salem. Eventually, the discovery of the element Dust triggered a technological and industrial revolution among humans.

Semblance is a power exhibited by certain characters in RWBY. It is developed from a person's Aura and typically helps in battle against Grimm. Semblances are different between people and can range from super strength, manipulating objects to disorienting opponents 

RWBY (pronounced "Ruby") is an American anime-influenced computer animated web series created by Monty Oum (R.I.P) for Rooster Teeth. It is set in the fictional world of Remnant, where young people train to become warriors (called "Huntsmen" and "Huntresses") to protect their world from monsters called Grimm. The name RWBY is derived from the four main protagonists' forenames: Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long, and their respective theme colors (red, white, black and yellow).

Faunus: Faunus have attributes of various animals from various classes. The Faunus traits range from ears, skin, fins, claws, to additional limbs like tails and wings. Faunus with minor traits like ears and retractable claws can pass as Human. So yeah, that's the show and the information. Lmk if your interested in watching it because it's a complex process that I don't want to bother you with in your not interested-

Anyways, the topic. The characters! 

I got this idea when one of the characters abilities is literally described as "Hard-light" !!!!

So, on to it shall we? I'll describe the character and why they relate to MHO,

Shino- Velvet Scarlatina

Honorable Mention- God of Light

Velvet is a rabbit Faunus (Rabbit ears). Her semblance (You could say a Quirk, in MHO term's, basically the same) is "Photograph Memory" "allows her to mimic the exact moves that other people have learned and used in combat to a degree. However, her Semblance does not allow her to mimic the Semblances and capabilities of others or perform moves that are a direct result of another person's Semblance." —https://rwby.fandom.com/wiki/Velvet_Scarlatina So, you're probably wondering what that has to do with Shino, it's not exactly her semblance, but rather her choice of weapon. "Anesidora is a camera belonging to Velvet Scarlatina which acts as her primary weapon. Sounds EXTREMELY familiar, right? Hence the creation of this whole idea. 

Personality wise, I'll leave it up to you to decide if they are similar. "Velvet is very shy and quiet and tends to keep to herself, either by choice or because she is isolated by others for being a Faunus. Even when being picked on by others, she tends to act very reservedly and refuses to fight back. She could even be described as timid. However, when around her team, Velvet displays much more sassiness in comparison to her usual shyness around others." —https://rwby.fandom.com/wiki/Velvet_Scarlatina

Another character is Yang. She's very protective of those she loves and cares about. She quite a hothead, ironic huh? She has learned to control her temper through the series though. Her hair glows when her Semblance is activated. Her Semblance is Burn, which allows her to absorb energy through hits then send it back twice as hard. She's pretty bad-ass and great at hand-to-hand combat. Yang is one of the sassiest characters in the show. 

The God of Light is personification of all things good. So very heroic, many favor him other his brother, the God of Dark. He is very wise, many would seek him for advice and knowledge.

Artemis- Fiona Thyme

Honorable Mention- Coco Adel

Honorable Mention- God of Dark

Honorable Mention- Blake Belladonna 

Let's start with Fiona.

Fiona is described as loyal, shy in crowds, and dependable. Sounds like Artemis to me! Personally wise at least. Fiona is another Faunus, a sheep with white hair and ears, she's absolutely adorable! Honestly they kinda have the same haircut. 

Next we have Coco! Coco is very much like Artemis' hero form, Umbra. Coco is definitely strong willed, confident, and has a strong sense of leadership. At times Coco a quite self-centered though, so I'll leave it up to you to decide if that's another shared trait. Another bonus, Coco is a fashion fanatic. I quote one of her best lines, although there are many, "You just destroyed my favorite clothing store, prepare to die." 

God of Darkness. Just his quirk I'm afraid. G.D is the personification of everything bad I suppose. He is also responsible for creating the Grimm, creatures that feed off of negative emotions. Kinda Awkward seeing that G.D's BROTHER is the God of Light...

Blake's Semblance is "Shadow" which shares a name with Artemis' quirk. Blake's Semblance allows her to create shadow clones of herself and with the help of dust, make the clones of different elements. (Ex: ice). Her personality is very calm and quiet, very into books. She is a cat Fanus, having black hair and cat ears. Blake is very stealthy which comes in handy when it comes to fighting. Also worth mentioning, Blake and Yang are practically canon in a relationship. I think it's been confirmed in the newest season.

Rikku- Ruby Rose

Ruby Rose is very optimistic, kindhearted, and sweet. Ruby is also slightly younger than most other characters (by two years I believe) just like Rikku! Ruby has shown that she is caring and empathetic time and time again. She deals with the grief of the loss of her mother, similar to Riki and her father, both having been lost their parents at a young age. They never properly got to deal with their grief. 

May is also a trans queen, aside from that, no similarities other than strong friendship bonds.

Kol- Robyn Hill

Honorable Mention- Harriet 

Honorable Mention— Ironwood

You'll notice a common theme with this set of characters.

Let's start with Robyn. She's not necessarily bad or good. She try's to stick it to the man and stick up for the little people, protecting the people of Mantle (City under Atlas, quite literally since Atlas is a city in the sky) when Atlas abandoned them. She's like this to a fault. She often bends the law when it comes to the greater good and seems to believe that her way of thinking is the truth. Robyn also leads a group of individuals called "The Happy Huntresses". She treats them as family and so do they. She does not handle betrayal well and has a strong sense of justice. Robyn has sass to her personality. 

Harriet works for the Atlas military. She is part of the most valued divisions called the "Ace Operatives". She has a strong sense of justice and will do anything to get her job done. She has activated a bomb that could hurt hundreds under order. She was also emotionally destroyed after the sacrifice of one of her teammates due to her actions. 

Ironwood, you guessed it, has a strong sense of justice. Ironwood is the head of all Atlas Military. He ended up going insane, believing that he knew what was best for the world, putting many in danger after becoming a danger himself. He was unafraid of disposing of anyone in his path.

Rain- Tyrian Callows

Other than sharing a bit of a name, at least in pronunciation terms, they are both psychotic serial killers. Tyrian seems pretty immune to physical pain due to his psychotic nature but he does get his scorpion tail sliced which seemed to hurt pretty bad. Oh yeah, he's a Scorpion Faunus that has a stinger that can slice and sting. He's also seen using wrist cuffs similar to knives.

Flex- Sun 

Honorable Mention- Neo 

Sun is a very carefree but dedicated person. His Semblance allows him to create copies of himself using light. He is a monkey Faunus having a bright yellow hair and monkey tail which is so strong he can hold himself up on it. Sun is often joking around but is still capable of handling serious emotions and conversations very well. 

Neo is a Neapolitan ice cream themed mute shorty. Her semblance is "Overactive Imagination" which basically allows her to make illusions, including morphing her appearance to other people, some from her own imagination and others are actual people she's met. These illusions can be broken if she's weakened or chooses to break them. Neo's story is quite complex, not gonna go into it but if you're interested her wiki has the whole thing. Neo is a capable fighter and very loyal person. She's on the "bad" side of characters but she's so good at it. One of the best characters in the series. She's sassy, bad-ass, smart, resilient. Basically the opposite of Flex, but hey, their abilities are up to par.

Database- Ironwood 

Honorable Mention- Ghira Belladonna 

Ironwood. Again yes, but this time it is for his authority. He's very stone-cold. Just like Database. He is the Atlas military commander, leader, general, whatever. He is smart though and would risk his life for the well-being of Atlas and its citizens. His theme song is called "Hero" sang by Caleb Hyles I believe. I think it fits Database very well. 

Ghira is Blake's father in the RWBY universe. He's very protective and caring father. He is either a beast or a wolf Faunus, having retractable claws and extreme hair growth and strength. Database cares about his children dearly and so does Ghira, so that's where they are similar. Ghira is also the chief of an island for Faunus, so he has strong relationships and strong sense of community. He would do anything to make sure his people are safe. Ghira has even saved someone that as wrong him and his family because he saw the good in her.
