Again, I apologize for how long it took for me to get this out. Also, I don't normally use the honorifics but I felt it was appropriate in this.

Reader information before I start:
•On Team 8
•Has a crush on Shino and they're very close friends
•Loves arthropods
•Is very affectionate and energetic
•Is a Neko (obviously) but not an entire cat. She just has the ears and tail but other than that she's human, except the personality thing

"Y/n!" You hear someone yell out to you as you're passing Ichiraku ramen shop.

You turn around to see Izumo. "Oh, hello."

He says, "Lady Hokage wishes to speak to you."

You nod and start sprinting to the Hokage's office and quickly arrive. You knock at the door and she says, "Come in."

You walk in to see Shino, Hinata, Kiba and Kurenai-sensei. You bow to the Hokage and she says, "I'm assigning you all a B rank mission to assassinate a rogue ninja from the sand village... His name is Ichirou Tanaka. He has dark hair and amber eyes. He's been going around and killing females only. Not much is known about how he selects the women he kills or how he kills them but what we do know is that when they found the women... they were almost unrecognizable. Be careful."

Kurenai nods but looks nervous and you and the others gulp slightly but force a nod out.

Tsunade says, "Be at the village gates at dawn tomorrow and you will set out... For now you are dismissed." You all bow and leave.

"Shino-kun!" You run up to the boy. He looks around and you trample him down on the floor in a hug and purr against his chest. He makes an oof sound as he falls and tsks. Your ears immediately perk up after hearing this. You nuzzle him and say, "Shino! Are you ok?"

He says, "Yes just don't sneak up on me like that."

You cuddle on top of him and say, "Mk Shino." Your tail wraps around him. He tries his best to hide a blush but it shows. You poke his pink cheek and say, "Why is my buggy blushie?"

He hastily sends out a beetle that flies around. You quickly try to catch it and he sweatdrops and snickers. It flys to walls and you try to pounce on it but instead just crash into the wall right outside of Tsunade's office.

You say, "Ow," and your ears droop down.

Shino's beetle immediately goes back to him and he runs up to you and embraces you in a hug. "Are you ok?" You giggle and nod.

Tsunade barges out of her room and shouts, "What is all that noise?"

Shino replies, "I apologize Lady Hokage. We will go now." You nod and scurry alongside him.

You two leave and you say, "Nya, Shino-kun I'm tired! Pick me up please?" He responds by picking you up and holding you bridal style. You giggle and say, "Nya, Shino-kun it's like we're married." He just stares down at you but you swear you can see a small blush spread across his cheeks. You cuddle into his chest as he starts running to your house.

As soon as you arrive he places you down on your feet. "Nya, Shino-kun, bye bye!"

He says, "Good night, y/n."

Timeskip

You walk over to the gates where Shino and Kurenai are standing. You immediately hug Shino and your tail wraps around him too. "Shino! Kurenai-sensei! Hi!" Your energetic voice yells out.

Shino mumbles a hello and Kurenai says, "Hello, y/n. You seem excited. Then again, you always do." She mumbles the last part.

You giggle a bit and rub up against Shino with a purr. "Shino, your coat is so soft."

He rubs your ear discreetly earning a loud purr from you. Again, a beetle flies out from his sleeve and you try to pounce on it. He stifles a laugh and Kurenai says, "Very clever, Shino." He nods but you're not paying attention to them; there are things more important, like catching that damn beetle! You continue swatting until you hear a loud chuckle and Shino's beetle recedes.

You turn around and see Kiba (explains where that laugh came from). Hinata giggles and you rapidly turn around. "Hinata! When did you get here?"

She says, "When y-you were catching the b-beetle." You sweatdrop slightly.

Kurenai says, "Shall we be on our way then?" You all nod and start walking out of the village.

While we're walking Kurenai starts explaining what we're gonna do. "Shino, Kiba, Hinata, you'll be watching and making sure nothing goes wrong." They nod. "Y/n, you'll be our bait. You have to lure him and kill him by any means necessary... and be careful." You nod, nervously. Shino shoots you a sympathetic look and you cuddle into him with your tail in between your legs.

He whispers to you, "I won't let anything happen to you."

"Thanks, Shino-kun... but I can handle myself." You quietly say, "I think."

He says, "Don't worry." A beetle flies to the back of your neck and he says, "This way I can keep an eye on you."

You smile and nod and continue on your way to the village.

Timeskip

You all arrive at the village and say your goodbyes. Your ears lay flat on your head as you think of Shino and try to hide your emotions and not let fear show in your ears and tail.

You start looking around the town. Then finally, you walk up to a bar and go inside. You look around and see a man with dark hair and yellow eyes sitting at the bar and downing a whiskey. You sit down next to him. "Hey sexy, what's your name," you flirt.

He responds in a deep husky voice, "Ichirou Tanaka." You gulp realizing your assumption was correct. "What's yours, pretty lady?"

You quickly make up a lie, "Tatsuko Shima." (Reference to my other book "Bug Hate")

He nods and says, "Your ears and tail are quite beautiful." You blush slightly but it recedes when you remember who he is. Shit! You forgot to do a transformation!

"I- er- thank you." He smiles and chuckles at your shy response.

He says to the waiter in a booming voice, "Can we get this pretty lady over here a tequila?"

The waiter nods and you shoot Ichirou a thankful look, trying to keep up your act. You quickly down the drink that the bartender gives you. Ichirou says, "How would you like to come back to my place?"

You quickly blush, nod, and say, "It would be my pleasure."

He responds and says, "Oh believe me it will." He winks at you and bites his lip.

You gulp and wonder what he means. He takes your hand and walks out of the bar with you without even paying.

You takes you back to his house and locks the door. He pushes you up against he wall and starts kissing your neck. You try to keep up your act and let out a small moan. He gets impatient and strips off your clothes. You take off his shirt and pants leaving you with nothing on and him with his pants and boxers but he quickly strips those off too.

You attempt to do a quick jutsu before it can go any further but he pins you to the bed. He says, "You thought you could defeat me?" He chuckles. "How cute." He aligns himself up with you and you brace for the impact. He rubs your ears and out of nowhere digs his nails into them and pulls them. You hiss and hold back a scream from the pain. You try to pull your hands free but to no avail. You say, "Please I don't want this... can't we just cuddle."

Before he can do any more to you, he collapses. You say, "Wh-what?" You look pass his body and at the boy in front of you. "Shino!" You jump past the corpse and into his arms.

As you get your clothes on you look at Shino with tears in your eyes. "Shino... he almost-" you try to speak but hold back your tears instead and sniffle.

Shino said, "I know... it's going to be okay, I stopped him."

You nod and say, "C-Can y-you d-do me a f-favor?" Shino nods and you say, "Cleanse me of his touch, please Shino-kun!"

Shino says, "Let's get back to Konoha and we will." You hug Shino and kiss his chest.

~~Timeskip to Konoha~

"Lady Tsunade the mission was a success."

Tsunade nods and says, "Good work, squad 8 you are dismissed."

Everyone bows and goes out.

You hold onto Shino and look up at him. "Can we go to your house now?"

Shino nods a bit, obviously nervous.

You try to calm him down. "It's okay Shino I'll lead."

He nods and Kiba walks behind you. "Lead what?"

You blush and say, "It's nothing, nya."
