As soon as Madi, Drew, JD, Austin and I were back, the whole cast and crew met in Charleston for a last time until we would maybe film a second season. It's supposed to be a fun evening for all of us to have fun before the rest of the cast and I leave to stay in LA for some time. 

As I enter the restaurant with Madi, Austin and Drew, I'm glad that Rudy isn't here already. After all that has happened, I still couldn't look at him without becoming nervous or wishing some things would have never happened so it would have been us who would have entered the restaurant together today. 

It's still hard to see Madelyn and Elaine talking to each other as if they were the new best friends or sisters. They can be friends, of course, but Maddie disappointed me when she believed Elaine just like that, especially after what she's done with Rudy. I haven't been a saint as well but I've kissed Austin only when I found out about Rudy and Elaine. We didn't hurt anyone. 

„So.. how was your trip?", Chase asks giving me a hug and grins at me wiggling his eyebrows, „I hope you enjoyed it." „I did. Nothing happened, Chase", I chuckle, „Nothing more than before. I couldn't, you know? I wish it was different but I still like Rudy. I want to get over him first." 

„Maybe you don't even-" „Don't even try it", I laugh knowing that he would try to persuade me to give Rudy another chance but in exact that moment we hear Rudy laughing loudly with Elaine by his side. „It's not what it looks like", Chase tries to make me believe it but I shake my head and change the topic. 

„Have you and Maddie prepared everything for our trip to L.A.? You know that you could always sleep at our place as well." „Of course but we found a nice little appartment for the two of us luckily. I'm really excited to find out what living with with her is like. I hope we don't fight." 

„You won't. Madelyn and you are really a great couple. I love my sister and she and her boyfriend have a great relationship which I admire but you and Maddie top that." „Thanks, Sarah. It means a lot to me that you say that", Chase gives me a warm smile, „And I hope whatever you're doing, you're enjoying it." „I do thanks to all of you." 

„Hey, can I talk to you for a moment?", Rudy suddenly interrupts my conversation with Chase and lays his arm on my waist. „I will leave you alone", I nod knowing that he actually meant me but maybe he would understand that I still don't want to talk to him. „I'm letting you talk alone, bro", Chase understands and taps Rudy's shoulder lightly.

„Sarah", Rudy begins calmly and taps my arm trying to make me look at him, „I'm sorry but can we please talk for a moment? I promise it's not about what happened between us. I won't try to persuade you." „What do you want then?", I reply now looking at him wondering what else he would want to discuss with me. 

Rudy sighs heavily. „I'm really not comfortable asking you this but I've got a problem. The others and I were too late to look for appartments and I haven't found one that quickly-" „No, Rudy, no", I quickly shake my head, „I can't even talk to you. How do you think this would work if we even tried it? We would only fight, Rudy!" 

„No, we won't. I promise you that it'll be alright. If you want me to stay away from, it's fine. I won't even look at you. And if you're willing to go back to a friendship, I'm glad if we do so. Of course, I'd want you to give me another chance-" „No chance, Rudy." „Okay then.. friends?", he tries it once more and grins at me shyly so I nod. „Fine. Friends and you can live with us. But that's it." „Thanks, Sarah."

„What did you say to Rudy? We're you angry about his question?", Drew asks me with a cheeky smile when I go back to him groaning. „Wait, you knew about it?" „He's asked Chase and Maddie first but Chase wants to find out what living with her alone is like first. Plus, Chase wants you and Rudy to get along again so he told Rudy to ask you. Rudy was too afraid to ask you so the boys talked to Austin and I what we think." 

„So what do you think?" „Honestly? I don't know. I understand him and it doesn't hurt anyone if he asks. But at the same time, I'm still not sure what to think about his apology as he clearly hurt you. Sometimes, I also think it would be great if you could give him another chance because he seems to regret what happened between Elaine and him. He told me what she was saying about him and you so.." 

„What did she say?", I gasp surprised that she would talk about me behind my back. Well.. why am I even surprised? „Honestly? You should ask Rudy about that. He had a lot to say and I think it would be good for you to know about it." 

„Drew", I begin shyly before I finally say what's been on my mind for days, „Somtimes, I also wish I wouldn't be as stubborn as I am and could just give him another chance. I mean.. we needed months to finally give this a chance and when we finally did, it felt so good. I've spent too much time worrying about the past and the future and maybe I should start to live a little." 

Drew chuckles nodding, „Perfectly said. I don't want you to be hurt as well but.. living your life makes more fun when you do whatever you want to do without letting fear making you stop. And just in case you might do something stupid, Austin, the others and me are always here for you. Especially me, I'm your best friend." 

„You're right. You know what? I'll start right now, I'll-", I begin with a lot of motivation but Drew laughs and holds me back. „Maybe you should start in L.A. and maybe you should start by talking to Rudy first. Not too shy, not too risky." 

„Hey, what are you talking about?", Austin asks us as he joins our conversation. „L.A. as new beginning to our new journey", Drew summarizes and Austin nods. „I'm in. The three of us do it together anyways, right?" „Right." „Hey and while we're in L.A., can you introduce us to Selena Gomez finally?", I ask Austin half-seriously half-jokingly knowing that he has a little crush on her but never got any further than what we know. Austin chuckles shaking his head. „Her timetable is too full, even for me."
