Notes:
Most of the island's coasts and main rivers are considered 'free territory'.
Diamonders also 'own' the icebergs and glaciers that surround the northern tip of the island.
Many Sapphires 'own' land and make their homes in caves around the cove, on the beach and within the cove itself.
