Poll!

No art this time, I'm sorry :']

But I would appreciate it if everyone could give some feedback if they're able to! ^^ It's nothing big, just doing some reading and answering a quick question.

I've got a lot of original species planned for the world of Whyvaria, and a decently large part of those are gryphons - or chimaeras, whichever you want. In my spare time or when I've got nothing to do at school breaks, I like to do some worldbuilding. And what I also like, is creating these detailed profiles on every species.

And so, I wanted to work on one for a gryphon, but I can't decide what type of gryphon to do first. I currently have forty-two species of Whyvarian gryphons/chimaeras, so I hope it's understandable that I can't make up my mind. lol

That's when you lovely viewers come in! If you're able to, please read on. >:)

(Please note, all of these are my original creations, including the classification systems and genera names. Don't copy any parts of these without my clear permission. Thank you!)

Gryphon Families

1: Chimaeramajoris (mainly aquatic or tropical gryphons, but also those whose 'animal side' is more prominent)

2: Chimaeraminoris (includes more terrestrial gryphons, or ones which 'bird side' is more dominant)

Gryphon Genera:

Chimaeramajoris

A: Helnuror (aquatics, divers)

B: Affirodcied (amphibious, waterfowl)

C: Bysgofra (mountainous, felines)

D: Rajdare (tropical, savannahs)

E: Tazthris (birds of paradise, felines)

F: Ysofinn (savannahs, bovids, equines)

G: Swabero (owls, snakes)

H: Dzwircit (turkeys)

Chimaeraminoris

A: Wronwralyn (passerines, temperate)

B: Rhacydro (waders, semi-aquatics)

C: Filryzcon (temperate, rodents)

D: Bieparznus (predatory, felines)

E: Maeakroh (badgers)

F: Llazwynt (gamebirds, foxes, canines)

G: Woni (kiwis)

H: Jacnoek (temperate, procyonids)

I: Lafforged (pigeons)

And now, ladies and gentlemen, finally onto what I would like for you. If you're able to, please comment down your choice of a gryphon family and respective genera. Sorry if that isn't clear! For example, you could comment "1A", and if multiple people comment that, then I shall pick a gryphon in the Helnuror (chimaeramajoris) genus - which would be A1. I hope that's clearer now! ^^"

Thank you very much to everyone who decides to participate and comment - it is much appreciated!! <33 Have a lovely rest of your day or night everyone!

And, if you have any ideas or combos for gryphons/chimaeras, do feel free to share, thanks all!
