A Sea-SkyWing hybrid, called Tarn, whose design is very nice, I have to admit!

Am I allowed to be proud of that water? I am quite proud of that water!! I spent so long experimenting with blending methods and colours, until I finally found something in Filters called Moving Blur, it really helped. I did use a close reference but no tracing (^^) and I'm still quite proud.

My first time doing a detailed, proper dragon fullbody! And a background like that.
