You all are 19, after Jimmy has been shrunk and turned back (he turned back just before he turned 19 in my story, so it's been about 9 months since then). You are a detective and a magician. Jimmy's POV (*deadpans* shocker.)

While I was Conan and living with Rachel, I started to think of Rachel as a sister, not a love interest. I, shockingly, started to get feelings for (Y/N)! I have known I have since she met me as Conan.

*~flashback~*
Rachel and I walked to a restaurant so Rachel could 'introduce' me to (Y/N). She is really smart, I hope she doesn't find me out! Otherwise I'm screwed.

We walked into the diner to see (Y/N) already there. She didn't react when she saw me.

Did I fool her?

We were introduced, and we talked for awhile when Rachel said, "I have to use the bathroom. I'll be right back." She left us and (Y/N) immediately said with a perfectly cheerful face,

"So Jimmy, want to explain how you got that size or do you want to wear those glasses around your teeth?"

I said, "H-huh? I'm not Jim-"

"So you do want to wear those glasses around your teeth? Ok."

"FINE FINE! You got it right." I commenced to explain about APTX4869.

When I was done she said, "Not as good as you thought are you?"

"What do you mean?"

"If you were as 'amazing' as you thought, you would have noticed that there was only one of the men dressed in black, and you would have kept a lookout for the other one, and you may not be sitting here as Conan, but as Jimmy."

". . . ow. I think my pride is the the same height as the width of a piece of paper now."

"Still I think you did well on going to check them out. So you're not entirely useless." After she said this I blushed.

Blushing? Why am I blushing? Do I- Have I- Dammit, I fell in love with her. God damn.

~*flashback end~*

I kept my feelings a secret from her for fear of rejection. I'm not as good with words as she is.

I wonder if I'll ever have the courage to tell her the phrase, 'I love you.' I doubt it.

(Y/N) POV

I knew I had had feelings for Jimmy since I was 13. At first I thought is was just a crush, but over the years the feelings didn't leave or fade, they grew. I knew they'd never be returned, and if he knew he may get mad at me or things may get awkward between us, which would be hell on earth for me.

Oh well. Maybe I should ask if he's seeing anyone. If anything I want to make sure they aren't cheating on him, using him, abusing him, or likely to do any of the above. Yeah, I'll go do that.

I spotted Jimmy deep in apparent thought. I ran up to him.

"Hey Jimmy, are you dating anyone? As your friend I want to approve them before anything goes too deep and they betray you."

"H-huh? N-no. I'm single." His cheeks turned an absolutely adorable pink.

Stop brain. Now is not the time to coo over Jimmy's cuteness. Maybe later though.

"Make sure Rachel and I approve them before anything goes anywhere, okay? I don't want you dating someone who will hurt you." I crossed my arms and looked away (without blushing).

"Oka-"
"LOOK OUT!!!" I shoved him to the side resulting in us tumbling into an alley.

"What happened?!"

"The Junior Detective League was playing baseball again and the ball was about to hit you in the head. You're welcome for the save."

I just noticed I was on top of him.

This could really get awkward.

I turned my head to look at him and our noses nearly touched.

"Well hi!" I said while grinning.

He apparently was nervous and I opened my mouth to comment on it when he interrupted me with his eyes closed.

"Look, (Y/N), when I was introduced to you as Conan I realized something. I-I-I love you (Y/N)."

Jimmy's POV

"I-I-I love you (Y/N). I really do. I just suck at using words and-" I was cut off by a pair of lips pressing on mine. My eyes popped open and saw (Y/N)'s eyes closed and near at hand. She separated from me and said something I had longed to hear and had dreamed about.

"I love you too."

She got up off me (Sadly. She was very warm and close) and held out her hand to me. She helped me up and she tugged me out of the alley. I didn't know what she was planning to do, but I was willing to go along with it.

"Can we go to your library?"

I laughed. "You never change do you?" She just grinned with a mischievous look. I led her to my house and the library inside it. I started to go looking for our favorite books like we normally would, but she grabbed my shoulder and pulled me in for a kiss. Slowly she wrapped her arms around my neck and I responded by putting one hand in the small of her back and the other in her hair. Her lips opened and her tongue slipped across my lips. I opened my mouth in response. There was a couch behind us- or rather, me. She knew this and pushed me backward. We somehow spun in the air and when we landed, I was on top of her. We separated for a quick breath and then kissed again.

No one's POV

The two lovebirds spent the night cuddled together, and after dating for 2 years, he proposed to her. They were married at age 22. They lived happily ever after, until, at age 26, something happened.

"Hey Jimmy,"

"Yeah, love?"

"I'm pregnant!"
