Haneul's POV

I should prove Key that Taemin is acting. I made my way to class. I hated Taemin sooooo much. How can he be like this? Key probably thinks that I'm crazy. I was happy early but everything turns upside down whenever I'm with Taemin. I quickly went to my desk. He was sitting still in his place.

He wore a Grey formal shirt and a neat pant. His hair was straight. His face was so bright. He wore glasses. He has a skinny body. His shirt was tugged in a bit lower. He was expressionless yet,he was handsome.Okay fine!!!! I accept !! he is dangerously handsome.

So, it goes like this, whenever he is stiff or expressionless, there are people around him. So I knew people where there. I placed my bag with a huge thud and that caught everyone's attention. I didn't want to make it a big fuss. So I just let it go. Then they went on with their work.

I saw him, my eyes fuming with anger. But he was cooly looking down solving Rubix cube. I took a glimpse on how he was solving.Wowwww.. he was incredibly fast...His fingers moved very fast. I slightly opened my mouth amazed by his speed.

"Do I look cool when I'm solving this?" he asked with a smirk and his eyes still on the cube. I came back to my senses. "No. Not at all!" I said sarcastically and turned away.

Actually the question didn't suprise me. I knew he is like this. I accept that he was cool when solving. PHEW....I managed to open my Maths text book to solve the problems which was supposed to be my homework. I couldn't finish it yesterday.... sorry thats an utter lie... I was in no mood to do it.

From the corner of my eye, I could see that Taemin reshuffled the cube again and did it. Seems like he doesn't have any other work. I saw the class schedule, the first hour was a free hour so my laziness strikes. I closed my book. "I'll do it later~" I sighed. When I turned, I saw him smiling at his rubix. I felt it weird.

" Is he a mentally retartded person?!" I thought myself. I leaned a bit, not closer, to have a view on what makes him smile. On the white part of the rubix , some words were written.

Out of curiosity I leaned a bit closer to see what's written over it. I bent a little too much I should say. Our faces were only inches apart. But the important part is that I never realized it.

He suddenly turned his face towards me and I stopped what I was seeing for a second. We made an eye contact and I was a bit too close. I could almost hear his breath. I froze. He pretended to come even closer as they show in movies .. I fell back to my seat trembling. He supressed his laugh. AISH.... EMBARRASSING...

Although I couldn't see everything but I managed to see only the word "FOREVER" written in black marker on the cube. I sighed in disappointment.

"FOREVER?! Did he get it from anyone close to him. Something smells fishy" I thought. Yet, curiosty kills...

So I peeked once more forgetting all those embarrassing acts. But as soon as I peeked, he shoved the cube inside his bag. "Tsk" I sighed.

"Hmmm.. You're quite curious in other's stuffs, Haneul~" he said looking front. I never replied. He never looks at me whenever we have a conversation. I was really annoyed. It's not that I want him to look at me(in the romantic sense) but he should at least show some respect. However I was so curious to know what's written over the cube. I secretly planned to look at it.

All my thought was on, how to make Key believe that Taemin is acting like a good boy and to know what's written over the cube. The bell rang.

Everyone assembled in the class. The class schedule goes like this 3 subject classes and the rest are arts. I reminded myself that it's a free hour, so I opened my text again to complete my Maths assignment. When i was about to write, everyone stood up. "Good Morning Sir~" they greeted and he greeted back. I looked up to see my Maths Sir.

"Why is he here now? Isn't this supposed to be a free hour!" I questioned myself. Then I took a glance again at the schedule.... Shit!! I saw the next day's schedule! And something more important than that......

OOOOHHHHHH MMMMMYYYYYYY GGGGGODDDDD!!! I DIDN'T FINISH MY HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!

I was about to yell at my own stupidity. I seriously don't know what to do now.... I already got a big load of advice on how I should be, on the first day and again today??......Aaagh!!!

"Did you finish the homework, students?" He asked. "Ne~!"everyone nodded. And I heard some saying that they didn't understand a sum.

"I'll do that sum later. And I accept that it's too tricky" he said and gave us a sum to try.

"Ok fine. Be cool. It's just a home work. Moreover it's not an elementary school where the teacher checks everyone's works." I cooed myself.

But that didn't last long, my nervousness doubled when he was walking aside my desk. When he was about to pass me, he saw my expression and walked near me.

"Haneul sshi, did you finish your work?" He asked with a suspicious look. I should've atleast acted normal. I mentally slapped myself. As I told before, I'm not good at telling lies and I hated it.

"Sorry sir. I didn't finish it. But I promise I won't repeat it again."I sincerely apologized. I thought he would scold but I was shocked on hearing his reply.

"Since its the first time I forgive you but Don't repeat it. And finish it by tomorrow." He said.

"I will for sure Sir" I said and sat down.

Then I saw Key. There was an empty place beside him so I planned to move there. I didn't like to sit with Taemin. So i quietly went and sat there. I didn't bother to look at Taemin.

"Hi! Why didn't you finish the HW??" he asked.

"Laziness!!!!" I replied. He chuckled. Then we turned our attention to the class.

"This HW sum is too tricky... I spent several hours wondering how am I supposed to solve it" he complained. I nodded.

"No one in our class did it, except Taemin" he said.

"What???!!!! Taemin???" I thought. There is no way he did it. He might've just copied it from somewhere.

I took this opportunity to prove Key. I quickly turned towards Key.

" Key, you didn't believe what I told you about Taemin copying the answers right?" I asked, while eyeing whether the teacher is seeing us.

"Yes, of course" he said while solving the problems.

" Why not ask him to do that problem instead, in front of everyone?" I suggested.

He stared at me for a second. " So desperate to prove... Fine I'll ask the teacher but I'm sure you'll regret it later." he said.

I was confident, " No. I definitely won't" I said firmly. He nodded.When the teacher was about to do that sum, Key stood up.

"Excuse me Sir. Can you please let Taemin do that sum, please?" He asked.

" Fine!" He said and handed the chalk to Taemin. I glanced at Taemin and he was the same, expressionless. Taemin you're game is Over...... yey!!!!!

He stood up with his text book and approached the board. I was very sure that he'll end up defeated. I now had the biggest grin in my face when I sensed him gulp his saliva , a bit tensed. I turned towards Key.

"Didn't I tell you Key, he doesn't kn-" I was cut off when Key suddenly started smiling. I turned to the board perplexed. The biggest shock again. He was quietly solving the problem and after a few minutes he finished it. Correct answer!! I couldn't believe my eyes. How did he get the answer?? Perhaps copied the text??? No, that's impossible. That text doesn't have the steps...just the answer.

"Unbelievable!!!" I almost shouted.

" Yes, it is! It's unbelievable! Taemin, you're genius. I'm so proud of you!" The teacher said and patted his back, followed by many claps.

"I didn't mean that "unbelievable"... my meaning is different.." I said, my voice now sounding defeated.

"Didn't I tell you? You're wrong. I knew Taemin will do it!!" He said.

I still couldn't believe. The bell rang again . Now it's Arts class. I was in a deep thought.

"Yah!!!! Stop thinking stuff. Pack up! we have to go to Arts class. We have a dance practice now!!!" He said and pushed me to the door.

Wait!!!.... The rubix cube.....I want to see it... I told key that I'll come later and told him to go. He agreed but gave a stare and went away.I stood outside and waited for everyone to leave. After everyone went, I slowly made my way to Taemin's desk and slowly opened his bag. It didn't take that long to find it. When i took the cube, I searched for the white part. Yes! I found it. My eyes now had a confused look after seeing the words......

"TAE AND MIN. BEST FRIENDS FOREVER".....
