Readers! Many of you told me that the last chapter ending was kinda like an anime but actually I got this as a suggestion from @dulquershivani She texted me the naration of that scene for about 30 lines and i really liked it. Maybe she would've watched the anime. Now I'm really curious to find out that scene in the anime! :)

Did he do that to make me understand?

I stood up and walked up the slope without telling him. I was really shocked beyond words.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"I'm leaving this place..." I said and he just stared at me. When I was about to take my next step, I felt a stinging pain in my back. The pain felt so cruel and I sat down again.

I sat there simply staring at the stars and so did he. Suddenly our thoughts were interrupted by a barking sound. It wasn't a bark but more like a squeal from a pup.

I turned my head to find the same dog which was following Kai the other day, came running all the way to Kai. It went to Kai swagging it's tail and it's tongue sticking out. But he least cared.

"You don't have to be that mean to a dog! At least show some affection! It came all the way running kilometers but you never bothered to even pat it's head!" I shouted.

"What do you want me to do?"

"Show some affection and love" I shouted.

"Love will only bring pain later...." he said looking up at the sky. I became silent for a minute cause hundreds of thoughts were running in my head. He really has a past which is not a happy one. He is mean to all the people out there and gets angry for the silliest of things. He's badly in need of love.

The puppy sat on Kai's lap, wagging it's tail happily. He stared at the dog's action for sometime. A genuine yet brief smile appeared on his face while he placed his hands on the pup.

"See, if you show affection towards something, it will automatically makes you happy" I said and all I could think about was Taemin. I smiled at the thought of him.

"You look really different when you smile.." I added.

"Like what?"

"I don't know... it's really contagious. Like when you smile, the other person who sees you smiling also automatically smiles. You know Minho has that smile too... but your smile... I like it more. Smile more often.." I said seeing the stars and suddenly I remembered something.

"By the way, may I know the reason behind your smile today morning?" I asked with my eyes fixed on him.

"......" As expected!

The stars shone brightly in the night as the calm and serene breeze gently blew. This place really is very beautiful. The meadow is soft and so are the chirping sounds of the birds. The place is like a magic. This was exactly the same weather during my prom with Taemin. I looked at his rosary bracelet which he gave to me.

His affection, his warmth, his smile, his words, his voice, his touch, his eyes, his smirks, his kisses and of course his pervertness.. everything flashed like a movie in front of my eyes. I smiled unconsciously and a tear drop escaped my eyes. I wiped it away.. Not a single night passed away without crying since his departure.

"They left me alone.....in this scary world...." my thoughts were disturbed when Kai suddenly spoke up.

"Who?"

"The people whom I loved the most......my mom...and my little sister too..." he said in a low tone. I couldn't see his face because he was sitting few steps ahead of me with his back facing me.

"Where did they go..?" I asked him and his hands slowly moved up and pointed the sky. I stopped breathing for a minute, I don't know why but my heart pained so badly. They passed away....leaving him alone... and that's why he's like this..

"They left me alone here and they are happy there...." he said and his voice cracked. I stood up and went and kneeled down in front of him. He was keeping his head down and when he looked up, he was a little shocked to see me in front him.

The wind blew his bangs sideways and gave me a chance to see his face. His eyes were glimmering in the moonlight.Did he cry? . It will be even more painful when he remembers those memories again and so I didn't want to ask him anything further about his past.

"Let me tell you one thing..." I said and gripped his shoulders as he looked up.

"Just because you lost your loved ones that doesn't mean that love always brings pain. People born in this Earth are meant to pass away one day. People may come and go but life goes on. They are just a chapter of your life.. You can't complete a book if you are worrying over the same chapter. You don't know what miracle is going to happen next unless you turn to the next chapter. Just think everything is as a fresh start.. Just come out.... make friends, fall in love, laugh out loud, be crazy, smile a lot..ot costs nothing...Be Happy and spread happiness.....Will you?" I said and gripped his shoulders more tightly.

He looked down and I thought I shouldn't disturb him. He's thinking....and that what I wanted. His hand caressed the puppy's head as it slept peacefully in his lap.

We sat there for almost an hour without any conversation.

"I'm leaving...." he said and got up while carrying the puppy in his hands. I looked at him but he was already walking. He walked a few steps and suddenly turned around to see me. I was sitting in the same place and that made him stare at me.

It took minutes for me to realize that he's actually waiting for me to follow him since it was really late at night. Since I rested for awhile, my back felt much better now and so I got up and followed him.

The walk was silent except for the sound of foot steps. I reached my apartment and that means it's my goodbye time. He continued to walk and never bothered to wave me a goodbye. He was walking peacefully but suddenly he spun around and started to run.....towards me?!

I looked at him shocked. He stopped running when once he was in front of me.

"My mom, she always nags and orders me to keep my place clean. I don't do it, so she gets annoyed and cleans it by herself. You reminded of her.......that's why I smiled at you" he panted.

I smiled at him and when I was about to reply, he turned around and started to run back. I shook my head with a smile on my face.

It was really weird. The scene which was happening in front of my eyes was really unbelievable.

Sulli didn't bother Minho the entire day! She didn't have her usual face either. She looked gloomy and Minho had a disturbed face. His eyes were fixed on Sulli while she never looked at him.

Is this real? Miracles and unexpected things, do happen in life!

"Yo! What happened to them?" I asked Amber.

"I don't know... but Onew told me that Minho shouted so badly at Sulli. He shouted like, "Why are you troubling me always? I said I don't like you! Stop disturbing me!"" She narrated.

"But, he always says that right?" I asked her.

"He shouted in frustration. He also told her that her presence itself is disturbing him" she added.

Well..That was bad. I never expected Minho would tell words like this. I looked at him as his eyes followed Sulli's silhouette. I bet he is regretting now.

"So... how's life going?" I asked Minho during the break.

"Well.. pretty good..." he sulked.

"I don't think so...." I scoffed a laugh. He looked at me and suddenly whined.

"I spoke very rudely to her!!!! I don't what I'm going to do.. She's not even turning my head towards me!" He whined loudly. I looked at him with my eyebrows raised.

"So.... you like her?" I asked. His face turned pink.

"WAH..no! N-No..." he stuttered.

"Stop lying! And go apologize!" I pushed him. The Bell rang and the next is the Arts class.

I didn't move my eyes away from Kai the entire time.. I rarely blinked. My eyes were wide open and my lips were slightly agape. Everything around me felt like it was in a slow motion. I could hear my breathing in spite of the loud screams and cheers.

The spot light was on Kai. He owned the stage for 10 minutes to show us his graceful performance. His body move swiftly according to the music. His face glowed brightly when he danced. This face of him..... I've never seen it. As soon as he finished dancing, there was a loud cheer for him and he got a standing ovation.

The teacher took awhile recollect her senses after watching his performance and that made us laugh.

"Why don't you perform a musical?" She asked and Kai looked at her.

"I don't know.." he replied.

"Come on! You can do it! You're really good at singing too!" She complemented. What?! He sang before I came?!

"But-"

"No "buts"! You're performing a musical!" She declared and Kai was surely not happy by her decision.

I walked to the lunch area when once I heard the lunch bell . Amber and Key were busy practicing raps and Minho trying his best to get back his love of life by coaxing her like, "Let's go and play!" "Call me, "Frog Prince!"" Seriously, he turns to a kid when he is with Sulli and although Sulli had already forgiven him even before he apologized, she still wants to enjoy seeing this new Choi Minho doing things desperately to make her smile.

Jonghyun always has an eye on Alice. It is rumored that Jonghyun invited Alice for a date and she didn't turn up. So, he's trying his best to impress her but whenever he tries to act cool in front of her, her expression will be like -_-

All these thoughts were running in my mimd as i was standing in the queue. I got a water bottle and when I was about to turn, a girl bumped onto me, perfectly spilling all the contents of her tray on me. The hot soup spilled right on my lower neck and chest. The hot and boiling soup prickled my skin and the burning sensation felt like as though I was standing on a fire.

"Ah!!!!!! It's burning!!!! AHHHHH!!" I screamed out loud. The soup was so hot. When I mean so hot, ITS REALLY HOT!

"Serves you right for taking Taemin away!" She commented and ran away. I looked at her shocked. Was this planned?

She stained my white shirt and it's now has become see - through because of the soup. I placed my hands protectively around my chest trying my best to cover myself up.

I, unconsciously teared up when I no longer could bear the pain as it badly stings my skin and also because of the embarrassment.

Nobody came up to help me. For what? Just because Taemin and I love each other?! These people are so cruel! Really cruel! I made my heart and mind to move from this place beside the unbearable pain.

"Haneul?!" I heard a voice and when I turned around with my tear filled eyes, I was welcomed by Kai. He ran fast while unbuttoning his shirt and jostled everyone on his way. When once he was near me, he immediately took off his shirt and draped it over me in a protective manner.

He stood in front with his back facing me, blocking the people's eyes which were on me. Thank you so much, Kai. My hands were quivering as I covered myself in his shirt.

"Let's go to the clinic" he said and wrapped his shoulders around me, covering my little-revealing-now top.

He was top naked in front of the whole school but never bothered about it and marched towards the clinic.

He came along with me to the medical cabin and assisted the nurse to take things. She made me lay down flat on a mattress. She placed ice packs on my chest and now I feel like I'm in heaven. She placed another pack on me and stared at Kai. He looked back at her not understanding the reason for her stare.

"Should I bring something?" He asked.

"I'm going to take her shirt off, so would you mind leaving this place?" She asked him.

Both of our faces turned red.

"Y-Yes. I'm s-sorry.." he stuttered and went out.

After Kai went out, she immediately unbuttoned my shirt and placed the ice packs.

"This ointment helps to prevent the scars.." she said and applied it.

"Thank you" I said.

"Tell thanks to that shirtless guy. He helped you more than me.." she smiled.

After one hour of treatment, I was finally out from that place. I took his shirt with me as the nurse offered me new set of clothes. When I opened the door, I saw Kai standing out looking sideways. He was still shirtless and I don't know why my face is starting to heat up.

"Kai, h-here..T-Thank you..s-so..m-much.." I said handing him his shirt. Why the hell am I stuttering?!! And for God's sake why is my face red?!?!?!

"Are you Okay now?" He asked.

"Much better.." I said looking down. He took his shirt from my hand and wore it.

"Oh my god!!! Haneul!! Just now I heard the news!!!! Are you alright?!" Key, Amber, Minho and Sulli rushed towards me.

"I'm alright now... Kai helped me.." I said them and they looked at him.

"Thank you Kai for helping our Haneul" Amber said and he just nodded.

Even though I told them that I'm alright, they still took care of me. They were so worried and by the time I turned my head to see Kai, he was already long gone.

After the school was over, I rushed and entered my flat and locked the door. A lot of things happened today. Amber somehow found that girl and she reported her to the principal.

"What happened to you? Your voice sounds weak.." Taemin asked through phone.

"It's just I'm a little tired today.." I lied. I don't want him to worry about me cause he already has many things going on there.

"Don't do you dare lie.." he said and I internally smiled . He knows me too well.

"I'm seriously alright..I just want to see you....." I said.

"Shall we do video chat then?" He asked and I immediately nodded asthough he can see me.

We spent few minutes to on the video call. I quickly draped a muffler around my neck so he can't see my wounds. And then finally, in front me was MY TAEMIN!!!

I couldn't control my tears when i saw him, but I quickly wiped it away before he could see. It's been a week since i saw his face. Those eyes which made me fall for him, his lips, his cheek bone.... I can't believe I'm seeing him now. He wore a formal shirt and reading glasses and sat there with that signature smirk on his face.

"My jagi is becoming pretty day by day when I'm away and I'm having difficulties in enduring myself to drag you here..." he commented.

"Oh really? You'll drag me to your place?" I asked him raising my eyebrow.

"Definitely... If I become so desperate and if I cannot control myself, I'll surely drag you here..." he said and I smiled ear to ear.

As he was speaking, I saw a teddy bear on his desk. But the thing which made me to look at it is that the teddy is wearing my pink top. And I again smiled.

"Come here~" I suddenly whined.

"Now... you're really making it hard for me" he said and ran his fingers through his hair.

It's really nice to see him go crazy for me. Hehehehe*evil smile*

"Taemin Oppa~ Saranghae~" I did aegyo to make him go crazier.

He became silent for a minute.

"Do you want me to kidnap you here? I'll lock you in my room with me and I'll tou-" "SHUT UP!!!!!!!! I DID IT ONLY FOR FUN! DON'T BE PERVERTED!!!!" I cut him off before he could tell those dirty lines.

Now I'm really afraid what he'll do to me when we see each other . The thought itself changes the color of my face to crimson red.
