Surprise! This book is officially going to be edited, as well as re-written. With the new information I've gathered about Spinel, and alot of canon lore from SU, I decided to implement it into this book. I've grown as a writer, and I wish to put that to good use with this, since it is my technical first WLW book, as well as my first Steven Universe book in general.

I will also be changing the name of this book, as well as changing the entire plot, save for a few things that I feel like SU didn't go over.

I will be unpublishing the current chapters and rewriting them better, and more improved.

I won't just be going over Spinel's trauma, which I feel SU:future didn't even cover, I will also be going into Stevens, as I do want him to be a main conflict in this.

As for the Diamonds, I'm not sure what I'll do yet, but in my opinion, they should've faced consequences for their actions, and shouldn't have been forgiven so easily, especially White.
