Take care of you too
You know that thing you've been wanting to do? Keep saying you'll do? Keep dreaming you'll do? Nike said it best: "Just do it." More of us are recognizing now the importance of taking care of you, too.
After metaphorically dipping my toes in the pool over and over, I have now gotten in the habit of doing ~15 minutes of yoga most mornings and it feels really good. (Thank you to Yoga with Adriene for the super likeable yoga videos!) Today I followed up my yoga session with gluten-free oatmeal and a fruit smoothie as part of another new approach - tweaking my diet to make it mostly anti-inflammatory.
Whatever it is you've been thinking of introducing for you and your comfort, your care and peace of mind, you can do it! The change you want to see starts with you, one step at a time - and that's not to say we can't encourage each other! As they say, "Do you" 🌟 And as they say in yoga, "The light in me sees and honours the light in you."
