Tsunade Senju, the recently retired Hokage was sitting down on a chair looking out a window of a nearby hospital. The cool early spring winds flowing through. Not much has changed in Konoha besides that it was back to its former glory from the pain attack those years ago, also that there was a new face on the mountain over looking the village, Kakashi's face. As much as she wanted to give Naruto the position herself, she knew he still had a long way to go before he was fit to be a leader of the village.
Knowing Naruto now he is eating out Ichiraku again... she mused to herself before she heard a scream. She looked towards the door very surprised before the door came bustling in while Sakura was on the other side. She didn't change much, the only thing noticeably different was her hair was longer and she put it up in a short ponytail.
Tsunade-sama!
A giant grin plastered across her face making her stand up in surprise, she assumed the scream was a shout of joy.
What is it Sakura? This is a hospital, I taught you better.
She shook her head ignoring her berated speech before she hurriedly pushed a piece of paper in front of her.
Look!
She said happily making Tsunade sigh... she grabbed the paper and looked it over.
Sakura this is your chart? What are you in for?
She asked curiously making her point down the list.
Her eyes roamed to her finger and she stopped before she grinned to herself.
I'll be damned... I wonder how he's going to react.
Sakura squealled in joy as Tsunade stood up and gave her a hug.
I'll make sure that I'm your doctor. Just so I can keep tabs on you.
She stated and pulled away looking at the pinkette in the eye.
Do you understand?
Sakura giggled as she nodded.
Tsunade nodded as well before she smiled.
Congratulations Sakura.
Sakura re-read the paper that had the underline word Pregnant.
You should go tell Naruto... I should come with you to see his face.
Tsunade pondered making Sakura laugh sheepishly.
Yeah... Naruto-kun might flip out... mabey you should be there if he faints?
Tsunade laughed a hardy laugh for what felt like ages.
You are defiantly my student.
She smiled up at the Senju but she shook her head.
No you two will be fine. Just go tell him.
Tsunade encouraged making her nod and grab the paper and run out quickly while leaving tsunade to think.
I really am getting old if that little brat is having a child.

Naruto slurped down his noodles in glee as he sat down next to his father figure Iruka, He didn't change in the two years besides his hair was parted one way but still had its spiky like appearance.

Iruka smiled at him as Naruto payed for the meal.
How is Sakura-Chan?
Ayame asked suddenly as she grabbed the cash from Naruto who smiled.
She's great, she helps a lot with tsunade-baachan at the hospital. She even said she was considering being a sensei.
Naruto said while Iruka thought for a moment.
Sakura as a sensei... for the academy or a jounin?
Iruka asked curiously making him look over.
As a Jounin. She said she wanted to since Kakashi-Sensei inspired us for training... so why not pass it down?
The blond said in glee making him smile.
That's right.
Naruto jumped as he felt slim arms go across his neck and a scent course in his nose making him smile.
Sakura-Chan.
He looked slightly to see his wife.
I have news.
She said while looking towards Iruka and winked slightly and motioned him to stay put.. same with the Ichirakus.
What is it?
He turned around towards her with a worried expression.
I'm pregnant.
The only audible silence was a pan hitting the counter while Sakura looked at all of their faces. Naruto's was very ill defined before a rapidly growing smile erupted from his face, Iruka had a huge grin on his face while Ayame was the one who have dropped the pan and the only audible noise that came from Teuchi is,
Man I'm getting old.
Naruto jumped up and litterly grabbed Sakura and and spinned her around while she giggled.
Really!? Am I really going to be a dad!
The excitement that was held in his voice was a sight to see to iruka... the only time he saw that look was when he was talking about Sakura or his dream... that and ramen of course.
Naruto suddenly stopped and put his head on her stomach region while holding her making her giggle slightly.
Naruto-kun you won't be able to feel it yet.
She giggled while seeing Naruto's expression of concentration.
How far along are you?
Ayame came around the counter eager to hear.
About two weeks it said.
Naruto smiled as he lightly placed her down and pushed his forehead to hers.
Just so you know I'm hoping for a boy.
He whispered making her smack his head slightly teasingly.
Idiot...
Naruto grinned happily before he turned towards Iruka who was sitting on his stool still.
I suppose you are a surgated grandpa now.
Iruka shook his head slightly amused.
I hope your calling me that cause I'm like your father and not cause I'm old.
Naruto grinned as he snickered.
A little bit of both?
He turned his head to miss a chopstick fly by his head.
Little brat..
Sakura giggled in Naruto's shirt before looking back up at him... everything seemed to be going perfectly...
Congrats Naruto.
Kuramas voice echoed in his mind as Naruto looked behind him in his mindskape to see Kurama grinning down at him.

Naruto raised his fist and bumped his fist with the giant foxes... his face softened slightly.
Now I have another precious person... and I will be sure to protect them.
He whispered to Kurama and Sakura making them smile and nod towards Naruto.
