      Shimmer,

     things that shimmer,

      here and there,

      things that shimmer,

      everywhere, in the day,

      and at night- 

      a mirror, a watch, gears on a clock.

       A  solid small rock,

      A necklace, earrings, bracelet,

     and ring,

     a bell that goes jing a ling, ling;

     a set of silverware,

     a chain on car tires,

     and a pocket knife:

     oh, my so many things in life-

     that go shimmer.

       Shimmer.
