Another year is over,

    It is a new year,

    So bring forth a cheer

    It is a time

  for new beginnings.

  It is a time

  for a fresh start,

  so do not give up,

 keep on smiling,

 keep on praying,

keep on studying God's Word,

and keep on encouraging others.

Keep on,

 It is a New Year,

 So grab your sparkling grape juice,

 your root beer,

your gingerale

and your snacks.

Do not join the chaos,

 Do not take part in breaking the law

 It just adds to the unrest

in the nation

as a whole,

so keep the laws of the land

and show others how we can

take a stand

by keeping the law

and being kind to others.

Pray,

Praise,

Remember,

Acknowledge,

Include

Supplications

Encourage,

and 

Trust

Thank

Reflect

Understand

the Savior

is  the one

in Control

and ask him for help

for our nation

our people,

and the world as a whole.

A  New Year,

is a time

for new resolutions

or promises,

or  goals

for us all,

and for me

it means

drawing closer to God

and to things in his Word

through Bible study

and prayer.
