#1212. The Water Method

NOTE: This is like the Sunni shifting method but you use this at night as a sleeping shifting method.
STEP 1; Relax in your bed and close your eyes. Get ready to go to sleep. In your mind, imagine that you are drinking water.
STEP 2 (LAST STEP); Keep on repeating that water-drinking DR-scene in your head multiple times, until you fall asleep. You should then wake up as your DR-self, drinking your water beverage.
