She says how her shifting method of this is from her spiritual grandpa. Because he says how self hypnosis was an ancient spiritual practice that had been used for years by people. I don't remember which video of her's mentions that? But it's somewhere on her page.

I suggest for you guys to watch these pinned videos of her's where she talks about self hypnosis for shifting:

DO THESE THINGS BEFORE THE METHOD (YOU HAVE TO DO THIS SELF-HYPNOSIS FIRST TO YOURSELF):

1. Meditate for 5 minutes

2. Do self hypnosis for 30 seconds.

3. Say shifting affirnations to yourself,
like; "I have already shifted",  "Shifting is easy for me", and "The next time I try to shift, I'm going to succeed".

THEN DO THE ACTUAL SHIFTING METHOD:

STEP 1: Lay in your bed. It doesn't matter which position you are in.

STEP 2: Hold your finger/put your finger on top of your own 3rd eye for about 10 seconds. (Don't hold your finger on that spot too hard!) Just hold/put your finger lightly onto the spot to where your 3rd eye is.

STEP 3: As you are holding your finger lightly onto your 3rd eye for about 10 seconds, keep your eyes closed while you do that.

STEP 4: Next, take a couple of deep breaths to yourself. Then, remove your finger from your 3rd eye.

STEP 5: Imagine that your finger is still touching your 3rd eye. Then imagine that a bright light is starting from your 3rd eye/is shining there on that spot.

STEP 6: Don't roll your eyes up to see the bright light on your 3rd eye. Just know that the light is still there and that you won't be able to see it.

STEP 7: As you get more and more symptoms, imagine the light growing bigger and bigger. Until it engulfs your entire body.

STEP 8 (LAST STEP): Then fall asleep with the intention of going to your DR.

OR

Just let the light engulf your body and then your surroundings will change.

NOTE: This can be used as an awake method to shift and be used as a sleeping shifting method.
