#730. The How To Shift In 60 Seconds Method

You can do this method either: standing up, lying down, when you're about to poop. Basically, you can do it in any position that you are in.

STEP 1: Before you attempt to shift, first meditate for 5 minutes either with a guided meditation or using whatever meditation technique that you like to do.

STEP 2: After you are done meditating for 5 minutes, take a couple deep breaths and get into the position that you want to shift in.

STEP 3: Close your eyes and if you can visualize. Then, visualize your DR. If you can't visualize, then start using your shifting affirmations to yourself.

If you don't like affirmations, then just start setting your intention that you want to shift. You may feel shifting symptoms or not while you do whatever you do for this step. If you don't feel symptoms, then that's okay.

STEP 4: Now you are with your eyes closed, attempting to shift. When you feel close to get to your DR, focus on your emotions.

If you can't focus on your emotions, focus on your 5 senses.

If you can't focus on your 5 senses, work on your intention to shift yourself to your DR.

STEP 5 (LAST STEP): Then, with your chest. Say and shout with your chest, "I AM GOING TO SHIFT!" outloud to yourself. Then, you will shift to your DR.
