#399. The Midnight Method

This method is made by:


Step 1) Imagine that you are already in your DR bed and wake up in the middle of the night to either:
go to the restroom, go get a drink of water, get a snack, or do whatever you want.

Step 2) But the idea is that you are half asleep and all groggy, and you want to use all your 5 senses.

Like what does the tile on the floor feel like? Is it cold? Is it warm?

What can you smell? Is the window open? Can you smell from inside?

When you wash your hands, what does the water feel like? Is it warm or cold?

What does your glass of water taste like? Is there a lemon in it? Is it mint?

Step 3) After you are done doing whatever you are doing, you are going to walk and lay down in your bed.

Here you can do another shifting method, like the 'Raven Method' or some other method, just so your mind is awake while you fall asleep.

And affirm to yourself that you will wake up in your DR-bed.
