#90. The Rope Method
Step 1) Before you go to sleep, lay down on your bed and get in a calm relaxing state (make sure nobody interrupts you).
Step 2) When you're relaxed enough, imagine energy surrounding your body, getting stronger and stronger. Start visualising your DR and repeat shifting affirmations like, "I am shifting right now" or "My consciousness is shifting to my DR."
Step 3) If you suck at visualization, imagine what you would feel when you're in your DR. The universe will know what you want. When your vibrations are very heavy or you see a white light, imagine your consciousness leaving your body by climbing a rope the leads you to your DR.
Step 4) Imagine climbing your DR-rope until you reach a portal that will take you to your DR.
Step 5) Go through that DR-portal. Imagine your DR-self sleeping in your DR-room.
Step 6) And visualize your consciousness entering your DR-self's body.
Step 7) After that, you have 2 options to take next:
1. Open your eyes, you are there in your DR
OR
2. Fall asleep, and you will wake up in your DR.
