#101. The Falling Method

Step 1) Before using this method, you will want to meditate. Once you have meditated, lay on your back or stomach (whichever is comfortable for you).

Visualize yourself in first person in mid air, in a dark room with no light at all.

Step 2) Now visualize and feel yourself falling quickly (as if you just fell down a cliff). After falling for a while, begin to fall slower and slower. And picture everything becoming lighter until you are in your DR bedroom.

Step 3) Your DR-self should be sleeping. When you reach your DR-self, hug them and picture both of yourselves merging together into one person.

Step 4) Once you are completely one with your DR-self, visualize yourself glowing.

Step 5) Now fall asleep and you will wake up in your DR.
