When I awoke I was laying down on a bed. My mate was starting down on me.

"Sorry baby we had to so we could make sure your complete healthy." He said, pulling me onto my feet. I latched onto him. He sighed picking me up. But as soon as he carried me out I shifted into a fox and took off. I hid behind a chair. When someone walked in and sat down.

"Hello my son." I heard a man say. Before I realized I was hiding behind the king.

"Hello father odd question but has anyone seen a fox?" He asked, when a woman picked me up.

"This one I seen it hide behind your fathers chair. Next time you bring your game home kill it first." He said.

"She's not game she my soulmate she's just being a pain in my neck." He replied, grabbing me. I shifted back and they​ gasped.

"I'm a pain in your neck well this is news to me." I teased​. He laughed.

"Well then don't shapeshift and run away from me." He replied rubbing the bridge of his nose against mine. I giggled.

"You know it's in her nature to be playful she's a young beast. The young ones are always the most active they need alot of movivation and good stimulation. Angel when did you stop growing? Its good to make an observation." She exclaimed kissing my head.

"Wait Ann that girls a beast and you brought her here what if she gets?" His father demanded.

"Relax we already check she's imune." She informed him.

"Imune are you sure?" He asked, questioningly.

"Yes trust me I made sure she's the first a only healthy beast we've found in years. I would never put her at risk if I thought other wise. I love her like she was my own daughter." She assured him. He smirked giving her a nod.

"She's the first beast we've ran into that's imune to what this disease is. Plus the first royal we've ran into. They all died out before the apademic broke out. Your son really cares for her take that into account she's a dying breed." She exclaimed he nodded.

"I do that's why I'm worried." He exclaimed as Ann swobbed my mouth and put it in a vial before drawing more blood.

"I'm going to try to make an antidote for the virus." She said, I pulled a bottle out and handed it to her.

"What is this?" She asked.

"It's what your trying to make I made it already. Every royal is required to know that potion the illness is actually a curse. But who could've casted such a dark curse very few would be able to do it." I said, she took it.

"Sorry Im just now remembered it." I exclaimed, she nodded kissing my head and taking it. I flustered grabbing my stomach when it suddenly growled. Ramzeas and his father laughed.

"Babe when the last time you ate?" He asked, I shrugged.

"Well what do you eat?" He asked.

"Normally whatever​ I hunt I'm mainly carnverious. Fruits and veggies give me an upset stomach." I exclaimed, when my stomach started cramping up. When a man came in with a sheep drapped over his shoulders. Ann was hot on his tail. He walked over setting the sheep down infront me.

"Now be a good girl and hunt like daddy showed you." He whispered in my ear before I realized it was my father.

"Daddy?" I muttered. He smiled.

"I'm sorry baby I was only trying to protect you. Your my baby girl. You know I love you more than life itself." He assured me I teared up and hugged him. He kissed my head and let go of the sheep. I shifted into a wolf and took off out the door. I pounced on it digging it's fang in its neck taking it. How I feed is kinda gross I feed like a snake.

"Eww gross babe that's the weirdest thing I've ever seen but kinda really cool." He said, when I finished. I ran over to him whining. He knelt down petting me. I wagged my tail excitingly.

"Ramzeas long time no see." A woman said, walking up to him.

"Aries nice of you to stop by. Angel you mind shifting back?" He asked I shifted back into my human form. He took my hand. I latched onto him glancing at her. Realizing she was one of the guards daughter's his child hood friend.

"Hi I'm Angel." I said, walking over. She lended hugged her. She looked at me surprised.

"Relax Aries she's my partner she's a sweetheart." He exclaimed. She nodded hugging me back. I smiled.

"Your soulmates a beast?" She asked sniffing me. Everyone stopped and looked at me.

"Yes but she's imune to the desease." He replied and they tried getting closer till I looked at them.

"Imune she can't get sick?" She asked when my father walked over.

"No she can't she's royal. Their protected from all diseases​ plus my gorgeous baby girl is a special case." He replied making her jump because he snuck up behind her.

"Daddy." I yelled climbing on to his shoulder.

"How old is she?" She asked, as I giggled when father picked me up.

"She stopped growing when she hit twenty one. But for a beast that's very very young. The older beasts stop growing around their late fifties to anything above. Mid age is about early fifties to early forties. But young beast which we consider still children are normally late thirties and younger." He exclaimed​, I kissed his nose and nuzzled him. I slipped my hand under his jacket grabbing my spell book. I grabbed it and took off up into a near by tree. I started looking through it when I found a random spell with a weird name I ended up casting the spell without knowing what it was. Then Ramzeas pulled me from the tree and I started getting sick. He carried me inside to rest.
