"We shall execute these two volunteers who bear a grudge against the selfish Empire!" I hide away in the crowd, watching the scene beneath my hood as Jean and some extra character acting as Floch 2.0 hold their guns to Yelena and Onyankopon heads.

Like roaches that never die and just replace each other.

Jean flits his eyes over to me and Levi who stood next to me, holding my hand and we nod, slinking away from the crowd to meet with the others. They were filling up carts with the supplies and Mikasa turns to me.

"Can you carry those pallets (y/n)-"

"-no, she's exhausted!" Hanji suddenly calls out, blocking my view of the multiple pallets filled with supplies for the spinal affected that were hiding outside the walls.

"Hanji, you know I have to." She frowns at me and stands back, letting me transform as I sliced my arm on Levi's gear. I growl lowly in pain, feeling every crack and twist of my bones as I grew taller.

"She's double the height then Erens old Titan!?" Connie gasps out and Sasha gapes at me.

"30 metre Titan... COOL!" I huff out, kneeling against the floor as I struggled to get up.

Come on!

I roll my shoulders and lean forwards to grab the pallets in my arms as Levi flies up to land on my shoulder. "Are you ok?" He asks and I look at him, nodding but he purses his lips like he didn't believe me.

Everyone waits until the signal and we hear gunshots. "4 consecutive gunshots. It's Jean signal to continue with the plan." Annie says and everyone quickly saddles up to ride.

Wait, Annie's here!?

When did she get here!?

I blink in surprise as I ran with the carts, jumping over the wall as they rode through the doorway and we leave Shiganshina. "(Y/n), go up ahead and give the supplies to the scouts and meet up with the cart Titan. Hanji, you go with her." Levi commands and flies down to land in the cart with Gabi and Falco looking after a sleeping Reiner.

Hanji and I both nod and she hooks onto me as I lean down and bolt off, speeding across the field in no time. I look over and see the cart Titan running alongside me and we nod, going through the forest. I drop off the supplies to the spinal affected scouts and I walk off with the cart Titan to our rendezvous point.

We were so close to the wall titans and I flinch hearing Ymir's voice again.

"(Y/n)..."

My vision blurs and I feel my body continue walking past the cart Titan alongside the wall titans. "(Y/n)!" I hear someone call for me but their voice was faded out.

"Follow the titans."

My body jerks as I feel something pull back on my midsection and I look down to see the cart Titan holding me back.

"Consume the Titan."

I slowly split my jaw open, eyes flashing red as I leaned down to rip the Titan off me. It growls at me and I snarl back, ripping it off me along with a chunk of my side.

"(Y/N) STOP!" I growl as the Titan looks at me in fear, teeth protruding out of my jaws as I held up its face towards me.

"Brat, drop her!" I see a little man land on my shoulder, blades ready in hand and I tilt my head to look at him. "I said drop her." I drop the Titan and it scurries away and I flinch from the pounding headache that suddenly hits me.

"Jesus fucking Christ." I hiss out, kneading the heel of my palms against my head.

"The fuck was that about (y/n)!?" I blink and look down to see Levi staring up at me with narrowed eyes.

"I-"

"-we're here!" I look over and see the cadets coming in with the carts.

"Hanji wait-" Levi yells out and I'm suddenly forced into darkness.

I hear the mumbling of voices around me, the volume increasing as I heard anger and rage before the voices started yelling at each other. I groan, squeezing my eyes shut as the light started hurting them. I felt an arm hold me, the other running through my hair and I'm slowly brought awake by someone talking loudly.

"Shut the fuck up all of you. You're going to wake (y/n) up." I hear Levi growl out, silence ensuing after that.

"She's not from here is she." I slowly open my eyes, seeing that I was laying against Levi's chest as he draped a cloak around me. "This Guardian Titan of yours." Yelena asks as I feel Levi's grip on me tighten.

"Why do you want to know?" Hanji hisses out lowly and I'm surprised by the hostility from her.

"Zeke mentioned something very special about her. That she was brought here from another universe." I hear a couple of gasps. "Of course. You Eldians knew about this and us Marleyans are kept in the dark."

"She has nothing to do with you." Mikasa snaps and I peek over the cloak to see what's going on.

"Oh, but she has everything to do with everyone here." Yelena smirks. "The supposed Guardian who protects everyone using the knowledge of the future she possesses yet she is biased towards the Eldians."

"She protected Marleyan at Liberio and at Shinganshina." Jean mutters out.

"Of course but if she were to choose, I think everyone knows that she will choose you all. Isn't that right Levi Ackerman."

"That's enough. (Y/n) has done more than anyone of us has combined. She is doing her job."

"Like it was her job to keep it a secret that Annie and Reiner here killed Marco?"

"Yes." I speak up, rubbing my eyes before staring at Yelena. "It is not up to me to tell them what happens, last, present or future. They have to figure it out themselves just as they know that they are characters from a show in my world. Including you." Yelena narrows her eyes at me.

"You purposely let things unfold knowing all this would have happened and yet you keep it to yourself. How noble of you."

"You wouldn't understand the cosmic consequences if I were to tamper with fate." I hiss out and Yelena nods.

"I'm sure the butterfly effect would be drastic but how could you let so many people die."

"She didn't. Just like any of us, she did everything in her power." Hanji growls out, and I look at her.

"We all have to make decisions that would affect certain people one way or another," Levi mutters out and I look up at him as he leans his forehead on mine. I let the others words fade out as I focused on Levi holding me, his lips gently kissing my nose. "and there's something you're not telling me (y/n)." He whispers quietly and I freeze. "You were about to eat the cart Titan. What's happening to you?" I sigh out and drop my head on his chest.

"I wish I could tell you Levi-"

"-enough already!" I gasp when I hear a loud thud, looking over to see Jean punching Reiner snd Gabi quickly protects him.

"Jean stop!" I jump up and shove him away, the others holding his arms back.

"Gabi! Are you ok!?" Falco goes to her aid, helping her sit up as she looks up at all of us sadly.

"I'm sorry!" She begs and I narrow my eyes at her. "Please we need your help." She bows towards us and I back away at the sudden action. "Please stop the rumbling with us!" She begs over and over until her wounds make her pass out from pained exhaustion.

"Let go of me!" Jean rips his arms away, walking off into the dark woods. Everyone calls for him to come back but he ignores them, disappearing into the night.

"Give him some time to just think." I mutter out and everyone just sighs.

"Go to sleep. We need to move before dawn to get to the depots." Levi commands and everyone does what he says but I just sit down, staring in the direction where Jean walked. "He will be ok. All of us have to be." Levi mutters out as he sits down next to me and I frown.

"Maybe Yelena was right. I should've just stopped all this in the first place... why didn't I? There wouldn't be so much death and destruction then-"

"What would you have done? Assassinated Zeke and Yaeger? One way or another, a new turn of events will happen to bring us back right here. Only that time, we won't know if there will be more death than now."

"But-"

"-and I know you wouldn't hurt Yaeger then. You're too kind." Levi pulls me into his lap as everyone goes to sleep. "You're too good for this world." He buries his head into my shoulder and I hold his hand. "You're too good for me."

"Levi, I've killed people."

"So has everyone else here but you've saved more." I frown, shaking my head.

"I failed Levi. I failed you, I failed everyone. I promised myself I would protect everyone... protect you-"

"-you have and you will. I know you will." Levi lays us down with me held up to his chest as I faced him. "You haven't failed us. You haven't failed me." I try to hold back my tears as I held Levi's shirt, his arms curled around me.
