"Shit (y/n)! Wake up! Please! Wake up!"

"(y/n), I'm begging you, please! I can't lose you!"

"You fucking idiot! You shouldn't have done that! Please wake up!"

"Levi!?"

"Hanji! What-"

"What happened to (y/n)!?"

"She got blown up-get your filthy hands off her! Let her go! Don't touch her or I fucking swear to god I'll kill you!"

"Levi stop!"

"Let me go Shitty Eyes! They're taking (y/n) away! I need to stop them!"

"They won't just calm down!"

"Now Levi! Grab (y/n) and run!"

"Get them!"

"They are running away with the Guardian Titan!"

"(y/n), I'm begging you. Please don't leave me. Don't leave me."

I flit in and out on consciousness, hearing voices ring through the air asking me to wake up. I slowly open my eyes, hissing softly against the bitter cold night. I felt numb and dead, almost like a puppet as looked down to see that I was kneeling on sand? I turn my head to look around and I feel something tug on my neck and I look down to see a chain tied around my neck as strings hung me up by my wrists. I saw the splatter of blood drip down from my arms before the bare feet appearing. 

I look up and narrow my eyes at the girl standing in front of me. "Ymir." I hiss out and she kneels down to build up my leg again with the sand, doing the same with my arm. But it didn't look right. Lightning streaks pulsed through my disembodied sand limbs and she backs away, tugging on my chain collar.

"You will free me and together, we can show everyone the true meaning of freedom." She backs away and I'm hit with a painful headache, my vision blurring before I blacked out.

"(y/n)?" I groan softly, opening my eyes and hissing at the light that hits my face. I turn my head to see Levi looking at me with wide eyes, tears brimming them as he holds my face gently.

"Le...vi..." I croak out, feeling unbearable pain pulsing through my body. I couldn't feel my arms or legs, just my fingers and my face which I noticed was wrapped up. Steam billowed furiously from my wounds and I see Hanji gasp put in shock.

"You're awake!" she bounds over and I stare up at Levi as he leaned his forehead on mine. I slowly lean my hand up to touch his face and I softly cry, actually feeling his warmth and he quickly holds my hand.

"You're... ok..."

"For fucks sake (y/n)! You're asking me this when you lost an eye and leg!" Levi hisses out and Hanji chuckles softly. I lean up to touch my face to feel the bandage and I slowly move the cloak draped over me to see my missing right leg.

"Your body has been healing quickly. It's only been 2 hours or so but it's progressed since you were just a stump of a chest and a head." I nod slowly at Hanji's words.

"Eren... Zeke..." I grumble out, trying to get up but Levi glares at me as he gently pushes me back down.

"You are not getting up until you are healed." He hisses at me and I glare up at him.

"The titans... in the walls will... be free..." I hiss out and Hanji and Levi look at each other with grim looks.

"We will start heading back as soon as the sun rises tomorrow." I sigh in defeat, having no energy to fight. I look up at Levi as he frowned at me, leaning against a tree.

"Why." He asks and I knew he was talking about taking the impact of the thunder spear instead of him. "That blow was supposed to be for me."

"No. I will not let you suffer anymore." I huff out, Levi still holding my hand and kissing it gently where my ring was. "You have suffered too much Levi. No... more pain..." I wince slightly and he jumps to my aid.

"Where does it hurt?"

"My... leg." I hiss and he moves the cloak to see my leg rapidly healing up, growing out. "Burns..." I hiss, leaning my steaming hand up to see red streaks pulsing through it just as my healing leg.

"Hanji! I need wet rags!" Levi calls out and Hanji brings them over, wrapping my healing limbs over. "What's happening? Is this supposed to happen?" Hanji shakes her head, unsure.

"It's late Levi, we need to rest and so does (y/n)." He nods gently and covers me back up, laying down next to me as he held my hand. He leaned on his side, curling next to me as he slid his arm to rest beneath my head. 

"Levi, you're going to be aching like that." I mumble out, exhaustion hitting me but levi just kisses my head.

"Just sleep."

I jolt up awake, panting heavily as my heart thudded against my chest. My lungs burned as I tried to breathe in air, my throat scratchy as I still could feel the faint fingers choking me painfully. I quickly wipe my tears away, flinching when I could feel Ymir's eyes burn through my head.

Please just stop.

Make it stop.

Go away!

GO AWAY!

I grip my hair, trying to calm down but I was stuck in a panic. The forest around me started to spin and I gasped for air. I wheezed heavily, bending over and clutching my chest. I tried to calm myself down, looking up at the night sky and I gulp in as much air as I could. I felt a huge breath of relief, my lungs finally taking in the cold night air as I gripped my hair.

I wasn't choking anymore and I shuddered against the cold, huddling against my body as cold fog escaped my lips. I lean my fingers up, wincing at the pang of pain and the ridges of nails left behind on my neck. I silently cried, rubbing my hand against my chest to try and make the pain go away. I just wanted Ymir to go away. 

I bawled into my hands, not knowing what to do. "(y/n)?" I freeze, hearing someone's soft voice call out next to me.

Levi...

I kept my head buried against my knees against my chest and I could hear him kneel down next to me. "What's wrong (y/n)?" I burst into tears again, hearing his voice crack and the fear lacing his words.

I don't want to hurt you.

"Please, just talk to me. I-I can't bear to see you crying like this and in pain." I hold my breath as I feel Levi rub my arms, noticing how cold I was. I gasp out, clutching onto Levi's shirt as he suddenly picks me up in his arms, settling me in his lap and laying my head against his chest as he rocked me gently.

I don't move to face him and I hear him sigh out, running his fingers through my hair to try and calm me down. "I'm here." Levi mumbles out, unsure of what else to say and I lean forward to hug him.

"I don't want to be pulled away from you..." I whisper out. 

I hold Levi's shirt tightly, grasping it like it was my lifeline and he wraps an arm around my waist as the other held my head gently. "I won't let anything take you away." He rocks me silently until I calm down and I peer down to see that both my arms and legs had regenerated.

"My arms and legs are healed." I murmur out and Levi sets me down next to him. "Can you take the bandage off." He nods and carefully unwinds the bandages around my face. I lean up and touch my uncovered cheek, fluttering my eye open and I sigh in relief as I could see. I frown as I moved my fingers over my eyelids, feeling a scar run down to my ear. "I have a scar on my face?" I mutter out and Levi moves my hand away to kiss the scar.

"Another battle wound to show how strong you are like the many others on your legs and arms." I chuckle softly as Levi reuses my words on me. "I love them." Levi leans down to kiss the scars on both my arms. "I love you." I freeze, the last few words ringing through my head and I look up to see Levi smiling down at me.

"You..."

"I have loved you for a very long time (y/n). I couldn't bring myself to say this before, I didn't understand all these new feelings inside me that flew around like a storm and this world would never let such a thing flourish." Levi starts out, holding my face as tears brimmed my eyes. "But when I found you hurt, I wished that I had said those words to you before. Now I won't make that mistake. So I love you (y/n), I love you so much." I cry out, feeling a burst of happiness and I lunge into Levi's arms.

"I love you too Levi! I have for so many years you have no idea!" He chuckles into my hair, holding me tightly before leaning back and kissing me deeply. I pant out, blushing red as he leans back and kisses my nose.

"Let's go back to sleep. You still need to heal." I lean back with Levi as he holds me close but I stay awake, waiting until Levi falls asleep. I watch the night sky move, waiting and waiting until Levi's breathing evened out and I easily slip out from his arms.

"I'm sorry Levi." I kiss his forehead, walking over to Hanji who slept as well by the fire and kissing her head. "I'm sorry Hanji." I walk back a few steps, frowning. "I love you both." I turn away and walk through the woods, raising my shaking arm as it glowed. Ymir's voice in my head was as loud as ever and I couldn't silence her anymore.

"Do it (y/n)."

I raise my arm and bite down, lightning striking down on me as I grew double the height as the Attack Titan. 

Time to stop this once and for all.
