I shivered from the early biting cold morning, walking down the hallways to the cafeteria to make some tea for Levi. He was oddly still asleep even if I slipped away from under his arms. Had to make sure to keep a pillow between his tight grasp or he would be yanking the blanket off me again.

Levi must've been really tired yesterday from Hanji's paperwork again.

The ass had to hide it from me so and worked on it all by himself.

I shake my head, huffing out as I waddled in my multiple layers of clothes. I furrow my brows in confusion when I hear hushed whispers and squeals.

I open the cafeteria door slowly and see the main characters all huddling together. "Not too loud Sasha! Someone is going to hear us!" Jean hisses out and I cross my arms, leaning against the open doorway to hear what they're talking about.

"Coming from a whining horse." Eren mumbles out, flicking his long hair back.

"Why you-"

"-shush! Can we talk about how on the walls we are going to sneak off and go to the beach!?" Connie whispers out and I chuckle.

"I can take you." I call out and everyone immediately freezes. "Your horses can stay here and we can go on my titan form. Takes less time too."

Why not. I'm eager to sunbathe.

"Great idea!" Sasha calls out and everyone immediately shushes her again. "Sorry..."

"Yeah nice idea but how are we going to sneak past Captain Levi?" Connie asks and everyone deflates thinking they weren't be going to the beach.

"Don't worry about him. He won't catch me if he does manage to figure out our plan." I shrug out and everyone starts becoming excited again.

"Ok it's settled then! Meet outside by the barns in an hour!" Jean leads and everyone nods, splitting up and going to their rooms. I go to the kitchen for my original mission and make my morning tea, bringing the kettle with me to Levi's room. I carefully open the door and walk through his office to his bedroom and quietly set the tray down on the bedside table.

Levi had his brows furrowed, gripping the pillow tight as he tossed in his sleep.

Is he having a nightmare?

I slip into the bed, sitting up and leaning over Levi to whisper that I was here. "It's ok Levi. I'm here. I promised I would be here." I coo into his ear and carefully run my fingers through his hair, Levi immediately relaxing under my touch. He sighs out, any ounce of his nightmare dissipating from his face and he soothes back into a peaceful sleep.

I don't really want to leave him here by himself...

But I promised the others I would take them to the beach...

"Levi." I whisper softly, trying to shake him awake. He hums out, turning around. "Are you awake."

"What do you want brat?" Levi mumbles our, half asleep.

"I'm going to the beach today ok. So don't worry about me. I'll be back soon." Levi hums out again, his back facing me and I sigh out. I head out of Levi's office and into my bedroom to pack whatever I needed. I quickly changed into a loose shirt and shirts, not comfortable in wearing swimsuits or anything like that of the sort.

Maybe I should leave a note for Levi-

"-(Y/N)!" I jump in surprise as Hanji slams my bedroom door open, singing out my name loudly. "Oh! Where are you going!?" She grins at me, bouncing to my side.

"I'm taking the cadets to the beach. Figured they might need a break." I shrug, writing a note for Levi telling him where I was in case he got worried and tried looking for me.  "You can come too."

"Awe! That sounds fun but sadly I can't go. Too busy with being the commander and all." Hanji shrugs out as I stick they sticky note on my table. I look over at Hanji to see her eyeing my note and I raise a brow at her.

"Yeah..."

"Is short stack not coming with you?"

"Nah. He needs his sleep." Hanji gasps out, eyes wide.

"You means he's actually resting!? What magic are you pulling here!?" I chuckle and grab my bag, wiggling my fingers at Hangi as I walk to leave my bedroom.

"None is your business." I say in a mock magician voice, walking down the hallway before yelling out bye to Hanji. Everyone was waiting for me by the time I got to the barns, all dressed in loose clothes that hid swim suits underneath.

"About time!" Jean sighs out and I roll my eyes at him.

"Everyone ready?" They all nod and I sigh out, nicking my finger on a keychain blade on my bag before throwing it to Mikasa to hold. I growl out lowly, the ground shaking slightly as lightning cracked down on me and I grow. I huff out, steam billowing out from the sides as I look down at my friends. I carefully lower a hand and they all get on, either sitting in my palm, ontop of my head or on my shoulders.

"Are you sure there isn't another way?" Connie trembles slightly and I shake my head.

"Hold on tight." I lower slightly and bolt off into a run, thundering across the field. I chuckle softly as I hear Connie scream out in fear, clinging onto my hair that flew wildly behind me.

"(Y/N)!" He shrieks as I squat and jump up over the walls, launching myself off the edge and flying through the air.

"HOLY SHIT IS THIS AWESOME!" Jean cheers me on as I land on the ground and head for the beach.

I sigh out as I sit underneath the umbrella, chilling on the towel I set out on the sand as the others played in the water. Armin was making sandcastles like a cute child as Mikasa swam around in the ocean with Sasha. Jean was chasing Connie around and Eren sat next to me, laying in the sun with sunnies on.

"(y/n), come and join us please!" Sasha calls out and I shake my head, not wanting to sunburn.

"You look like you poured white paint all over you." Jean snickers, referring to my exposed skin that was lathered up in sunscreen.

"At least I'm being safe. Not getting cancer no way."

"You're the only one not having fun here come on. Even the suicidal here is chilling in the sun." Eren takes his sunnies of and glares at Jean.

"Jean, for the final time no-" I shriek in surprise as I get grabbed, thrown over someone's shoulder while they ran around the beach. "Connie you ass!" I yell out as he just chuckles, running straight for the ocean as I slammed my fists on his back. "Let me down!"

"Oi Connie! Over here!" I gasp as Connie suddenly throws me and I land in Jean's arms.

"I'm not a sack of potatoes you can throw around!" I huff out, my cheeks blazing red in embarrassment.

"Yeah well, you're easy to mess with." Jean smirks at me, throwing me up in the air before catching me again. 

I squeal at the sudden movement, clutching Jean tightly as he bursts out laughing. "You brats better have a good reason for sneaking off." everyone freezes and slowly turns around to face a furious Captain Levi with crossed arms as he stood by the entryway to the beach.

"Oh shit..." Connie gasps out and I shudder as Levi glares at me, his eyes narrowed heavily at Jean holding me. His gaze was almost burning through my head, cheeks slightly red and eyes ablaze.

"Jean. Put me down." I mutter out and he quickly drops me. "Jean!" I yelp angrily as I fall into the ocean beneath me, shuddering at the sudden cold temperature.

"Well. Am I waiting for a damn invitation or what? Explain." Levi hisses out and everyone takes a step away from me.

"You've got to be shitting me!" I groan out, slowly getting up from the water. "These guys wanted to go to the beach and I took them." I shake my arms, trying to get the water from my clothes. "I told Hanji." I shrug and I look up to see Levi still glaring at me. 

Everyone falls silent, waiting for something to happen. "Are we going home now?" Armin mumbles quietly as he sat on the sand, still making sandcastles.

Awe this little cutie.

"Levi. Let them spend a little more time here. You can join us too-" I blink, feeling something wet drop on my nose. I look up and sell dark rolling clouds drifting above us and blanketing the once blue skies. "And it's going to rain." I hear the lightning first before we get bombarded with heavy rain. The cadets all screech and run around trying to gather up their stuff and I sigh out, quickly doing the same. I hear Levi grumble out as I quickly pack up my stuff, heading towards him. "How'd you get here?" Levi nods to Midnight as she huffs out against the rain. "Right..."

"(y/n)! Let's go!" Sasha calls out and I nod, nicking my finger and transforming. I carefully let everyone climb onto my titan form, laying a hand down to gently hold Midnight. 

Levi climbed onto my shoulder, protected by my hair as I bolt back to base. "You and me are having a little chat when we get back home."
