I stifle out a yawn, groaning as light hits my eyes. "Why is it so bright-" I freeze up, feeling someone whine softly behind me and arms tighten around my waist. I let out a gasp as I get pulled back, my back warming up from the body behind me. I turn around slightly, looking back to see Levi hugging me, curling into me.

What the fuck!?

I blush a dark red, feeling Levi nuzzle his head against The middle of my back as he held me tightly. I was afraid to move, afraid that he was going to wake up and see us like this. I tried to shift away but Levi just pulls me tighter, whining softly in his sleep as he didn't want to let me go.

What do I do!?

Why is he clinging onto me!?

I felt Levi tug on my hoodie, looking down to see him bunching it in his hands and I turn back to see him with his brows furrowed.

Is he having a nightmare?

I slowly reach down and hold Levi's hand, his grip loosening around my hoodie as he calms down. I sigh and rub my thumb gently on the back of his hand as he unconsciously entwines his fingers with mine. I yawn out, still feeling tired and I decide to go back to sleep, feeling so warm under the blankets with Levi. I sigh out, closing my eyes and fall back asleep as Levi held me tightly like a lifeline.

I hear someone cursing softly and I shift under the blankets, trying to get warm again when the cursing gets louder. "Shit." I grumble in annoyance, opening my eyes and waking up the second time today when I realise I was alone in bed. Levi wasn't sleeping beside me, instead, he opened the door and walked in with a tray holding teacups.

"What...?" I mumble out, still dazed as he set the tray down on the bedside table next to me.

"About time you woke up. I was planning on ripping the blankets off you. Again." I sigh out and lay back to get some sleep. "Not today." The blanket gets pulled down from my face and I hiss at Levi.

"Why are you waking me up so early?" Levi takes his teacup, sipping from it casually as he sits on the bed.

"I'm going to the street markets today and I need you to get out."

"Huh? If you want me to sleep in my room, that's all you had to say." I got up to go to my bedroom but Levi quickly grabbed my hand.

"That's not what I meant." He clears his throat, looking away as if he was embarrassed. "Come with me to the markets. I need help carrying some things."

"Ok." I shrug like it's no big deal but Levi's eyes widen at me.

"Really?"

"Duh. I want to see more of your world so yes, I'm coming with. Now, what's up with the teacup?"

"I-uh... you said you drink tea in the mornings... so I brought you some. As a thank you for last night." I grin at Levi, amused at how shy and bashful he was acting.

"Awe thank you Levi. You're too sweet for someone that scares that shit out of cadets." Levi rolls his eyes at me playfully. "But you gotta let me go and get dressed. As much as I would love to go out like this, nuh-uh."

As soon as Levi let me go to get dressed, he stopped me again. "Do you... do you know if anything happened last night?" My mind quickly drifts to how Levi was cuddling me like a teddy bear and I quickly shake my head no.

"Nope! Why?" Levi lets me go and I turn around to face him as he sighs out in relief.

"Uh, nothing. Meet me back in half an hour." Levi soon dismisses me and I leave his office while blushing about how warm Levi hugged me in his sleep.

"Holy shit." I gasp out in amazement at the chaos around me, hearing the loud chatter and the smells of different kinds of foods being served at the stalls while others sold trinkets on stands.

"Stay close. I don't want you to get lost." Levi grabs my arm, pulling me through the crowd of people.

"What are you getting?" I mumble out, trying to catch glimpses of the skint jewellery and fabrics.

"I need to get more cleaning supplies. Come on." Levi tugs me along as I was drifting behind, more interested in the food.

"Can we go see the stalls please? I want to see what you guys sell and stuff." I whine out and Levi freezes, narrowing his eyes at me. "Please."

He sighs out. "Let's buy the supplies first and if we have time, we can go look at things."

"Yes! Let's go. Quick quick!" I shove Levi forward and he takes me to his favourite cleaning shop. "Oh, that smells strong." I get hit with the antiseptic smell and a hint of lemon as Levi talks to the shop keeper. I look outside and I suddenly see a performance going through the street of fire breathers and fabric dancers. "Wow." I open the door and peer out, trying to watch them from afar.

"(L/n) come here." I sigh out in disappointment and walk over to Levi as he gives me some bags to hold.

"Ok, we can go see the shot you want to see. But stay close." I squeal out and run out of the store, turning around every now and then to make sure Levi was behind me. I stop at a stall that sold stone jewellery, amazed by the colours and how shiny they were.

"Damn if only I had money." I whisper out, looking at a simple silver ring with one big gem and smaller ones on each side. It refracted the light beautifully but I set it back down. "Let's go!" I grab Levi's arm and drag him to another store where they were selling portable weapons and different clothes. The clothes looked really soft to wear and were very colourful.

"I'm going to get something to eat for both of us. Stay here." Levi mumbles out but I'm too distracted with bejewelled swords and staff. I suddenly hear faint music and I look up to see the performers again but so much closer. The fire-breathers went about surprising the citizens, earning awes and applause as the fabric dancers moved around gracefully like water.

I watch as one of the masked dancers broke away from their formation and came over to me, pulling me forward with their staff on my back. "Uh, no thanks. I have to wait for someone." I blush and shake my head, holding tight onto Levi's bags but they get taken away by the fabric dancers.

The masked man lifts his mask off and winks at me. "No harm in having fun is there?" I shake my head slowly, mesmerised by his blue eyes as he takes my hand and spins me around.

"Woah!" I giggle out as he takes hold of my hands and dances with me around, spinning me in front of a fountain. I clapped happily along with the music as the performers continued dancing, the citizens also joining.

"(Y/n)!?" I blink, looking away from the hypnotising colours and lights of the dancers to hear someone call for me. I look around, hearing my name being called out continuously with worry and I furrow my brows.

"Levi?" I see him looking frantic, looking over the crowd for me and I gasp. "Levi!" I yell out easily with my megaphone like voice and he looks over to see me standing in the fountain. "Oh, he's angry..." Levi narrows his brows at me, lips pursed in a furious look as he stomps over to me.

"I thought I told you to stay at the stall!"

"I know I'm sorry! I got caught up with the performers! One of them literally dragged me into their group." Levi just sighs out, pinching the bridge of his nose as I look down and grab Levi's bags that were magically given back to me.

"Let's go." Levi sighs out and I follow behind him, disappointed in myself for making Levi worried.

"I'm really sorry Levi." I mutter out as we walked in silence back to the headquarters.

"You really had me worried. I thought something bad had happened to you. You don't know what people are out there targeting you." Levi slowly fumes out and I look down.

"I know. I'm sorry." I hear Levi stop and I look up at him to see him staring at me gently.

"As long as you're ok." He sighs out and hands me a bag that had something hot in it. I open it up to see some croissants and I grin. "You can eat that."

"Nah. Let's go home and make some tea and have this together." I smile at Levi and he rolls his eyes playfully.

"So what did you think of the markets?"

"It was amazing. There were so many things to see."

"You really are easily amazed."
