a/n: while doing this alphabet for this angry bird man, i had this sudden realization that i really didn't know much about him (other than he has obvious anger issues—)

so with that said, i had to try to develop some sort of tsundere character for him—

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

No. Mimic hates the lovey-dovey stuff, so don't expect him to hold your hand and kiss you and tell you how attractive you are. He'll just bluntly tell you that he "likes you a lot" and that's why he puts up with your "bullsh*t."

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

If you're also an expendable, expect to be tattled on if you end up screwing up on a mission. Mimic might find you to be somewhat of a friend, but he won't tolerate you potentially messing up the Yakuza's plans. He will definitely scold you as well — usually for the smallest of things.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Uh... yes, Mimic likes to cuddle, but he tries to deny it. If you pick him up in his plushie form, he'll screech and try to claw his way out of your grasp, but it'll be obvious that he isn't trying his hardest— (because he actually likes feeling your arms wrapped around him—)

If he's in his human form, he'll begrudgingly let you sit in his lap. He'll complain a lot, but again, he actually likes holding you against him.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Mimic doesn't like the sappy stuff, so no, he wouldn't be willing to settle down. He thinks his job as Shie Hassaikai manager is more important than settling down with you.

Cooking and cleaning are some of the things that Mimic is a fan of. Because his boss Overhaul likes cleaning, he likes cleaning as well. Mimic actually secretly likes baking as well, but he always tries to deny it (though he makes the best cookies—)

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

He would tell you that he's tired of you straight to your face, and then just walk away from you. He won't feel bad if you end up crying as a result of this.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

No. Commitment isn't something Mimic is looking for. He finds marriage to be a hinderance to his career as a Yakuza.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

He's horrible at listening to your problems. He usually just judges you or tells you to 'stop your whining.'

Physically, he's not gentle at all. If he hugs you (which is a rare occurrence and will probably not happen willingly with him—) Mimic can and will be rough on purpose. He'll squeeze you so hard that your body will probably go numb—

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Mimic hates hugs. If you hug him in his plush form, he will definitely try to hit you on the head with his stubby little arms.

In his human form if you try, he'll get angry at you, and attempt to swat you away (of course, without an aim to hurt you)

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

It never happens. Mimic's too stubborn to admit it. The most he'll say is 'I like you.'

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?)

He doesn't get jealous. If you want to hang out with someone else instead of him, then so be it. He won't be phased at all if you hug someone else in front of him. Mimic'll be too focused on following Overhaul's orders, to be honest.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Mimic doesn't like kisses— if you smooch him on the head in his plushie form, his eyes will bulge out of their sockets and he'll literally screech at you so loud that Rappa can hear it from the training room, which is all the way across the base.

In his human form, he will look away and he'll grit his teeth, but he won't push you away.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

He hates children. He hates them more than Overhaul.

Why?

Because of a particular thing that had happened to him. He was in his plush form, and he just so happened to encounter children. The children grabbed him, and he was then suddenly being thrown around like a ball.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

He's gone by the time you wake up. Like Nemoto, he wakes up extremely early to do Overhaul's tasks for him.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Mimic stays up pretty late to continue doing things for Overhaul, so he won't be in bed with you at night, (at least, when you're still awake.)

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

No. He won't ever open up to you, because he thinks that it's useless to speak about his past. He isn't interested in telling you about what had happened to him previously. The past is the past, and he's more interested in the present and future.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Easily. Extremely easily. If you brush up against him when he's having a horrible day, he'll snap at you.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

He doesn't bother memorizing what you say. If you get upset with him for not remembering when your birthday is, then too bad. Mimic thinks that there's more important things to remember.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

His favorite moment was when you did something correctly during a mission. Mimic remembers being so proud and relieved that he ended up hugging your leg.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

Strangely enough, Mimic doesn't like it when other people scold you. He'll get extremely protective, and he'll even try to pick a fight with the person.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Not much effort at all. Like stated before, he finds this sort of stuff to be a hinderance.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Snapping at people when they screw up. He's extremely unforgiving to other members, so sometimes you'll have to get him to stop bullying Setsuno.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

He doesn't care.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

No. He's an extremely independent man, so if you're gone for a while, he won't really care, though he might miss being able to scold you.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

(this was going to be the oneshot i was gonna write for him but i decided it'd be nice to put it in here—)

One time, as a prank, you, Chrono, and Rappa ended up stealing Mimic's cloth puppet thing when he was napping. When the Shie Hassaikai manager woke up, he ended up chasing the person with the cloth piece (which just so happened to be you—)

At the end when he finally caught up to you, out of pure anger, Mimic pinned you up against the wall and made out with you — angrily.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn't like, either in general or in a partner?)

Mimic doesn't like it if his partner's whiny. If his partner's whiny, then he'll get easily annoyed with them. He will constantly snap at them, resulting in a short-lived relationship.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

He sleeps on the other side of the bed. He never ends up rolling over to you, so at times it feels like you're sleeping alone.
