Jinny, why

--Sherlock's PoV--

It was... Unusual to be a bystander of a crime during an investigation of said crime, if anything. Not to mention the only witnesses, as John and I were the only people left alive, each guard was butchered mercilessly, and the criminals didn't see a thing. The tapes were altered to static, and I can't help but wonder if whoever came to visit wasn't a stranger to stealing...

While we were waiting around, being asked questions and such, one officer who I had never seen before asked if I managed to know whether or not it was a spirit, like a ghost, and I replied with "If it's not a ghost someone in town is defiantly a psychic," and she went away muttering something about cowboys. I followed her to find out where she was going, and it turned out I didn't have too, as she was screaming into her phone like a lunatic.

She told Johnny Toast to head over to the crime scene, mentioning a watchlist and that she needed his help finding Gavin. Usually, in this situation, I would think this person is crazy and might end up being my new arch-nemesis, but after what I had seen, I decided to assume that she's Johnny's younger sister and she really felt like she needs his help even though I'm here.

Personally, I'm offended...

When she came back around, I intersected her. "What did you mean by watchlist?" I asked, and after a moment of looking startled, she glared at me.

"Are you a stalker?"

"No, I'm a detective. Sherlock Holmes, I'm in the news."

"I don't read the news, it lies too often for me to keep pace." She told me, crossing her arms.

"I also work with the police force."

"... I don't usually work around Londen, I don't like being around home. This is my first week working in this area." She said, "so, are you a stalker?"

"No, I was just passing by and I heard your conversation with Johnny? He lives in the same building as I do."

"He does have a knack for attracting crazies..." She sighed. "I'm Jinny, and don't stalk me again or I will rip your eyes out." She threatened, giving me a death stare.

"Uh, Jinny?" One of the other officers, one with an American accent (must be new, just came over from America today by the looks of it, but it seems like he knows Jinny from somewhere, possibly has worked with her before from the tension in his voice, also not the bravest person, obviously trigger friendly from lack of real gun (He had a water gun and a taser for some reason) and for some reason he's as twitchy as a bird, mirroring head jolts of a common crow) "I don't think you should go around yelling at civilians-"

"PUT A SOCK IN IT, MALONEY!" She shouted, glaring daggers at the poor officer, who leaped back in fear. "GO BE A BIRD SOMEWHERE OR SOMETHING!" She got a few funny looks from surrounding officers, but "Maloney" just gave her a hand sign for 'shut up' before walking away.

"'Go be a bird?'" I asked her as she realized I was still there.

"... Well if you're so smart why don't you figure it out yourself you bloody git?" She spat, crossing her arms. Across the yard, a commotion began, Toast and Ghost in the middle of it. Jinny sighed and ran in, shouting to her fellow officers.

Well, that was... Curious. I turned to talk to Maloney, but he was walking away from the scene. I followed him behind the building, wondering what he could be doing... Maybe he smokes?

He paused behind the building looking around a bit, and said, "Jinny, please, go away!"

"And why should I?" I asked him, coming from around the corner. I could tell he was biting back a curse.

"I... Thought you were someone I knew..." He paused, "this is awkward... So uh..." He cleared his throat, pulling out his squirt gun, "I am Officer Maloney, I request you leave the premises, civilian!"

"Maloney, I'm one of the only witnesses."

"... Oh crap." He mumbled, 'facepalming', "jeez, I'm sorry, I'm still a bit shaky, you see I just got off a boat, and I get seasick really easily... I really prefer to fly myself-"

"-So what did Jinny mean by go be a bird?" I asked as he paled, he started fiddling with his gun.

"Uh... She... I don't know what you're talking about, who is this Jinny that you speak of?" He said, obviously (and stupidly) trying to throw me off the scent of something.

I wonder what it is...

--Johnny Ghost's PoV--

We walked right into a crime scene, and almost got arrested because Johnny and Gavin are identical and we just walked in on cops looking for him.

C'mon, Jinny! AT LEAST TELL THE OFFICERS WE'RE COMING NEXT TIME!

Jeez...

After a lot of yelling on Jinny's part, we were 'cleared up' more or less. She even got it so that we could help work on the case, though they said that they had Sherlock so they'd know the culprit faster than us, and they'd be able to catch Gavin faster than us, to which I almost bursted out laughing.

I smiled. "Alright, lis-" Toast covering my mouth.

"Your probibly right, but we have a few theories we want to check, we might know who we're after." Jinny nodded.

"Plus Gavin's our brother, we know him better than anyone else, we'll be able to catch him easy." She told them, crossing her arms. Half the officers just stared at us.

"So what's the other guy for?" One of the cops asked, pointing to me while everyone got back to work.

"HEY!" I shouted, offended, "I AM JOHNNY GHOST, PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR EXTRODENARE! I'm pretty sure I have a better idea on what happened to my partner's evil twin than all you officers!" I finished, waving a ghost tracker at them, and he stared at me like I was nuts while I started scanning the area. "Jinny you said it was one of our watchlist?"

She sighed, "the spirit matches Maxwell's... Style." She told me, and I groaned.

"Then he's long gone... Should I tell them to stop looking for who broke Gavin out, Johnny?"

"Oh course, I'm positive they'll believe the shouting American ruffian." Jinny said, crossing her arms and I nodded.

"Right good point, princess." I replied, glaring back at her.

This is gonna end weirdly.
