"You ready, Love?" Sherlock inquired as he and Susanna reached Eurus' cell. She nodded.

"Yes, Darling, I'm ready," She looked down at William, who was buckled securely into his carrier, as he made soft cooing noises, "Are you ready to meet Aunt Eurus, honey?"

William cooed again and Sherlock tightened his grip on the carrier as Susanna made sure their baby boy was presentable and happy. He was only a few months old but growing quickly nonetheless. Susanna smiled at him and Sherlock hummed, "Shall we?"

"Yes."

Sherlock motioned for the guards to let them pass and they slowly entered Eurus' cell. Mycroft was there already, "I was wondering what was keeping you."

"The Warden decided to argue about allowing William in to meet his Aunt," Susanna deflected and smiled at Eurus, "Hello, Eurus."

The chestnut haired Holmes sister smiled, "Welcome, sister in law."

For the occasion, Mycroft had permitted Eurus past the glass barrier so that she could hold William for herself- as her springtime treat. Eurus had perched on one of the chairs to wait but as Sherlock and Susanna drew close she stood with an eager expression, "You get to hold him for no longer than five minutes." Mycroft stated. Despite Eurus' progress she was still, and always would be, kept in controlled situations.

"Seven," Susanna argued. Mycroft looked at her, "Seven minutes, Mycroft. She's been on her best behaviour hasn't she?"

Mycroft considered it and relented, "Fine. Seven minutes."

"Growing soft, blood?" Sherlock teased as he passed his brother.

"Of course he is," Eurus remarked and Sherlock set the carrier down on one of the chairs. Susanna reached in and gently picked William up, "And there he is."

"I suppose you predicted the baby was male all along?" Sherlock inquired.

"Of course I did. I predicted that it was going to be a male, that you would name him William, and that he would be born past his due date. I also predicted that he would have Susanna's eyes." Eurus replied.

Susanna chuckled, "Well, then, I'm sure you're not disappointed."

"Of course not."

After a couple minutes of looking and observing, Eurus requested to hold her new nephew. Mycroft marked the timer as Susanna carefully placed William in Eurus' arms, "There..."

Sherlock was poised to rescue his son if Eurus did turn on them, but she surprised them. Eurus smiled widely and traced William's soft facial structure, "Hello there, nephew of mine. It's a wonder to actually hold you." William waggled his fingers and gurgled at her.

Eurus let him grasp her finger in his tiny hands, "The Holmes lineage continues, then. This one will grow up to be a genius too. Just wait. And the others will be quite clever as well but this one- watch out."

"I think we can learn from the past and avoid making the same mistakes twice with William." Sherlock stated. Susanna slipped her arm around him and peered into Eurus' face.

"Others, Eurus?"

"Oh yes. Two more, I predict. You'll definitely have your hands full."

Sherlock and Mycroft blanched whilst Susanna squealed with glee, "He'll be a big brother! Isn't that perfect, Darling?! Darling?"

She waved her hand in front of his face and he snapped back to reality, facing her, "Three Holmes children in 221B Baker Street, Susanna!? What will Missus Hudson do?"

"If she can handle you, I'm sure she'll be able to handle them, Darling," Susanna giggled and reached up to peck him on the cheek, "But no rush on the other two. I'm happy with William for at least a couple years."

He smiled with relief, "Of course, Love."

"Oh please, William will get desperately lonely if you wait as long as Mummy and Daddy did with Sherlock and Me." Eurus butted in. She and Sherlock immediately started bantering and Mycroft strode up beside Susanna.

"I needed those seven years to adequately prepare for those two... and I might not have prepared well enough." Mycroft whispered into Susanna's ear. He hadn't meant it to be funny but she ended up laughing anyway.
