Edward Richtofen: I Will Not Give In

Edward looked at the sleeping figure of Tessa, his lover. He admits that their relationship did evolve fast in the short amount of time that he and the others have been here, but it's something he can't find himself regretting. He glanced at the clock in their room that adjourned the lab seeing the time was rather early. He let out a sigh as he moved the covers to get up. His sharp eyes not missing the amount of naked flesh being presented to him.  He stared longingly at her body just wanting to lay back down with her, but he couldn't he HAD to work on creating the teleporter. Although lately he's found himself wanting to give it up and stay here with her. Nonsense! He would tell himself. His own personal motivational line that's been starting to get less and less effective. He was so close to controlling the MPD, but she was causing him to slowly let go of his desire. He crept over to the dresser and began to dress himself while he glared at her for what she was causing. He started to walk into the lab, but before he did he couldn't help but plant a light kiss to her lips. As he walked into the lab he cast her a glance and gave a wicked smile. No matter what he will never give up on his plans. No person would change that, and he would never let his heart get in the way. He WILL control HIS minions, and maybe he'll keep her around after he's in control.
