Today is a special but also a very nerve wracking day for the Shepherd-Aguiar family!

Today, Will and RJ are going to Will's first doctor's appointment for his fourth pregnancy, which was a surprise to the both RJ and Will.

A few weeks ago, Will found out he was pregnant with his and RJ's fifth child!

RJ still doesn't believe that Baby Shepherd-Aguiar #5 is even on the way and he and Will have actually have a rift in their relationship right now because of this surprise pregnancy.

Benji and Coralei are both in school for the day and Theodore is hanging out with Will and RJ's best friend Suzy!

Will and RJ are going to take Harlow to the doctor's appointment and then go out to have lunch date, just the three of them.

Will and Harlow are currently in Harlow's bedroom and Will is helping Harlow get dressed, while RJ is in the master bedroom getting ready.

"You are such a pretty girl! Yes, you are! Yes, you are!" Will says as Harlow giggles and smiles at him.

"Da da! Da da!" Harlow says as she hands Will a pink head band she wants to wear.

"Do you want to wear a head band today, Harlow?" Will asks Harlow.

"Uh huh!" Harlow says to Will with excitement.

"Okay, come here!" Will says as he begins to put the head band on Harlow's head.

"There you go! You look so pretty! Do you wanna take a picture?" Will asks Harlow softly.

"Uh huh! Uh huh!" Harlow says as she giggles and smiles.

"Okay! Say cheese, Harlow!" Will says as he begins to take pictures of Harlow on his iPhone.

"Eeeeese!" Harlow says as she poses and smiles for Will, making Will chuckle and smile.

*Harlow's outfit*

"Good girl! Can I have a kissy now?" Will asks Harlow as he does a kissy face at Harlow and Harlow giggles at him.

"Uh huh!" Harlow says as she happily runs over to Will and hugs and kisses him.

"I love you, baby girl." Will says to Harlow.

"Wuv you, Da da!" Harlow says to Will happily.

"Okay Harlow, let's go see what Papi is doing!" Will says as he gets up off of the bedroom floor.

"Yay, Da da!" Harlow says as she walks out of her bedroom and walks over to Will and RJ's bedroom.

Harlow then walks into Will and RJ's bedroom and she sees RJ putting cologne on and his glasses on. RJ's contacts haven't came in the mail yet, so he has to wear his glasses.

"Pa pi! Pa pi! Pa pi!" Harlow says, making RJ smile ear to ear.

"Hi, princess! Hi, pretty girl!" RJ says as he walks out of the master bathroom and picks up Harlow making her giggle.

"Pa pi! Pa pi!" Harlow says as she happily hugs RJ, making RJ smile again.

"Are you and Daddy ready to go bye byes?" RJ asks Harlow as he kisses her cheek.

"Ya!" Harlow says with a cheeky grin.

Will then walks into the master bedroom and sees RJ and Harlow together.

"Are you ready?" RJ asks Will softly.

"I'm ready. Are you ready, Harlow?" Will asks Harlow as he wipes drool off of her face.

"Ya!" Harlow says as she hugs RJ again, making Will's heart melt.

"Bye, Dob!" Harlow says to Dobby and Dobby happily wags his tail at Harlow.

"Bye bye, Dobby! See you later!" Will say to Dobby as he pets Dobby.

"Bye, Dobby! Be good! Enjoy the peace and quiet, bud!" RJ says to Dobby.

Will, RJ and Harlow all load up in the car and head to Will's OBGYN's office!

Will, RJ and Harlow are all currently waiting in the waiting room, waiting to be called back to see the doctor. They have all been at the doctor's office for about twenty minutes now.

Will just finished filling out all of the paperwork that he needed to fill out for the doctor, while RJ is checking his many emails on his iPhone and Harlow is playing with all of the toys that are in the waiting room for kids.

"Harlow, don't make a big mess with all of the toys, baby girl." RJ says to Harlow and Harlow giggles loudly at him.

Harlow then begins to pull out even more toys from the toy bucket, making Will and RJ both laugh and smile.

"She is a sassy girl just like her big sister is." Will says to RJ with some sass.

"Yeah, she definitely is! Oh lord, help us when they get older." RK says as he and Will both giggle.

A lady then sits in front of Will and RJ and she watches Harlow play happily on the floor.

"I absolutely love your daughter's outfit! It is so cute! Where did you get it at?" A lady asks Will and RJ.

"Thank you! And we got it from H&M!" RJ says with a big cheeky grin.

"Thank you so much! I am going to get it for my daughter when I go back home. And your daughter is just so beautiful! How old is she?" The lady asks Will and RJ.

"Thank you so much!" Will and RJ say in unison to the lady.

"And she is one years old! She turned one years old a few weeks ago!" Will says with a big cheeky smile to the lady.

"Aw! She is so beautiful! Her hair is gorgeous too." The lady says to Will and RJ.

"Thank you!" Will and RJ say in unison to the lady.

Will and RJ talk with the lady until Will gets called back to see the doctor!

Will is currently sitting up on the exam table and RJ is standing next to him. Will can't wait to prove his point to RJ that he is in fact pregnant!

Meanwhile, Harlow is very busy walking around the exam room and is trying to get into things like most toddlers do.

"Harlow Scarlett, no no. No no, baby. Don't touch anything." Will says to Harlow and Harlow continues to try to get into the drawers.

RJ then picks up Harlow and tickles her, quickly distracting her and making her giggle.

"Are you ready for this, Will?" RJ asks Will playfully, thinking he is right and Will is not pregnant.

"I am very ready for this. But I feel really nauseous right now actually. I hope I don't throw up because I really hate doing that." Will says to RJ.

"If you need the trash can, just let me know." RJ says as he rubs Will's back.

"I will, thank you." Will says as he smiles at RJ.

"Mhm." RJ says as he let's Harlow down and Harlow begins to walk around the exam room again.

"Woah!" Harlow says as she holds up a blue glove and tries to blow it up but fails.

"Silly girl!" RJ says as he sits down in the chair that is next to the exam table.

RJ then blows up the blue glove for Harlow and Harlow happily begins to play with the blue blowed up glove.

Will films a video of Harlow playing with the blown up blue glove and giggles at her.

A few minutes later, Will's OBGYN Dr. Riley and midwife Hailey walk into the exam room!

"Hey guys!" Hailey says to Will and RJ with big smiles as she hugs them both.

"Hey, Hailey!" Will and RJ say in unison with big smiles.

"Hello! It is nice to see you two again!" Dr. Riley says as she shakes Will and RJ's hands.

"It is nice to see you again!" Will says to Dr. Riley.

"It is! But a big shock too!" RJ says as he, Hailey and Dr. Riley all chuckle and smile.

"I know a surprise pregnancy could be scary and hard for a couple, but babies are such a joy and they bring happiness to a family as well!" Dr. Riley says making both Will and RJ smile.

"I definitely agree!" Will says to Dr. Riley and RJ nods in agreement.

"PA PI! PA PI!" Harlow says as she throws the blown up glove at RJ.

"Shhh, Dr. Riley is talking, Harlow. Shhh." RJ whispers to Harlow as he picks her up.

"Aw, that's okay! I know I am boring to her! She is a beautiful little girl!" Dr. Riley says to Will and RJ.

"Thank you." Will and RJ say in unison to Dr. Riley.

"Oh my goodness! Harlow is so big now! Last time I saw her, she was a few weeks old!" Hailey says as she smiles at Harlow sitting in RJ's lap. 

"She sure is! She is an active and sassy toddler now!" Will says as he chuckles at Dr. Riley and Hailey.

"Harlow! Do you wanna say hi to Hailey and Dr. Riley?" RJ asks Harlow as he fixes Harlow's pink head band.

"HIII!" Harlow says as she happily waves at Dr. Riley and Hailey.

"Hi, Harlow! Oh my goodness, she looks like a little Will with a pretty pony tail!" Hailey says, making both Will and RJ laugh loudly.

"She is her Daddy's twin just like her big sister Coralei is!" RJ says with a chuckle.

"Hi, Harlow! Are you excited to be a possible big sister, sweety?" Dr. Riley asks Harlow.

"Ya!" Harlow says loudly as she smiles at Dr. Riley.

"She will hate that she doesn't get a lot of the attention anymore, but I think she will be excited to be a big sister once she knows what it is about. She loves to steal Coralei's baby dolls and play with them." Will says to Hailey and Dr. Riley.

"I think she will be a great big sister! Coralei can help her be a great big sister too!" Hailey says happily to Will and RJ.

"I think so too! Now, are you guys ready to start the ultrasound to find out if Harlow will be a big sister and to how many babies are on the way?" Dr. Riley asks Will and RJ.

"I am very ready! Let's do this!" Will says as he lays down on the exam table.

"I am so ready! We have been wanting to know for weeks now!" RJ says as he giggles loudly.

"Let's start this exciting ultrasound then!" Dr. Riley says with a big cheeky smile.

Hailey turns the lights off in the exam room and Dr. Riley puts the teal colored gel on Will's bare belly, making Will wince at how cold the gel is.

"You have a little belly already, babe!" RJ says playfully to Will and Will playfully rolls his eyes at RJ.

"I have a pregnant person body, that's why." Will says playfully to RJ, Hailey and Dr. Riley.

"You look great for having three kids and pregnancy again!" Hailey says to Will with a grin.

"You really do!" Dr. Riley says to Will with a cheeky grin.

"Thank you so much!" Will says with a grin to Dr. Riley and Hailey.

Dr. Riley then begins the ultrasound and she and Hailey both see one baby wiggling around on the screen with a strong heart beat!

"Are you guys ready to find out how many you are having?" Hailey asks Will and RJ playfully with a cheeky grin.

"We are so ready!" Will and RJ say in unison happily but RJ is really nervous that it is going to be twins.

"We have one healthy and happy little baby in there!" Dr. Riley says to Will and RJ happily.

Dr. Riley then turns the ultrasound screen around to show Will, RJ and Harlow the new baby wiggling around!

*Nine week ultrasound*

"I told ya, RJ." Will says as he playfully hits RJ's arm and RJ giggles.

"You are always right, Will." RJ says with some sass as he smiles at Will, Hailey and Dr. Riley.

"Oh wow, Harlow! Look at the little baby on the screen! Look, Harlow!" Will says to Harlow in a babyfied voice happily.

"Woah! Ba ba! Ba ba!" Harlow says as she giggles at Will and RJ.

"Yeah! That is a baby in my belly, Harlow!" Will says to Harlow with a grin.

"That is your baby brother or baby sister, Harlow! Are you excited?" RJ asks Harlow in a babyfied voice.

"Na!" Harlow says, making Will, RJ, Dr. Riley and Hailey all laugh happily.

"Heart beat is 150 beats per minute! Nice and healthy!" Dr. Riley says to Will and RJ as she begins to take measurements of the baby.

"Aww, the baby is so cute, RJ." Will says as he smiles up at RJ.

"Mhm! Baby is big too!" RJ says to Will.

"The baby is big! I am farther along then we both thought!" Will says to RJ and RJ nods at Will.

"Baby is measuring right on track and perfectly! You are nine weeks two days today, Will!" Dr. Riley says to Will with a grin.

"Wow! I'm far along already!" Will says with a chuckle.

"When is the baby due?" RJ asks Dr. Riley curiously.

"Baby is due May 21st!" Dr. Riley says happily to Will and RJ.

"Aww, a May baby! How fun is that!" Will says as he smiles at RJ and RJ begins to smile despite not wanting another child.

RJ is slowly coming around to the fact that indeed he and Will are expecting baby number five.

After an hour and a half appointment, Will's first prenatal appointment was over!

After a very lengthy first doctor's appointment, Will, RJ and Harlow are now all in the car and they are about to get some lunch together, since they are all getting hungry.

RJ is driving while Will is sitting next to him in the passenger seat and Harlow is in the back seat playing with one of Will's old iPhones. Harlow is playing her favorite song, Baby Shark.

Will begins to look at all of the ultrasound pictures of the new baby and smiles at all them. Will can't believe how big the baby is already.

Even though Will hates being pregnant, especially near the end of the pregnancy, he feels so happy about welcoming another little baby in nine short months.

Will feels so much better about the pregnancy now then when he did when he first found out he was pregnant a few weeks ago.

Actually Will was having some baby fever, since Harlow is an active and busy little toddler now, but he did not want to get pregnant again.

Will then looks up at RJ, who is really concentrating on his driving right now. RJ tries his best to not drive distracted at all, especially with kids on the car.

"I told you I was pregnant, RJ." Will says to RJ, making sure he proved his point he proved a few weeks ago when he took the pregnancy test.

"Yeah Will, I now know you are pregnant now. You are very pregnant too. Almost ten weeks along." RJ says to Will, kinda not wanting to talk about the appointment right now and just enjoy his day with him and Harlow.

RJ was very set on having three kids when he and Will first got married. He always wanted three kids, but Will was very happy with just two.

But, RJ convinced Will to have one more child, and RJ was so thrilled. So when Will got pregnant with Theodore, RJ was so excited that his dream of having three kids was finally coming true.  

Then a year later, Will and RJ both decided to have one more child to even things up. and they were blessed with Harlow Scarlett nine months later.

Will and RJ are very blessed with two sons, Benjamin and Theodore and two daughters, Coralei and Harlow. Now, they are going to have a tie breaker baby.

"I can't believe I am that far along actually. But now I remember exactly what date I got pregnant. When we went camping and Mallory had all of the kids except for Harlow in her big tent and we had some fun in our tent with Harlow sleeping next to us." Will says with a little giggle to RJ and RJ remembers the fond and fun memory.

"Oooooh! I remember that! Ah, that was a very fun camping trip." RJ says as he chuckles loudly and Will playfully smacks RJ's leg, causing RJ to yell ow.

"We are going to have a May baby. Maybe the baby will be born on our wedding anniversary, that would be kinda cool and cute I think." Will says to RJ with a small grin.

RJ inhales and then let's out a heavy breath. RJ isn't thrilled about having another baby, especially right now, but after seeing the baby moving around and having a very strong heart beat on the ultrasound screen today, this kinda makes him happy in a way." Will says to RJ.

"Yep babe, I know." RJ says softly to Will.

"You want me to get an abortion, don't you?" Will says softly to RJ.

"I know you don't want to get one and I can't force you to have one. And you are right, that procedure is a rough one. However, I am here for you and I will respect your body and your decision to choose what you wanna do with your body, Will." RJ says to Will.

"Thank you, RJ. I appreciate it. I mean, I don't want to get one, but we gotta be on the exact same page if we are going to keep this baby. And seeing the baby moving around and looking like a cute little baby today made me feel really happy and just at peace that we can do this one more time." Will says to RJ.

"Da da! Pa pa!" Harlow says to Will and RJ happily from the back seat, making Will and RJ both smile.

"It will all be fine, you know? I love you Will. I know it has been rough lately, but I love you. I always will and I'll be here for you and the kids no matter what. I am not that type of man to abandon people." RJ says to Will.

Will smiles and his cheeks blush at RJ's sweet comments.

Will and RJ have been through so much together. It may feel hard right now, but Will and RJ both know that they can get through anything. They just have to fight for it and try.

Will and RJ went through coming out together, college, moving to another state on the opposite side of the USA, vlogging their lives everyday, getting engaged twice, fights about drinking, Will finally getting sober, their wedding day, almost two years of infertility, adoption, parenthood and much much more.

"I love you too, RJ. I love you so much." Will says as he holds RJ's hand and tenderly kisses it, making RJ smile.

RJ then rubs Will's tiny and somewhat noticeable baby bump, making Will feel very relaxed and joy.

"I think we are going to have a boy this time." RJ says softly to Will.

"I think it is a girl." Will says as he giggles.

Harlow then begins to fuss loudly, because Will and RJ didn't give her any attention a few seconds before.

"What's wrong, Harlow? What's wrong, baby? Are you getting hungry? We are going to get some lunch! Papi is driving us there." Will asks the grumpy one year old.

"Wa wa! Wa wa!" Harlow says to Will.

Will grabs Harlow's Paw Patrol sippy cup from his diaper bag and hands it to her.

"Here is your water cup, princess. You are going to be a big sissy! Yay! Just don't tell brothers and sissy, okay?" Will says to Harlow as Harlow giggles and smiles at him.

"Do you want a baby brother or a baby sister, Harlow?" RJ asks Harlow and Harlow giggles loudly at him.

"Sissy! Sissy!" Harlow says happily as she kicks her legs.

"A baby sister?" Will asks Harlow with a big grin.

"Uh huh!" Harlow says to Will and RJ with big smile on her face.

"We will find out soon!" RJ says to Harlow with a cheeky smile.

"YAY!" Harlow yells loudly as she claps her hands with a big smile.

For the rest of the afternoon, Will, RJ and Harlow spent some much needed time together  - just the three of them! :)
