Today is Averie's FOURTH birthday and birthday party!

Today is also Averie's first ever birthday living with Will and RJ! Averie has been living with Will and RJ for a few months now!

Averie is very excited to have a special birthday party just for her! Averie has never had a birthday party before so this will be her first ever birthday party and she can't wait!

Averie woke up her usual 5am time and was cuddled back to sleep by Will and RJ! Averie absolutely loves to be cuddled by Will and RJ!

Once everyone woke up for the day, Will and RJ made Averie special princess pancakes and she really LOVED them! Averie wants to eat them all of the time now.

And now, Will, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore, Harlow and Luca are all getting dressed and ready for the very special birthday party for Averie!

Luca coos loudly at Averie, making, Averie giggle and smile at Luca.

"Aww, Luca is saying happy birthday, sissy!" RJ says as he holds Luca in his arms and Luca continues to coo happily at Averie.

"I love Luca so so much!" Averie says as she kisses Luca's cheeks making Luca coo some more.

"Aww! And Luca loves you, Avy! We all love you, Averie!" Will says Will a big cheeky grin.

"Love you!" Theodore and Harlow both say in unison to Averie with big smiles.

"Love you, Averie!" Benji and Coralei both say in unison to Averie happily.

"I love everyone sooooooo much!" Averie says making, everyone smile happily at her.

"Love you, Avy!" Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore and Harlow all say in unison to Averie with big cheeky smiles on their faces.

"Okay, guys! Let's all go downstairs and wait for everyone to come over!" RJ says to Will, Luca, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore and Harlow.

"YAY!" Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore and Harlow all say in unison with big smiles on their faces.

Will, Luca, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore and Harlow all happily walk down the steps together as a family!

Will, Luca, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore and Harlow are all greeted by Dobby and Sammy who are sitting at the bottom of the steps!

"Woof woof! Woof woof!" Dobby and Sammy both say in unison to everyone, making everyone giggle and smile at Dobby and Sammy.

"Aww! Dobby and Sammy are both saying happy birthday to you, Avy!" RJ says to Averie, making Averie smile and giggle.

Averie hugs Dobby and Sammy tightly! Benji, Coralei, Theodore and Harlow all happily hug Dobby and Sammy too!

Just then, Averie happily walks into the living room and sees all of her birthday decorations that Will and RJ put all around the house just got her!

"WOAHHHHHH!" Averie says with a big cheeky smile on her face as she looks at all of the Disney princess decorations all around the house!

"So cool!" Benji and Theodore both say in unison with big grins on their faces!

"A Disney princess party! Yay!" Coralei says as she jumps up and down happily.

"Yay! Pwrincess party!" Harlow says as she also jumps up and down happily.

"What do you think of your birthday party decoration, birthday girl?" RJ asks Averie with a smile.

"Yeah, birthday girl! What do you think about everything?" Will asks Averie with a big smile.

"I LOVE IT, DADDY AND PAPI! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!" Averie says as she hugs both Will and RJ tightly.

"You're welcome, Avy girl!" Will says as he kisses Averie's cheeks, making Averie smile and giggle.

"You're welcome, Avy!" RJ says as he kisses Averie and picks her up.

Averie hugs RJ again and he kisses Averie's cheek again.

Averie and RJ are finally bonding after a few weeks of being together! Benji took a while to bond with RJ as well due to his childhood. Averie has the same issues Benji has.

Luca coos and yawns, making all of the kids giggle and smile at him.

"Woah! Look at the princess bags!" Coralei says with lots of excitement.

"Woahhh!" Harlow says as she claps her hands and gets very excited.

"Those are so so cool!" Benji says with a cheeky grin.

"Yeah! Sooooooo cool!" Theodore says happily.

"Papi and I made them last night!" Will says to all of the kids.

"Cool!" Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore and Harlow all say in unison to Will and RJ.

"What does that say, Papi?" Averie asks RJ curiously.

"This says, I am four! You are four today, Avy!" RJ says as Averie smiles ear to ear.

"Averie isn't thrwee like me anymore!" Theodore says as he giggles at Will and RJ.

"She isn't! Well, you will be four in a few months like her!" Will says to Theodore.

"Yay!" Theodore says with a big grin on his face!

"Avy, let's call everyone on the phone now!" Will says to Averie.

"Okay!" Averie with with a cheeky grin.

One by one, Will, RJ and Averie all call all of their family members who live and Florida and all of them wish Averie a very happy fourth birthday!

Averie has only met her grandparents! But hopefully in a few weeks Will, RJ and the kids can go to Florida to visit everyone!

Will, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore, Harlow, Luca, Dobby and Sammy all patiently wait for the birthday guests to arrive!

The first to arrive to the princess birthday party is Will and RJ's best friends!

Mary Jane, Suzy, Clarissa, Steve, Kasey, August, Skyler, Jake, Tyler and Kelly have all arrived to celebrate Avery's special day!

Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River and Eden all walk into the house and over to Averie.

Will, RJ and Averie all walk up to the front door and they great, Jane, Daren and their five children Brie, Lorelai, Everett, Zephyr and Ocean!

"Yeah, we are so sorry! The twins woke up from their naps late!" Dustin says to Will and RJ.

"You are aren't late! Don't worry!" Will says with a big grin.

"Nope! The birthday party has just started!" RJ says with a smile.

"Aww, Luca!" Burton and Dustin both say as they admire Luca making Will and RJ both smile proudly.

Holland and Stone then happily run in the house with big smiles on their faces.

"Holland, Stone, make sure you tell Averie happy birthday!" Dustin says to Holland and Stone.

"HAPPY BIRFDAY! YAY!" Holland and Stone both say in unison to Averie.

"Thank you!" Averie says as she hugs Holland and Stone tightly.

After lots of playing and talking, it is now time to hit the piñata!

All of the adults and kids all gather around outside to hit and play with the piñata!

"Okay everyone! One by one, you will be twirled around for a few times and then have a chance to hit the piñata!" RJ explains to all of the kids.

"Since Averie is the birthday girl, she will go first!" Will says to all of the kids causing them to all cheer.

Will puts a pink blindfold on Averie's eyes and then she twirls her around a few times happily.

"Okay, Averie! Go!" RJ says as Averie happily tries to hit the piñata but misses!

One by one, the rest of the kids get a chance to hit the piñata!

Since Averie is the birthday girl, she was able to hit the piñata first!

After eating some candy and playing around outside, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore, Harlow, Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden, Velvet, Bridger, Maze, Siena, Lilyah, Pryce, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Cypress, Denver, Meadow, Holland, Stone, Brie, Lorelai, Everett and Zephyr all sit together at the table!

Will and RJ begin to pass our crowns to all of the kids to have them decorate!

Will then passes out supplies while RJ passes out glue sticks to everyone!

After a lot of crown decorating and fun, it is now birthday present time!

All of the kids and adults happily walk into the house and they all gather around in the living room!

"PRESENTS! WOAH!" Averie says with a big cheeky smile on her face making everyone smile at her.

"Those are all yours, birthday girl! Let's open them up and see what you got from everyone!" Will says to Averie.

"YAY!" Averie says as she happily claps her hands.

Averie sits down on her special birthday chair and poses for pictures. Will and RJ both take many pictures of Averie, making her feel special!

"Okay, birthday girl! Let's see what you got from everyone! We are going to open the birthday cards up first, and then the present." Will explains to Averie.

"Okay, Daddy!" Averie says as she hugs Will tightly.

One by one, Will, Averie and RJ all open up birthday presents together!

What Averie Got For Her Birthday: Disney Princess Dress Up Dresses, Polly Pockets Sets, A Play Kitchen, Play Kitchen Food, Shimmer and Shine Stuffed Animals, Eeyore Stuffed Animal, a Tigger Stuffed Animal, Gift Cards, Dress Up Clothes, Clothes and Money!

"What do you say to everyone, Averie?" RJ asks Averie with a big smile.

"THANK YOU!" Averie says with a humungous smile.

"You're welcome!" All of the birthday guests say in unison with big smiles.

After cleaning up the living room from opening presents, it is now time for birthday cake!

Will happily walks in with Averie's birthday cake causing everyone to cheer and smile.

"WOAH! A princess crown cake!" Averie says as she happily claps her hands.

"I LOVEEEEEE my birthday cake! It is so cool!" Averie says to Will and RJ.

"You're welcome, baby!" Will says as he places the cake in front of Averie.

"You're welcome! Today is your special day!" RJ says as he places four candles on the birthday cake.

RJ then lights up the birthday candles and smiles at Averie.

"Okay, everyone! Let's sing happy birthday to the birthday girl, Averie Juliet Shepherd-Aguiar!" RJ says to everyone proudly.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR AVERIE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!" All of the birthday guests all happily sing to Averie, making Averie's cheeks blush and she smiles ear to ear at everyone.

"Make a BIG wish princess!" RJ says to Averie as he takes a few pictures of Averie.

Averie giggles and smiles as she thinks of a birthday wish. Averie then happily blows out her birthday candles causing everyone to cheers for her!

Will and RJ cut up pieces of birthday cake for all of the kids and then adults!

After a few more hours of fun, Averie's very first birthday party is over!

Averie had an absolutely wonderful fourth birthday with her family and friends! Averie is so happy to finally have a birthday party with a family who loves her so so so much! :)
