Alois' POV

uuuuuugh!! I'm soooo bored!!! and there's still 2 whole days until the circus show! what am i supposed to do?! work?! exactly.

i groaned miserably. i wish (y/n) was here, either that or i knew where Ciel had even taken her.

the circus-thing is in 2 days and all i have to do is work! i miss her so much. why did she even leave with Ciel in the first place?! she could of stayed with me! i am her master after all!

but then again, so is he.. eurgh! shut up brain! no one needs your opinion! "Hannah! Get over here, you old tart! i wanna play chess! and don't even think about beating me!"

Your POV

"psst. Daredevil!" i heard a voice.

"hmmm? what is it?" i sighed, rubbing my eyes and stretching my arms before sitting.

"we really ought to grab some food before everyone else gets there. or else all the good grub will be gone and we'll be stuck with the leftovers! hurry!" i saw Rose's smiling face as i opened my blue eyes and sat up. i suspect i took too long as i found myself sprawled on the floor and Rose stood next to me, arms crossed. "i said, get up!" why, that little.... girl sure doesn't have much patience. so that's what Joker meant by 'I'm sure you two'll get along fine' rather, he meant we have a lot in common.

"alright, you win. I'm up." i smiled, rubbing my back and heading to my trunk to find some clothes for the day. all i have are brown skirts, t-shirts, white shirts and black trousers. Goddamnit! its just like when i was homeless all over again! i groaned and pulled out the brown skirt that went just above my knees and a white shirt. once they were on, i tucked in the shirt, made sure my roomie was still at the bathroom, i summoned one of my wolf claws and cut off the waist from the trousers and put it just on the bit that skirt switched to shirt. that makes a dress! sort of.

"okay, done." i said to myself and went to find Rose.

Timeskip to a few mins later....

we made our way to the 'Mess Tent' for breakfast. to be honest, i was a little surprised at the variety of foods there was on offer. we had gotten there moderately early but clearly, that wasn't early enough as there was still a large crowd in front of us. my tent-mate groaned, annoyed, "and this is why i wanted us to get up earlier." somehow, i felt like this comment was directed at me, so i turned away and looked at the ground, guiltily.

after about 5 minutes of waiting and shuffling forward when gaps were formed in the hoard of hungry performers, i was pushed to the side, "hey!" i yelled.

"sorry. take cover." Blood-Rose hissed at me.

"why?" i asked.

"Because Doll's awake. move!" she replied, pushing me again.

"fine." i whispered, walking away from where i was previously stood, Rose following close behind. not long after, everyone started stumbling back and i heard a voice shouting, "GET OUTTA MY RUDDY WAY!" i caught a glimpse of brown and grey before i tripped on someone's foot and almost fell to the ground.

"so.. this happens everyday?"

"yup."

"great."

we both laughed a little and moved forward in the 'line' while we continued to wait for our food.

howdy! i am so so so so so so so so so sorry! i should of updated waaayyy before now, i know. ive kinda been hibernating and only woke up for food XD, but i know that isn't a good enough excuse for not updating. sorry again!
