Your POV

i had decided to let Rose show me the basic idea of (chosen act), though i did keep an eye on my male companions, chuckling whenever Ciel failed an act. poor boy never was much good at fitting in, one might call him 'a creature of habit' (if you get that reference, youre epic).

Michaelis on the other hand... i have no idea what the hell he is doing. i saw him balancing 1 legged on top of, perhaps 14 giant beach balls? opposite  that reaper, who was using what i assume was i scythe to balance atop a tower of glass bottles and wooden boards. you could practically hold the hate radiating off the two of them. the more immature part of my mind was asking if they could be jousting  from on top of that circus equipment. knowing Sebastian, it was either a death match of some sort or a competition.

probably the latter since no one was dead yet.

"um, Dare?"

"oh! yeah?"

"i think you have the idea now, so I'm gonna go back and practice my gymnastics."

"ok , see you later!" i smiled as Rose walked away. there was still something strange about that girl. i could smell cat and she had never once taken off that cap. she didn't smell human... but  all the same, i couldn't quite tell what she was...

"hey!" i heard someone call out.

"hm?!"

"haha! I'm not that scary, am i?" i saw a smiling blond standing in front of me.

"oh, Dagger. its just you." i sighed.

"cheers. so, how's practice?"

"mediocre, i suppose. i cant help but get distracted though."

"heh, it'll blow over. its just yer first day."

"ok..."

"hey, whats wrong?" he asked, suddenly concerned.

"nothing, i just miss the way things were..."

"how so? i mean, um, if you feel like talking about it."

"i guess... Alois was always so good to me. but then again, so was everyone. i cant even stand to think how drastically my life would be different if they didn't care so ridiculously about a loaf of bread, back then; that punishment was a curse but now... all i can think is how grateful i am that he was so darn fussy!" i smiled.

"reminiscing? i getcha. though, i didn't think that a servant could call her owner by their first name, if you know what i mean." he laughed.

"yes, but i guess everyone was more of a family to me then a bosses and fellow servants." i smirked, eyes slightly misty.

"hm. ya, i guess, i kinda miss the way us lot used to be. not going too far back, mind you. but, if reliving those horrible times would give me this family i have now, i would do it as many times as it would take." he smiled, knowingly. i wonder what he has gone through.

"exactly. thank you, Dagger, for listening." i was genuinely smiling now. he's not a bad person, i just hope that this case doesn't lead to any bad fortune for him. or any of them actually, none of these people are bad.

"anytime." he beamed as he walked casually back to the knife throwing stand.

i turned to check on the boys one more time before i continued my practice, to see Sebastian hanging dangerously loose, upside down on the trapeze, swinging back and forth, arms crossed and giving me a disapproving look. i shrugged at him. the case held no rules against reminiscing with the suspects, that and we're supposed to blend in. he glared at me and i smirked mischievously, sticking out my tongue.

we both turned sharply to the left as we heard Ciel yell, but it turned out he had just fallen from yet another piece of equipment. his roommate laughed loudly and held out their hand to him. i noticed a slight pink tint to his cheeks as he laughed and took it.

howdy! yes, the chapters WILL be set out like this from now on. if yall want me to add another route at anytime, just comment and i will most likely add that person. for those of you who are wondering, Alois' route will be arriving on the day he visits the circus.

i would recommend only reading someone's route if you want to see their ending. if the route you want is not currently available, i would read the neutral route but you guys can read what you like.
