Toriel was cooking some spaghetti in the kitchen when someone hugged her from behind.

"What's cooking?"

Toriel, faint hearted as she is, jumped at the motion and tossed the wooden spoon she used to stir the sauce across the kitchen.

Gaster just laughed.

"Gaster!" Toriel scolded, in a teasing matter. Her face turned into a bright red in embarrassment.

"I see you got rid of your children. Where are they?"

"Dead," she replied in a deadpan voice.

"What?!"

"You wanted me to get rid of them, didn't you?" She argued.

"Yeah, but they have SOULs, Tori! How could you?!"

Toriel didn't reply.

Gaster walked out of the kitchen while Toriel tended to their dinner.

Dinner time was tense. Eating in silence was normal, but without Asriel and Chara, something just wasn't right.

"Sans, Papyrus, go back to your rooms after dinner. Your mom and I have things to discuss," Gaster ordered.

They nodded, shocked at their father's sharp tone.

"I can't believe you killed your own kids," Gaster said after his sons went upstairs.

Toriel was silent.

"Well, say something!" Gaster turned to look at his lover, raising his voice a little higher.

"You wanted me to get rid of them! You even threatened to not marry me after everything that happened! Is it still my fault?" Toriel yelled.

"Are you guys fighting? I heard yelling," Sans asked from the stairs. Papyrus was behind him, a dark expression on his face.

Before the adults could answer, Sans spoke again.

"And I know what happened.
Papyrus told me."

Now the adults were truly shocked.

"Y-you weren't supposed t-to know that!" Toriel stuttered.

"And I'm glad we did. C'mon Paps," Sans said, voice full of venom as they teleported.

"Where did they go?" Toriel asked.

"Probably headed to the city. But knowing Sans, he can't teleport too far. Let's go, we can catch up to them in no time," Gaster said as he grabbed Toriel's hand then disappearing into nothingness.
