We sailed away from port. Now we were in the open ocean. The view was stunning. All we could see was the sea. Blue waters surrounded us. "Wow...I could just stand here for ages" I say. "Well Tye we need to go to our cabin...the steward is waiting for us" Says Alice. come to my senses. "Oh right lets go" I say.

There is still a crowd on top of the deck. I still have to work my way through them but we eventually we found our way. We make our way down to the cabins again. It was still a maze. "I wonder If we will ever get lost by the time we reach New York" Hannah says as we work our way through all the twist and turns of the hallway. Then we finally find our cabin again. I open the door and straight away I head to one of the rooms on the left side of the enterance area. "DIBS THIS ONE" I shout as the other girls just slowly walk in. Georgia starts talking. "Tye you really have to be more ma-"
"UH...don't say it..." I say...."mature" she says with a devilish grin. "Ok Georgia can sleep on the deck tonight" I say messing around.

Just then there is a knock on the door. It must be our steward. The other girls go dibs their room and I open the door. It was our Steward. "Hello sir" he said.

He was tall with brown hair that went down to the middle of his neck he had a perfect jaw line and blue eyes. He had his uniform on.

"Welcome to Titanic. I am your steward Blake and I will be looking after you and your cabin for the next week" he says. The girls come out to meet Blake then he goes to the next cabin he has to look after. "So what should we all do?" Hannah asks. "Well I really want to see the menu for dinner tonight" Alice says. "I want to have some tea in the reading room on this ship" says Georgia. "Tell you what. Why don't we all do what we want and we will meet up back here before we have to go to dinner" I say. "Right but first we have to unpack.

So we do. We put away all our clothes all our valuables and everything that we took with us. It was a long process but we got it done.

After that we all went off to do our own thing. Hannah heads off to the deck, Georgia heads off to the reading room to have tea and chat with other passengers, Alice goes and checks the menu for dinner and I decide to head off to the smoking room to see if there is anyone there who wants to play a game of poker or have a drink. I think Alice won out of all of us. She gets to see the grand staircase before any of us.

We all head to our different places. Hannah go the deck, Alice to the dining room, Georgia to the reading room and me to the smoking room. I make my way there.

I get lost on the way. Somehow I ended up in the second class corridor but I soon found my way out. After about half an hour of just trial and error I found the smoking room. It was a big room.

There were tables and chairs set out and I could see a cupboard that had the cards. The room was decorated with dark mahogany. The room isn't really full. I guess it makes sense considering we haven't been on the ship for over twelve hours really. But there is a gentleman at a table alone. I decide to sit with him and see if he wants to talk.

He was short. Had a thin haircut and olive skin. "Hey I'm Casper" he tells me. "I'm Tye" I tell him. "Hey do you have a light I could use" he asks as he gets out a cigarette. "Oh yes" I say as I grab my light from out of my pocket. He lights his and offers me one of his cigarettes. I take one and light it up. The two of us get to know each other. We end up playing poker.

We played for a long time. Then it was time for dinner. "Bye Casper. Wanna come back here after dinner?" I ask. He smiles. "Sure thing" we say goodbye one more time and we head off to our rooms. I actually found my cabin with no trouble this time.

None of the other girls have arrived yet. I get changed into my best tuxedo when there is a knock on the door. I open it to find Blake there. "Sorry to disturb you sir but I have been told that you and your friends are dinning with the captain tonight" he says. Wow this is big I am dinning with the captain. Later the girls arrive and I tell them the news. They all get into their best clothes and we all start to head down to dinner together. "You know something Tye" Hannah says. "I'm glad you're dad was rich" she says. "So am I" I said back. "After because of him we are on a unsinkable ship aren't we" Alice says. "Yes...unsinkable" I say
